Sleepy...but I had to finish this drawing. *nods and falls over*
The world needs more Soi Fong/Yoruichi support XD!!!

Anywho, what follows is the random story behind a picture I doodled and will be submiting right after this post. *nods* This probably won't make sense until you see the pic though. *shrugs* oh well.

Anywho, I had to finish this pic, and the coloring is really rushed. *shrug* and my black pencil was acting really really wierd...so I couldn't work on the shading well. *shrugs*

   Music-obsessed again.
Don't have a long time to post, since I'm supposed to be practicing for piano...*shrugs* but I just wanted to say that I've been doing nothing but downloading music for the past few days. X3
So far I've downloaded the music from:
Yakitate Japan! (never seen it)
.hack//ROOTS (never seen it)
D.N.Angel (seen the first episode and couldn't stand the voices)
Fruits Basket (XD)
Detective Conan (Eh....never really got into it..)
Hikaru No Go (I've read the manga...need to download the anime)
Kaleido Star (I've never seen this, I just remember I liked the commercial song three years ago and downloaded it for the heck of it XD)
Loveless (I need to see this...*looks to download*)
Tsubasa (I like the music ...even if the show doesn't do the manga justice)
xxx Holic (This music is....strange. but oh well)
Card Captor Sakura (Ben, I decided to download it 'cause you were ranting)
Spiral (I liked the ending)
Blood+/Blood: The last vampire (Fits under the same catagory as Kannaduki no miko. mind-scaring manga (i've never seen the anime or the movie...those don't look too bad... but if I'm wrong, someone tell me. I don't want to have to go through twice the therapy) with great music. plus! its UVERworld!!! *spaz*)

So anywho, I've still got Love Hina (don't know why XD), Saiyuki, and all the Gundam series to go. *poses*
But anywho, I just wanted to share these two videos I found looking for music.

UVERworld!!! *spazzes again* anywho, this is the 3rd opening to Blood+. Its interestingly done, I think. and the song is awesome too. Mindscarring or not...Saya kicks ass. XD

   I drew Gir! XD
I was bored...and found a link to this site via someone's journal on DA, and its so much fun!
Well, the drawing is normal, there aren't many colors, you can't erase, but its still fun to watch yourself draw when you're done.
Anywho, I doodled a bit, getting ideas from people on theninja-rpg.com.

Gir!!
- I've never seen Invader Zim....*sobs* but I have seen Gir, and he's adorable. So.....yeah.

Rei
- Rei is from Maria-sama Ga Miteru. I don't know why I drew her, this was just a doodle that I kinda like. I messed up her mouth though....I hate how that site has no eraser. *pouts*

Kite
-Kite from the .hack series...es...es. I don't really remember what he looked like (I haven't played that game in forever) but someone asked for him...so I tried. *shrugs* It needs a lot more work though.

Kakashi
-I kinda like this one. But its fun to draw kakashi X3

Setsuna
- Setsuna from Negima. This is my least favorite, I'm only putting it up here 'cause I like Setsuna. I made the stupid mistake of not painting the pad white first so I could erase, then kept screwing up her mouth. As you can see, first i tried to fix it with low opacity white paint, and kept going back to it randomly while drawing. I tried to even out the white so she didn't look like a geisha....that crashed and burned XD.
Oh, and thats supposed to be a wing in the background.

   Uh.....
Well, I just finished Wicked (Finally got the book. *sighs* and I finish it in a day -___-;)
but I have to say, there were things in there that were....weird, shall we say? *blinks*
Yeah....*blinks again* it kinda creeped me out sometimes. I mean, I love shoujo-ai and shonen-ai as much as the next rabid fan (but we're few and far-between, i'm sure XD) but still. *shivers* Does anyone else find this slightly odd/disturbing?

"Nessarose said, "Catch her, I can't, I'm--" and she sagged against Nanny's bosom, and Glinda swooned at the same moment. Elphaba thrust out strong arms and scopped Glinda in mid-collapse. Glinda didn't really lose consciousness, but the uncomfortable physical nearness of hawk-faced Elphaba after that undesired act of desire made her want to shiver with revulsion and purr at the same time. "Steady on, girl, not here," said Elphaba, "resist, come on!" Resist was just what Glinda didn't want to do. But after all, in the shadow of an apple cart, on the edge of the market where merchants were selling the last fish of the day, cheap, well, this was hardly the place. "Tough, tough skin," said Elphaba, appearing to pull words from the back of her throat. "Come on, Glinda--you've got better brains--come on! I love you too much, snap out of it, you idiot!""

*eye twitches* The thing is, it gets worse. Speaking from Glinda's point of view:

Anywho, I love Elphie's character a lot more in the book than in the musical. At least at the beginning, before she turns all emo and depressed and all. *rereads the chapters about her, Galinda, and Boq* I just love how she sits there while Boq's trying to confess his feelings and makes all those random insults/comments. XD *starts* sorry, I'll shut up about Wicked now.

SO. anywho, I was browsing through my favorites on DA lately (It took a long long long time X__x. I have too many favorites XD) and am now in an artistic slump. I really need to work on my linearting and coloring! warg. *sighs* But anywho, i'm off to doodle and all. I forgot to say, but I've put up a few pics lately. *shrugs*

   weird......
I'm a junior. *falls over*
so anywho....yeah. I'm sitting here in the empty computer lab (after excusing myself from the bbq party....the smell of all the kids smoking weed was driving me insane. ah, its great to go to a hippy school, ain't it. XD ) and....its weird.
My favorite teachers were this year too. its really weird leaving the building. and now my mom just called... so I'll be leaving.
*gonna miss the place*
being a lifer, summer's boring without the awesome randomness of Galloway. *sighs*
but! more time to watch anime/work on art! *grins sadly*

   I can't sleep....or stop crying.
Damn......Wicked is keeping me up. I've been getting chills listening to "Denying Gravity"....which is probably one of the best songs on the CD. *sighs*
I'm sorry that I've been ranting about this one show so much. I don't know why I'm so obsessivly in love with it lately. *Hugs virtual Elphaba plushie (damn, I wish I had one)*

Shit......I'm listening to "For Good" (which is the song Elphaba sings with Glinda before Elphaba "kills" herself by letting dorathy splash water on her, if you don't know it) and its making me cry again. its too....pretty/sad/horrible of Dorathy to do!!!!!!!!!!! *sobs*
Again, I'm really sorry for the ranting. I just need to let this out, I guess.

Wicked!!!!!!!! *happy dance*
So. Yeah.
I have the songs from Wicked in my head. I don't even know why....but eh. *shrugs* I loved that play though. probably one of my favorites ever. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention but my cousin used to be in theater, so I've seen tons of plays and stuff. I love plays and stuff...so....*shrugs*
"well, not everyone can get around by bubble!" *cracks up*
So........*Downloads the soundtrack off of iTunes* yay.
*sings along with "no one mourns the wicked"*
I loved the way they made Glinda...wait... Galinda into a dumb blonde. *grins* And Elphaba was awesome. It was neat how they put the whole scarecrow/tin man/cowardly lion into it too. *happy*
I have to read that book. *obsesses*

   Air Gear ^-^
I just downloaded the first episode. That anime looks so cool! I love the movement and the art style... *spaz*
I read the first chapter of the manga, but didn't really get it. but after watching the anime, it makes more sense. I don't really know why...*shrugs*
but anywho, I now have another anime to obsess over! *grins*
