   The story continues (part 3)
The golden figure swiftly turned and walked back into the base. Well wasn't that nice of him, thought Mc. Mc jumped down to a lower ledge where he crushed the leg of a dead jackel. After climbing the rest of the way down, he took cover behind a rock just a a patrol of jackels found the two dead elites. After seeing the blacken interior of the base, the patrol sent two jackels to surround the side of the entrance to the base, while the two remaining jackels entered the base. When the first two jackels turned the first corner of the base, a frag. gernade bounced against the base where the two gard jackels were standing. Just as the gernade went off mc threw a smoke gernade into the entrance of the base. mc rushed forward and droped to o ne knee just as the first two jackels came running out of the base. Mc pulled out his pistol and shot the first jackel in the head while he threw a plasma gernade on the second just as he passed the jackel and entered the base. After hearing a satisfying boom, mc continued on around the first corner and walking into a room in which the walls were clear and were holding what seemed to be an entire aquarium filled with all kinds of incredible creatures. After only a couple of seconds of looking a gold sword elite appeared out of thin air in front of mc. The Master Chief jumped back just as the elite lunged forward with his plasma sword. Mc sidestepped and with all his might, brought his pistol butt crashing into the back of the unfortunate elite killing it instantly. Just then a group of grunts, hearing the fight rushed into the room. When they seen mc the red suited grunt ran at mc. The red suited gurnt got off a shot in which mc sidestepped and grabbed the grunt by the throat, crushing the grunts' windpipe and attaching a plasma gernade to the methane tank worn by the grunt. Mc then threw the giant gernade into the group of grunts. With that action the grunts scattered, but their attempt to get away was in vain. The gernade exploded, igniting the methane tank worn by the dead grunt. As mc crossed the room a blue elite entered the room behind mc, the elite threw a plasma gernade onto the ceiling of the room. The gernade went off shattering the glass and releaseing the ocean-like ecosystem from its compartment. Mc dived into the next room and rolled to his feet and sprinted across that room popping off a shot and killing an unsuspecting grunt. The wave of ocean water crept even closer to mc. The Master Chief dove onto an energy transport and was swept up just as the wave of water rolled over the transport and crashed into the opposite wall, in turn breaking through and filling the many labs that the covenant had established throughout the base. Mc reached the end of the transport and rolled behide a wraith tank. After searching the gigantic loading dock he came to the only set of doors in the room. The door required a personal identification password. Mc answered with his own password, pulling out his shotgun and typeing in his password with tiny lead pellets. After seeing that the computer did not answer after typeing in his password, mc ran back a safe distance and pulled out his rocket launcher. Mc loaded the launcher and zoomed in with the 2x scope. Mc bent to one knee and tapped the trigger in which let the mad dog out of its cage and sent it rocketing into the door. There was an explosion and the door blew inward. Then from inside the next room mc could hear an intense fight takeing place. Mc picked up his sack and ran into the maddness.
