The Secret Song
It started like this, I heard this song
It was really good but I couldn't sing along
Cuz there were no lyrics, that was too bad
But I couldn't let my feelings turn back to sad
So I decided to write, for the first time
In my life, looking for appropriate rhyme
Thinking how it's gonna turn out in the end
Looking back to the place where I stand
And waiting for the right words to come
Remembering the sounds and the beat of the drum
So I can solve the puzzle, put everything together
I'm keeping a free place for ideas to gather
In my brain, doing my best so I can see
If a song could be written all alone by me
There's so much in my head, I can hardly think
But now I'm thirsty, gonna get something to drink.

Put yourself together, don't try to stop
Cuz one day someone will see your talent
