   day 26
Still no goslings.

Today:
It was the shortest visit yet. I saw a protective side of Ember that I've never seen. She was so focused on one of my dogs who was well over ten feet away that she wouldn't even eat. A great sign for her future goslings. I also went and saw Fennel really quick. He was close to the road so I lured him back to the pond with a piece of breadstick. He ate from my hand. He's getting a little hyper.

Notes:
I drove by the residental pond on the motorcycle but I didn't see Basil. It's a fairly nice day so he was probably in the water. I watched the five goslings take a nap but didn't get close. They grow really fast.
