What do you guys think about labels? I know a lot of you out there like are "punk" and "goth" and stuff and you're proud of it. What IS punk? What IS prep? What's goth? Hmm?

I'm not particularly anything in particular, and I don't mind. I don't WANT to be punk. I don't WANNA be goth. Prep? Punk? WE'RE ALL HUMAN, PEOPLE! STOP JUDGING PEOPLE BY WHAT THEY WEAR. My friends do it too. They hate "preps". What makes "preps" different from "punks"? I'll tell you!!! NOTHING!!! So-called-preps are, according to my friends, bitches. If someone is a bitch, that doesn't make them a prep does it? If someone is a "prep", that doesn't make them a bitch, does it?

I know, labels aren't just what people wear. But just because someone wears black, they're goth??? WTF? Wearing cool clothes and eyeliner DOESN'T make you punk! Acting girly and excited about everything DOESN'T make you preppy!!!! Get over it!

I'm sorry about that whole ranting thing...but it's REALLY pissing me off. Does anyone else out there agree with me? ttyl, and read my last post too. I'm in a better mood in that one
