the sky sheds her sadness upon thee
today is a day to be sad.
rain.
sometimes rain can be good.
it refreshes the earth.
it helps the crops grow.
it makes all things anew.
but not today.
today it brings sadness.
it simblizes mine.
today friends leave for camp.
fun for them.....not for me.
as soon as one arrives,
the other departs.
it is'nt fair, to be the only one.
today good, nice, friendly people say their "good-bye"s.
today little children, who don't realize they probably won't see you again, skip away from you...their best friend.
today, i weep as i think of all the years gone by.
today i morn with others.
rain.
it stoped.
i let my face be warmed in the sun.
today is a day of sadness and loss, but
that doesn't make it bad.
