Sorry that I haven't posted over the last *checks* three days...if you count today, that is.
I had a nice little talk with Oneesan on the 27th. I am PMSed, though it is my period and I will talk about what I want and I will say my views. *glares at Mai* Okay then! I want to rant, and I probably will once I get this post going, but that's not a promise, got it? *sigh* Today, I just got back from Bredux (I think I spelled that right, please correct me if I'm wrong) Pizza. I went there with Renee and we used the certificates that we got for winning first prize on the locker decorating contest 8th grade. I think we had a good time. Later, at 2:20, we are going to the "Lemon Snickers" movie *lol* sorry, inside joke. We're going to the Lemony Snicket movie.

Today is a very warm day here. It's 54 degrees last time I checked. It's also quite windy...but cloudy. It's actually a nice day. I'm happy.

My hair is really wimsical right now. ^_^ I like it. It's kinda elvish......

Okay. I'm going now. I'll add to this later, so if you're bored, stop by, I might've added, k? ^_~V

Edit: The movie was okay.
I guess. It wasn't bad. They took a lot of things out, but what they did leave in, it was pretty acriet. After the movie, as we were going back to the car, we walked by the library. That reminded me that I had finished a book monday that I expected to last me all vacation. Boy was ~I~ wrong. The next one in the serise wasn't there so I got the 4th one, I ~never~ read out of order. But with these books, it doesn't really matter, so I did....or am, or whatever way you would like to look at it. I also got the frist two from a whole different quarttet than the one I'm reading, but they are also written my Tamora Pierce. ^_^ I'm really into her books now. Well, I gotta go write a PM to Oneesan and get reading if I'm to read them all before they're due. Bye! *hugs*

See, I'm okay talking about that kinda stuff. It doesn't bother me, but ~apparently~ ~~some~~ people are! *glares at Mai* But good news people! I have my digital camera hooked up! I'm currently charging the batteries! ^_^ This is sooo cool! >_< (btw, that's a smily* Well it takes 3 hours to do so and my brother is watching the end of the last of the Lord of the Rings, so I'll go watch that much with him. See ya guys!

......Hi
Well, I took Oneesan's advice without knowing she even gave it 'til a few minutes ago. I stayed up late reading (like always) and I selpt 'til 1 then read 'til 2 or 2 thirty...... why did I write it like that? Oh well. But when I woke up, my whole "lower region" was like wet. And I realized that I hadn't changed my tampon the night before was like thinkin' "Ohhhhh crap. Not good." Turns out that just my panties were drenched but my beding was fine. I was amazed. The book was really good. But what else can I execpt from Tamora Pierce. She's my favorite author. *breif sigh* My brother's friend Jacob is over. They are playing Dungeons and Dragons. My mom volunteered to be Dungeon Master. I think it is a really stupid game. Hark, I haven't ~tried~ it yet, but I made my own character, okay, okay, my ~brother~ made it, but all the same. And since I have nothing better to do, I will work on my camera. I got it so I cam take pictures, but I need to up load this one cd 'fore I can show them, so see ya!

When I was gone yesterday (I went to my other Grandma's), Noel wandered over to our neighbor's house and his "daughter and family" found her as they were leaving and took her with them. Enoch (pronouced E-nick), my neighbor, even called us to ask if the cat was ours. I went over to get her and I talked to him and since momo told me to say that she wasn't officaly our cat to say that. I did that, but also that I concider her ours. He didn't seem worried at all. He said that she'll find a good home, maybe his daughter will keep her out there, in the country. I want my Noel.

Good thing, number 7:

Thus today must have been a bad day! *goes to a corner to cry* AND WHY AM I FEELING PMSED ~~AFTER~~ MY PERIOD STARTED?!??!!!?

A Visit from St. Nicolas
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The Stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds;
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;
And ma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap-
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters, and threw up the sash.
The moon, on the breast of the new-fallen snow,
Gave the luster of midday to objects below;
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
but a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer,
With a little driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment in must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name:
“Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
On, Comet! on, Cupid! on, Donder and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!”
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew
With the sleigh full of toys, and St. Nicholas too.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof-
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound.
He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot;
A bundle of toys he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a pedlar just opening his pack.
His eyes-how the twinkled; his dimples, how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as snow;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;
He had a broad face and a little round belly
That shook, when he laughed, like a bowl full of jelly.
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;
He spoke not a work, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,
“Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!”

2 days!
This is how it happened...I just finished the household chores for the night and was preparing to go to bed, when I heard a noise in the front of the house. I opened the door to the front room and to my surprise, Santa himself stepped out from behind the Christmas tree.

He placed his finger over his mouth so I would not cry out. "What are you doing?" I started to ask. The words choked up in my throat, and I saw he had tears in his eyes. His usual jolly manner was gone. Gone was the eager, boisterous soul we all know.

He then answered me with a simple statement.
"TEACH THE CHILDREN!"

I was puzzled; what did he mean? He anticipated my question, and with one quick movement brought forth a miniature toy bag from behind the tree. As I stood bewildered, Santa said,
"Teach the children! Teach them the old meaning of Christmas. The meaning that now-a-days Christmas has forgotten." Santa then reached in his bag and pulled out a FIR TREE and placed it before the mantle.
"Teach the children that the pure green color of the stately fir tree remains green all year round, depicting the everlasting hope of mankind, all the needles point heavenward, making it a symbol of man's thoughts turning toward heaven."

He again reached into his bag and pulled out a brilliant STAR.
"Teach the children that the star was the heavenly sign of promises long ago. God promised a Savior for the world, and the star was the sign of fulfillment of His promise."

He then reached into his bag and pulled out a CANDLE.
"Teach the children that the candle symbolizes that Christ is the light of the world, and when we see this great light we are reminded of He who displaces the darkness." Once again he reached into his bag and removed a WREATH and placed it on the tree.
"Teach the children that the wreath symbolizes the real nature of love. Real love never ceases. Love is one continuous round of affection."

He then pulled from his bag an ornament of himself.
"Teach the children that I, Santa Clause symbolize the generosity and good will we feel during the month of December."

He then brought out a HOLLY LEAF.
"Teach the children that the holly plant represents immortality. It represents the crown of thorns worn by our Savior. The red holly represents the blood shed by Him." Next he pulled from his bag a GIFT and said,
"Teach the children that God so loved the world that HE gave HIS begotten SON..." "Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

"Teach the children that the wise men bowed before the Holy BABE and presented HIM with gold, frankincense and myrrh. We should always give gifts in the same spirit of the wise men."

Santa then reached in his bag and pulled out a CANDY CANE and hung it on the tree.
"Teach the children that the candy cane represents the shepherds' crook. The crook on the staff helps to bring back strayed sheep to the flock. The candy cane is the symbol that we are our brother's keeper."
He reached in again and pulled out an ANGEL.
"Teach the children that it was the angels that heralded in the glorious news of the Savior's birth. The angels sang 'Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace and good will toward men."

Suddenly I heard a soft twinkling sound, and from his bag he pulled out a BELL.
"Teach the children that as the lost sheep are found by the sound of the bell, it should ring mankind to the fold. The bell symbolizes guidance and return."

Santa looked back and was pleased. He looked back at me and I saw that the twinkle was back in his eyes. He said,
"Remember, teach the children the true meaning of Christmas and do not put me in the center, for I am but an humble servant of the One that is, and I bow down to worship HIM, our LORD, our GOD."

Merry Christmas!

   Things happened today! ^_^ ... - 3 days!
VOCABULARY NEEDED FOR THIS POST:
1. teeble(s):(n) cat(s)
2. (Jr.)MYF:(abbreviation) (Jounior) Mennonite Youth Fellowship

Guess what I found!
.....
I told you to guess.... okay, okay, I'll tell you. ^_^ I found a teeble! It was under my porch and I went out to give some non-frozen water to my bunnies and it was cryin' and cryin' and cryin! Then when I was putting the water dishes in the cages, it jumped up into the empty cage! ;.; It was just so precious! But I was scared that something was wrong with it for some reason, so I ran inside to ask Momo what to do, and she said I could bring it inside! So I did. ^_^ It kept crawling onto my sholders and wraping itself around my neck! ^_^ She is a girl. Momo checked and to proove it, she has ~4~ colors to it, no male cat has more that 2. It's a fact... did you know that? I had to take her back out though... We named her Noel....she's climbing the screen door....

I had great fun with my Jr. MYF group today! E-may-chan could not come cuz she is in Illinois today.. I think. I know she is going there for about a day or so, then heading down to Kentucky to visit the rest of her family. But we had fun all the same, we went to Wayland to see the Christmas lights. It always seems that the whole town gets into spirit. ^_^ Just about everyone has lights up, and a ~lot~ of lights at that. Wayland is called the Christmas Lights Capital of .... Iowa I think... maybe more. ^_^ I love how they do the water tower! It looks like water is streaming from the top! ^_^

Ooo! I got ~2~ Christmas cards today! ^_^ And ~everyone~ ... (well Laura didn't, but that's okay) liked my almond bark mix! Mrs. Millspaugh said it was addicting, it was that good. ^_^ After school was out (12:50) I was going around the school cuz I had little arrends that I needed to attend to, but I was also saying Merry Christmas to everyone I met and as I was leaving the gym, I saw a group of theachers by the door and I said to Kira-chan "Oooo! Look, a cluster of teachers which I can say Merry Christmas to! (then to the teachers) Merry Christmas!" and they all laughed, but I don't mind cuz they are all my friends. There was Mrs. Geihl (gee-ILL), Mrs. Batey (which I don't have, but I have a longer more friendy relationship with her), Mrs. Jutnen, and Mr. B-K *stares at the door* Noel climbed the door again....*sigh* Then Mrs. Geihl said "Did you hear what she ~said~? 'Ooo! Look, a ~cluster~ of teachers which I can say ~Merry Christmas~ to!'" Then they all laughed harder. I was laughing too, but I had my back to them since I made a turn into the hall when I said that.

I know it was only 9 a clock when I got home (we went from 1-9 for our Jr. MYF thing), but it felt like it was midnight.... *yawn* I also know that this post will only be up for about 15 minutes 'til it goes to "yesterday's" list, but I don't care, I plan on doing something speacial then! ^_^ Sorry I could't visit, I'm just too tiered. Good night! *hugs*

Merry Christmas!
