   Sick and tired
I am sick and tired of finding my wallpapers on the net, ripped off and re-posted wherever. If you want to use my wallpaper for your desktop - that's perfectly fine. If you decide to be a copy-whore (please excuse my language, I'm quite pissed right now) I will not hold back for reporting and humiliating in front of your peers.

THE TERMS OF USE

I - Never claim anything on this site as your own. You are not allowed to modify or alter any of these works. Do not use any of my work as "bases" for anything, this includes layouts, wallpapers, buttons, logos, ect - anything you take and don't give credit for is STEALING! If I find out - and I will - your site will be reported to the United Strikeout System.

II - Don't direct link any media file - and place it on your site (including a weblog or forum), this is stealing bandwidth - which will end up costing me money. This is why I must place an anti-leech script up on music and movie files.

III - Don't use my graphics for commericial purposes or any way that you can earn money off them. It isn't fair that I spend hours working on these things and you go and make a profit off of them.

IV - Do not reoffer my work on any other site unless given permission through an e-mail. My work is intended for SEED MODE:ON and this site alone. It doesn't hurt to ask first, and I'm most likely to give permission if you ask nicely.
