Rough Beginnings (Part 3)

Kristen:"..."

"All I ask for is your is your name."

"... Kristen"

"What a nice name."

"Thanks."

He slowlys walked toward me. I kept moving back. I was backed into a wall. He reached his hand out to touch my cheek. I grabbed his wrist to sotp him. His skin was warm. I looked at him. He looked curious about something.

"What do you look like in your human form."

"Well I WOULD show you but I don't know how to changed back."

"Temper, temper."

"Sorry. I'm just a little tense right now. Just learning that I'm a demon after fourteen years is kinda maddening."

"That's all right. So, all you have to do is concentrate on what you want to do. Once you've mastered that, you can change back and forth without even thinking about it."

I closed my eyes. I focused on a picture of myself un my mind. Slowly, I changed back into my human form. I went to my mirror. I smile came across my face.

"This is what I look like. Sorry for how I acted."

"It's alright. Wow it's amazing."

I went to sit next to him.

"What is?"

"How much beauty one person can have."

I looked at the floor and started to blush. No one had ever spoken to me so sweetly. Not even my own boyfriend.
