   Caleb clippet
Inay, Caleb, and Keoki waiting in town for Flair.
Inay: (glances at Caleb) Look at you, just breathing. I should've killed you already.
Caleb: What did you say? (Inay stares off in the opposite direction) Okay, whatever, don't tell me. (glare at each other for a second before ignoring each other)
Random pretty girl: Oh, he's so cute. May I pet him?
Inay: Wow, you're beautiful. I'd even say you're stunning. But, unfortunately I don't look for looks or personally. I can see by how you're dressed that you're poor. So, no, you may not pet or snuggle or marry me. I'm very sorry. (Random pretty girl looks surprised, Caleb groans a little)
Caleb: I'm so sorry.
Random pretty girl: Um, nice dog. I've got to go now. (walks off quickly)
Inay: (shakes head) Poor girl. I know it's hard to be rejected.
Caleb: You know, I was giving your method some thought and I don't think it'll work. It's not the girl that's rich, it's her parents, and her parents are going to want one heck of a dowery. Even if you somehow convince a wealthy girl to marry you, you can't marry her unless you pay her dowery. And you're broke that's why you have this obsession with marrying into wealth. Eloping wouldn't work either because the second she marries you she'll be poor too. So really, all this random proposing to rich girls is for nothing.
Inay: (stares boredly at Caleb for a second, looks suddenly surprised and points at him) Caleb! You have a massive beetle on your forehead! (smacks Caleb in the forehead)
Caleb: (staring at Inay from under his hand) I'm going to go wait outside town. You stay here.

This is the first in character I wrote but it's still just a clippet so not actually part of the show. So, the reason I gave for the two to just be waiting around is that Flair looks the most normal out of the three (which is saying something because she paints herself gold). Yep, so if something in a town or envolving people needs to be done, Flair will most likely be the one to do it. Caleb isn't shy so he'll do all that stuff too, but people get a bit uneasy with him since he's a young guy who won't take his hood down. When you've got people like Kasper and Porqe (crime lords) running around you're going to be a little wary.

Copywrite, The Unsaid Works. I have to say it even though no one here would steal. Okay, and next post, since I have no more clippets, I'll talk about Shadi and put up a few lines from him. I found a song for him today...yesterday, so I'll be changing my song for a couple days before changing it back to this one. I like this one.

I start school again Monday, so these posts will become about hating school and Epic after that. And I can't post everyday. Take care!

   Caleb/Inay clippet
Caleb, Flair, Inay, and Keoki camping on the edge of a town, early morning.
Flair: (gets up and goes into town)
Inay: (opens an eye lazily and watches her leave, looks over at Caleb)
Caleb: (sits up with a yawn)
Inay: (jumps Caleb and pins him down by his neck) Now I've got you. Flair's not here to save you and your dog's dead.
Caleb: He's sleeping. (looks over at Keoki)
Keoki: (rolls over)
Inay: Nope, he's dead. And now so are you.
Caleb: He just moved.
Keoki: (sighes heavily)
Inay: That's not the point. The point is that I've finally gotten you away from Flair. I'm going to kill you, Caleb.
Caleb: (shrugs)
Inay: You could show some panic. It's not everyday someone's gotten you pinned down by the throat with serious intentions to kill you.
Caleb: (yawns) Can we go find breakfast?
Inay: No, Caleb, I'm going to kill you.
Caleb: Hey, that girl over there talking to Flair looks really rich. And really single. And really desparate.
Inay: (stands up and starts brushing his hair wildly with his fingers) Where? Where is she? Oh, anonymous rich girl that I'm kneeling before- (drops to knees and looks around) Caleb, I don't see her or Flair. (looks around camp) Caleb?

Ookay, so, um...do I try to explain this? This is an actual in character clippet, which I haven't gotten to do with Caleb. I wrote the one not posted yet first but if I put them in order this one would've happened first. I got this playing song (unless you paused it) stuck in my head after realising how well it fits Caleb. I've been stuck on him ever since. I have the two in character clippets and I started his backstory. His isn't as fluid as my Zephyrian stuff but that's because Inay's backstory is the begining and I haven't worked on Inay as a solo character. Which is strange because he starts out as mostly a solo character. And characters ages go: Inay 22, Flair 18, and Caleb 15. Keoki's like three or four. And I'm exhausted, it's passed 2:00. I'll push myself another hour to make sure I actually sleep. We have a little sun tomorrow so I'll try to call Unsaid and get updated. I didn't sleep the previous night because I wanted to make sure I got up early for our meeting. I told my mother I had the meeting but nooo that doesn't matter. She called Florida at like 10 and didn't get off until 13. Totally missed my deadline. Not that it matters. My cellphone gets bad receiption and was dying and with all the water in the ground from the rain I can't hear anything over the phone. Hoping the bit of sun with help all I catch up tomorrow. Hey, Monkie, Wheel In The Sky just started.

Here's an Epic clippet that I posted already but then deleted. This was thought of when I had no TV. Epic clippets are copywrite The Unsaid Works even though they're not part of Epic.

Ai: (off screen) Sorry, sorry, it's just that I'm the best looking in the family.
Anastasius: Alethea's prettier then you.
Ai: (walking into frame and standing behind Anastasius) Aw, how sweet. You think Alethea's pretty.
Anastasius: Shut up! Shut up! She's my big sister, of course I think she's pretty.
Ai: Yeah, but you're not supposed to say it. It's so adorable. (pinches Anastasius's cheek) You're such a good little baby brother.
Anastasius: (waves his arms to fight Ai off)
Ai: Anyway, I never said I was pretty. I'm a guy, I'm just goodlooking. I'm the best looking of the von Bavol boys.
Anastasius: Are not!
Ai: Are too! I look like my father and he was better looking then Teseo. I've got 'drool over me' genes of steel. (ruffles Anastasius's hair) And you can't have any.
Anastasius: (launches over chair at Ai) GIVE ME SOME!
Ai: Never!
Anastasius: (trying to strangle Ai)

   Caleb
Finding a sound really helped with this kid. I got two clippets, in character clippets. The Wizard of Oz one was just weird. So out of character. I'll put up the two with Caleb later. I've got one with all the von Bavol boys too. Now, if only I could figure out how to draw comics...oh well.

Just listening to this song (the one playing if you didn't pause it) brings up Caleb for me. I may even start his backstory. If I start his backstory that means I'll have to do Inay's. It'll also mean that I'll get Rixari out of the way. A lot of promising things there.

Wow, seriously, it's only the tenth. I know school (and job in Jess's case) will interfer but for making a resolution to get as much of Epic out there with a possible YouTube commicial by Dec. 31, 2008, we're moving fast. We've only had Epic since like late June or early July too. I'm proud of us, and this time it's the good pride not my usual...well, vainglory (instert smily).

When the sun comes up I'll have to get all of Caleb's info from Unsaid HQ. Long distance work is so complicated. I can't remember his parents' names or how old his brother is. I finally remembered his brother's name though. I kept calling him 'Keoki' but that's the dog. Kind of reminds me of when my mom calls us the dogs' names. No, Caleb's little brother's name is Kalevi, Kalevi kara Masou. Yeah, so dramatic. It comes out 'hero of the fire god' whereas Caleb, as I've said before, is 'dog of the fire god'. Easy to see who the favorite was. I'll get into Caleb more once I start writing out his backstory. And then comes Inay. I feel sorry for him as a kid, but now he's an adult so I don't feel too bad for him anymore.

Yeah, is almost 2:00 so I'm going to go take a couple Tylonal PM and lay in bed for a couple hours wondering why they don't work. My cousin dated the heir to that junk. What a loser, talk about everything handed to you. Couldn't put four words together and make sense of them. Oh man, and what a face. Ew, gross. The junk must cause birth defects. Hm, I can get quite nasty in my sleep deprived state. I'm going to try to sleep now.

Oh yeah, and my TV is finally fixed. I was starting to miss it but then today I went through the channels and realised that there was nothing on. There never is. Love music though. Good night/morning.

   Eek (the good kind)
I posted like an hour ago when it was still Tuesday, but I had a sudden realisation with the music. We listened to classic rock when we made some of the character. And we listen to it a lot when working, so that was our feel. But I just remembered that I do like some of the new bands. Yeah, that didn't make me sound dumb. Okay, so, I was listening to this sound that I really like. Sound? I'm no pro, song. I was listening to this song that I like and it's really different from the older stuff but I love it. And then I realised that the lyrics matched up with Caleb pretty much perfectly. And that's great for me because I work great to music and I never found a sound or a song I could work Caleb with. So, I've done almost no work on him, but now I found it so we can get things moving again. The song is Move Along by the All American Rejects. Yeah, so I'm pretty happy because I can start working on Caleb a lot more now that I have something to listen to. I don't know why but I think of all characters has having a sound. With Nevada, Hunter, and Torrance (Mirror Image) I had it narrowed down to specific songs that worked. Nevada was Behind Blue Eyes: The Who. Hunter was It's My Life: Bon Jovi. And Torrance was Famous Last Words: My Chemical Romance. I had to look up the title for that last one. I always called it Torrance's song (instert smily). Those three were three of my favorite in my Mirror Image stories and i think it had a lot to do with enjoying those songs. Now that I've got a specific song to listen to when I have to work on Caleb he'll probably be one of my favorite Epic characters. That favoritism crosses the airwaves. You can always tell when the creators of a show like a character and that makes you like and enjoy them. Ah-nee better watch out or he could be replaced. I doubt that though. Ah-nee was the first. So, in-light of my newfound love of Caleb, I'm changing the site song. Hope anyone that sees this and put themselves through reading the crazed rambling of a happy insomniac has a good day.

Okay, so I've had a rough couple days. Insomnia kicked in at the worst possible time and I kept seeing all these problems. Yeah, so if I totally snapped at anyone here I'm really sorry. Words like 'girlfriend', 'boyfriend', 'baby', 'help', 'clueless', 'minor'; those would make me flip right now. I won't start going into it. In truth, I don't know these people so it's not my issues. I'm up to the twenties now for those problems. That's why I flipped. I'm just glad I've got a smart brother. I don't need to worry about my sister because she scares people. She'll be eighteen in November and after that she's not my problem anymore.

So, aside from finding out that a lot of parents seriously messed up with my younger generation, I've been signing up for classes. I waited until the absolute last minute. I told the guy I was going to be a Zoology major (I might change), so now I've got to take classes I never even though of taking.

History-F 8:30-11:20
Classes everyday. I was hoping to get around that English. Two basic English classes are required to transfer or graduate. It's lame. Schools I'm looking at for next semester are DelVal out on the east coast and Melbourgh out in Austrailia. I want to get Epic out as much as possible this year though so Austrailia wouldn't be a good idea. Scarifices must be made.

And we've gotten to Epic. I haven't done much since I finished Teseo's and Shadi's backstory. I made a looks rating chart out of boredom. It's not easy to rate them when they vary so much. And then girls are rated different then guys. I made it 1-20 with 10 being average and 8 being plain. I'm going to use Haruki Ketsuenhi has my example since we don't use him.

In his prime, between twenty five and thirty years, he was an 8. On the chart he's listed as an 8 but really he's a lot less. You got to factor in that he's now fifty and is missing his right arm. He's more like a 2 or 3 now. I worked on him a little bit. I like him. He was like this superly talented sword fighter. He opened Hi Dojo and trained samurai. He also tangled with a demon twice. The second time he lost his right arm. He was right handed so that sucked even more. Now he can only hold small defense classes for women and children. I gave him a wife and son to get him more rounded. I couldn't think of a good reason why a master swords man rich enough to have his own dojo wouldn't be married. So, Mizuko was his wife and Kuri was his son. Mizuko took Kuri and left after about seven years of marriage. Kuri was six and Koji was three. Yeah, so I gave Koji a brother. I got stuff on him. Yay, Epic maks me happy again.

   Chik von Bavol
I posted another picture. I'll put the thumbnail up later when it gets on the site. I love Bon Jovi, this song actually would be good for Chik and Shadi. Okay, now that it's over I can concentrate.

So, information about Chik. She's a Zephyrian. She wasn't born a Zephyrian though. She moved to Zephyr when she was twenty and because she planned on living there forever and had dark hair and light eyes (black hair and blue eyes) she was given the option to renounce her old country. So, she did, and became a Zephyrian. She was an apprentice barber and was almost done her apprenticeship when she met Shadi at twenty four. Shadi was really rude to her so they didn't start courting until a year after that. She married him when she was twenty seven (he was twenty eight) and she joined him in his traveling all over the world. She eventually got very good at using a sword, that's why in the picture she's pionting a sword at a pirate that was trying to rob her. She would disarm them and hold then there until Shadi got there. She's a lady and ladies don't kill. It isn't proper. Speaking of ladies, when she was being courted by Shadi he was still technically a lord. She was almost a lady. So, the picture I'd date as two year before Ai came along. Ai's her son. She had him when she was thirty three. It really kind of freaked both her and Shadi out. They agreed not to have kids because they were always getting attacked by pirates when they were at sea and bandits when they were on land. But, Ai came along anyway. After he was born, Chik stayed in Zephyr for a year before the three of them (Shadi, Ai, and her incase I lost you) started traveling again. She died by drowning when she was thirty nine. When the show (Epic) starts she'll have been dead for twelve years.

Yeah, so there's stuff on Chik, one of my most underrateed backstory characters, and a little clippet. Oh yes, Chik is a Romani name for 'garden'. Her full married name comes out 'garden of the wind'. Shadi is 'singer of the wind' and Ai is 'love of the wind'.

   birthy
I tried writing 'brithday' as my heading but it didn't work. Agh, I'm tired. I just stared at a blank paper for three hours trying to think of how to draw. This is why I like computer graphics, but I'm broke and can't afford a system right now.

Well, happy twentith birthday, Jess Monkie Glorfindal Cookie's stupid deity! Wow, I love Van Halen this early in the morning. Oh, and happy twentith birthday to my character Denim Rugby Nook who's birthday was yesterday. He's got like fifteen or sixteen years left before he dies. Poor guy.

Okay, bedtime. Oh yeah, and I updated my deally thingy at the top to show the ten deadly sins. I think there might be more but ten's enough. People who wonder what my name means, look at the list. Good morning/night.

Oh yeah, finished the backstory for Teseo and Shadi. There, I meantioned it.

   dittly-dittly-dee
So, in Epic news, because I have to talk about it in every post. I'll probably finish Teseo's and Shadi's backstory today. It's so horrible. Not the backstory, the fact that when Epic starts Teseo's been dead for eight years and Shadi's been dead for tweleve. They both played a big role in Zephyr development though so I had to get thier part written down. Yes, I'm still on Zephyr. I should be working on Byely or Rixari, but I can't work on them they way I can Zephyr. Zephyr's practically alive. Byely is just a standard monarchy and Rixari is...odd. They're also a lot older then Zephyr so they've got mythology. Well, not Byely, but Rixari. Zephyr's our most well developed country and it'll probably always be no matter the work we put in with the others. And that's because the country rides so heavily on the von Bavol and the other six noble families. Ai said, "If the six noble families are the spine of Zephyr, then the von Bavol is the heart" or something like that. Oh, I just quoted a fictional character of my own creation. That's creepy. Well, no creepier then recieving mail from them I suppose.

My Christmas package from Unsaid said it was from Inay de la Requiem. Now that was creepy. I have a spot for Inay, but he's one of the last characters I'd want mail from. I want mail from Trini just so that when his fangirls appear I can say he sent me a letter and not them. Other then that, I wouldn't want mail from him either. I don't want mail from anyone dead, anyone evil, anyone who creeps me out, or Ah-nee, or Ai. I know them too well to know what they'd send me. Biting envelope or something. Okay, this is getting weird.

So, Teseo was extremely important to Zephyr development because he expanded trade to a few islands (three) and the other two continents. He also left everything to his younger son, Ah-nee, which is why Ah-nee's even wandering around in Epic. Splurging before he has to be responcible and stuff. Shadi was important because he was the one actually out there making the trades happen. Teseo can't travel very far from Zephyr, so he employed Shadi to do it. That of course made the nobles extremely angry and caused some tensions in Teseo's rule. They didn't like Shadi. Shadi was a wanderer and a dreamer. They thought he was going to be Zephyr's first traitor, which is how he's remembered by them even though it wasn't true. Kind of a really raw deal. He died protecting a trade.

In Mirror Image I have no problems with taking the person right up to their death. Epic has a certain innocence about it that I really like so I don't write deaths in backstories. It was helpful having two main characters for this one. Teseo receives the letter saying his brother and sister-in-law died instead of me having to write it out. Since Shadi had a significent death, I had someone say what happened so that I again didn't have to write the actual death. Coward's way, but I don't care. It's backstory. I'm ending it with Teseo bringing Ai back to Zephyr so that I don't have to write his death either. All of us knows how it happens and I don't want to write him laying on the grown all broken. He falls off his balcony. The backstory isn't so much about them being dead, it's about them doing their part in Zephyr as brothers who share the same beliefs but go about it differently. Corny. The end is more about brotherhood, cousinhood, and nephewhood. You see a good bit of a much younger Emre. I enjoy Emre so very much. I think he's more important then Anastasius in this.

   blah-ditty-blah
I don't have much to do today so I'm a little bit bored. I'm supposed to be looking at colleges...again. I better hurry up and apply so I don't have to go back to that lame school this semester. Well, I'll go do that, call Unsaid, and work on Teseo's and Shadi's back story a little more. It's so sad, I really like Shadi but he's been dead for twelve years when the show starts. He was important to the country so I have to write all his stuff down anyway. Here's a quiz result since this post is lacking in pretty much everything:
