The Key to Eden: Episode 2
Okay, the long anticipated episode 2 of the key to eden. it's no where near as long as the first episode, but it is still cool. okay here it goes
Episode 2: Mystery
The guy who had staved off the Golem's attack appeared to be in his upper teens. He wore a long black coat with white lining. He had read pants with belts hanging from them, to support his sword sheath. He also wore black combat boots, and bleack and white guantlets on his hands, the only armor on his whole body. But the most mysterious thing about him was the mask he wore. It was a metal slayers mask, but it had a symbol on, which meant shattered....
The mysterious man parried Golem's attack, The Golem then startede swinging madly at the man. But the man possesed unbelievably incredible speed and agility, even more impressive than Rhea's. His graceful movements were like a blur, and Rhea could hardly keep up with him.
"What's with this guy?" Rhea asked herself while she watched the battle from a safe distance. "Anyone with that level of power and skill should be widely known. But I've never seen this man a day in my life. Who IS he?"
The warrior masked face and serious disposition did not hide the melancholy expression in his eyes, which were very odd themselves. His right eye was purple-colored, but his left eye was golden. Never had Rhea seen a pair of eyes like his.
"He looks so sad," Rhea said to herself. "I wonder why he so sad, or why he's here for that matter."
The masked warrior had played long enough. Again, using his immaculant speed, he moved to the Golem's head, and slit it's throat. The ground thundered as the Golem fell, but the warrior hadn't even broken a sweat. He then sheathed his sword and approached Rhea.
"It's dangerous," he said in the saddest of tones, "to fight a Demagen without the proper training." "What?!" Rhea yelled angrily. "Who dare you question my skills as a warrior? I could've defeated that monster with my hands tied behind my back." The man chuckled, finally showing an emotion besides sadness. "Then why did your heart nearly stop when it's hands came crashing towards you?" Rhea turned away, embarrased by her own arrogance.
"Next time," he said, again sadly, "use a different type of knive, who that can actually pierce a Demagen's hide." "Where am I supposed to find such a weapon?" she asked. "I'll make them for you," he replied. "Why are you doing this?" Rhea asked. "Because," he said, "I don't want to see you die."
Suddenly, the man started groaning, as if he were in pain. "The burning," he writhed, "Make it stop!!!" "What's wrong!?" Rhea yelled. "Let me help!" she reached to comfort the man, but he pushed her hand away and began to leave. "Wait, I don't even know your name!" she yelled as he ran off. "The name's," he said, weakly, "Ryujin Toshinomori." Rhea watched him as he dissapeared into the horizon.
"What was wrong?" she asked herself as she journeyed back to Shoryuzen Spectrum. She recalled the man's angusihed eyes as he writhed in pain. "Burning... why did it happen so suddenly." Rhea thought about it when she got home. "Ryujin Toshinomori....who are you?"
I hope you huys enjoyed it. The next episode will be posted next week, and again, if you like it, spread the word.
