   names
I spend a lot of time looking for perfect names for characters. I used to carry around a baby name book in the very begaining. It causes a lot of fuss. Sadly, it split in half. That just meant I could buy an awesome new updated version with way more names. Me and the rest of Unsaid Works went to the store a couple years back. Having to go up to the counter and pay for it was mortifying, even though it's really funny now. That thing is so useful. I left in over at Unsaid Works, but I still needed names. Parenting site. Started with Parenting.com, switched to BabyNames.com. You had to go through too much on Parenting.com to get to the names. But, it's always worth it.

Mirror Image:
Trent (b)
Luke (b)
Dionne (g)
Farrah (g)
Nevada (b)
Hunter (b)
North (b)
Sailor (g)
Pugsly (b)
Tucker (b)
Blaze (b)
Renee (g)
Holden (b)
Hayden (b)
Torrance (b)
ect.

Not anything real special since the whole Mirror Image world is a spin of ours. Love the name Luke and always have. I really like most of these.

Epic:
{von Bavol}
Ogen (b)
Icabod (b)
Ignatius (b)
Ichigo (g)
Zagiri (g)
Washi (b)
Magali (g)
Rafiki (b)
Lenci (g)
Marcelino (b)
Jovita (g)
Jai (b)
Guinevere (g)
Iago (b)
Innis (g)
Teseo (b)
Shadi (b)
Emre (b)
Duscha (g)
Indigo (g)
Alethea (g)
Ai (b)
Anastasius (b)
Taletha (g)
Carling (g)
Anlienisse (g)
Istvan (b)
ect.

Yeah, that's just one family from Epic. I spent the most time out on this family's names. I mean, insane amounts of time. All of their first names had to fit with their last name. Ex: Rafiki von Bavol would be 'friend of the wind' and Anlienisse von Bavol would be 'image of the wind'.

Random Weird Story That's Not A Story Just A Pile Of Characters:
Snapdragon Rambler (b)
Mimic Avast (b)
Mica Masters (b)
Gyasi Wickersham (b)
Procyon Rhapsody (b)
Beryl Masters (b)
Dice Rebels (b)
Innit Llewellyn (b)
Magpie Foxcroft-Saentes (Maggie Saentes) (b)
Nightingale Foxcroft-Saentes (g)
Mariah Cinis (g)
Limerick Maelstrom (g)
Branch Moriarty (b)

Their names were funnest. Wickersham and Rambler are actually two streets near my house. Cinis is 'ashes' in Latin. I got Foxcroft from an old protrait of a snobby eighteen century boy I saw when I was at Cornell with...well, Unsaid Works. I sort of just group my friends together. I'm not sure what to do with poor little Branch. (I say it "b-RAUN-ch" so it doesn't sound like I'm talking about a tree.)

Yep, those are results of countless hours of going through millions of names. I think I've talked about Latin in two different posts now. I don't really speak Latin, only bits. I used to be able to say 'earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust' but I forgot what 'dust' was. Something long.

This post should do it. The von Bavol names and the names listed for the "Random Weird" all belong to me. "Random Weird" is copywrite Blue Swallow Productions and the von Bavol and copywrite Unsaid Works. People would be sort of nuts to steal names. Or steal Mica. Mica...ew, creepy.
