Rough Beginnings (Part 2)


Same Day

At first, Raven and I hesitated. We were thinking, 'Is she serious?' 'Has Grandma finally lost it?'. I first picked the white sash, where as Raven took the bluish. In the end, I had white, dark bluish and bluish. Raven had white, grayish and clear.

Grandma:"Great. Tie the one you want to master around your stomach and the other two around your wrists."

We both tied the white around our stomach and the other two around our wrists. Then, the mosy amazing thing happened. They went into our bodies. It was like it fused together.

Grandma:"I've assigned to each of you a tutor. They will help you understand and develop your powers as you move forward. They should be here in awhile, so who should take the time to rest. Good luck to the both of you."

Then she left. Raven and I had to try to take it all in. It's kinda hard accepting the fact that your a hanyou wolf and theres been a long line of youkai and hanyou in your family for centuries in just five minutes.

Kristen:"I'm... I'm going upstairs to my room."

Raven:"Me too. Bye."

"Uh huh."

I went upstairs and closed the door behind me. I went to the mirror and took good hard look at myself in the mirror. I looked at my fangs and my tail. I tried and was shocked when it actually moved. I laid down on my bed. I didn't have a clue about what was going on. Then he walked in.

???:"Hello."

Kristen:"...Who are you?"

Kotsu:"I am Kotsu, the leader of the fox demon tribe. And you, my beautiful young wolf, what is your name?"
