NO STORY RIGHT NOW!
Hello guys! Sorry to tell you but this week's Episode 2 of the story I made won't be shown as of now. The computer I'm using can't read the floppy disk where the story is placed. And I can't transfer since all computers are occupied. But don't worry. I'll show it soon maybe next week along with Episode 3.
Anyway, in other stuff, Ragnarok The Animation and Get Backers are set to premiere in non-cable Philippine TV this coming Monday on ABS-CBN. Get Backers' timeslot is 5:30 pm and Ragnarok The Animation follows after it.
And that's all I can say now. Nothing much happening in school and my house. So let's go directly to our ANIME PIC:
Picture from:http://www.caninesinaction.com
Here's a pic from Inuyasha. Nice isn't it?
Well that's all for today. Quite a short post huh? See ya! HAVE A NICE DAY!

ONCE AGAIN, IT'S OCTOBER!
Hey guys! It's October! That means Christmas is 2 months away! But unlike other countries where the Christmas fever isn't that common, here in the Philippines the Christmas fever is getting hot! On the streets I saw a child doing a little caroling to earn some money. Then I saw a store selling big Christmas lanterns with lights! Well, Yuletide season definitely is coming to town!
Anyway, thanks for all those who gave comments on my story. If you never read it, go to my previous post and you'll find it! As I said, the story will continue every week. For now, here's a little profile of the main character in the story, Mato Shimino:
Age: 15
Birthdate: May 12
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 65 kgs.
Occupation: High school student; part-time cashier of his father's convenience shop
Parents:
Hajime Shimino (father; owner of THUMBS UP convenience shop)
Horoko Shimino (mother; currently working overseas for UNICEF)
School: Nihonmori High School
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Brown
Likes: Anime shows, soccer, sushi
Ambition: To be a TV writer or animator
If ever you can make a drawing of Mato using the profile above, then I would really appreciate it! (Number 5, would you like to do it?)
I also introduced Shinichi Mamoto. Now, unlike Mato who is a fictitious character, Shinichi is based on a REAL high school student. And that student is in my class. Who is his real-life counterpart? I'm not gonna tell you. Nor will I tell Blue Hawk, Number 5, Ezel, ryosuke, dEaDLy AnGeL, or any other person for that matter.
Now let's go to our ANIME PIC:
Picture from:http://www.animetempy.com
This is a pic from Rune Soldier. This anime will replace Hunter X Hunter starting tomorrow on GMA 7. (Phils. only) And to think HXH isn't finished yet! Oh man! Hope this one is good, especially since GMA might have done this to get good ratings once Ragnarok The Animation is shown on its rival station ABS-CBN! Oh boy! Even anime is included in the network wars!
And I'll leave you with this interesting anecdote from the Reader's Digest. I modified a little bit of it for you to answer.
MORAL DILEMMA by Dick Breit
Consider this situation. You are driving along on a wild, stormy night. You pass by a bus stop, where you see three people waiting:
1. An elderly woman who is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect mate you've been dreaming about.
Who would you choose, knowing there could only be one passenger in your car? Should you save the elderly woman or take the old friend because he once saved your life? You may never find your perfect dream lover again!
Now think about it first. What would you do in this situation? If you have an answer, you may scroll down.
You have an answer already? Think about it first!
Have your answer now? Okay, I'll give you some time to think.
Finished? Let's continue reading the anecdote.
The quiz was given to 200 applicants for a single job. The one who was hired responded: "I would give the car keys to my friend and let him take the elderly woman to the hospital. Then I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the woman of my dreams."

Had fun? Well that's all for today! HAVE A NICE DAY!

IT'S OCTOBER!
Hey there guys! Now before anything else, let me clarify somehing first. With due respect to its creator, the milk glue experiment is really not so bad. Also, you can use the stuff to stick paper and cloth. But here's some tips to remember:
a. As you heat the milk and vinegar solution to separate curds and whey, wear a mask 'coz it's gonna be a bit stinky. But the milk glue itself won't smell so bad after it is made.
b. You should use the glue within the next 24 hours after it was made 'coz it's still sticky and not stinky at that time.
c. After those 24 hours, its begins to stink and liquify to a brown liquid. I suggest you throw it away 'coz it won't do you any good anyway.
If you'll be making MILK GLUE, just remember those tips.
Anyway, we had our Math and Science Culminating Activity last morning. And I got to be one of the show's emcees. For the very first time, I get to emcee a program.
But enough of me as the emcee. At the program was the Look-Alike Contest wherein selected students dress up and act as scientists. Most of the high school students impersonated the Curie couple, Lavoiser, and Einstein (who, by the way, had to put the John Cena entrance music as he went to the stage. It was so hilarious, especially with his Halloween mask!)
For our class, it was JV who became our contestant. His scientist was Stephen Hawking (He's the guy at the left.) He is a British scientist who extended Einstein's theory of relativity to explain the mysteries of the universe, especially the Black Hole. And as you can see, he is a disabled man. That's because he has this disease which made him unable to move or speak. Picture from http://www.sky4us.org
To really act like Stephen Hawking, JV had to bring a REAL wheelchair! And since there weren't any inclined planes to let him go up using the wheelchair, I had to "carry" him up while Kevin brought the wheelchair for him. And his acting was so good too! On his speech he said this, "And unlike my fellow contestants, I am still alive." When he had to get a roll of paper for the Question and Answer portion, he said, "Could someone help me in here?" Of course, Hawking can't move that's why he said that. And for that, HE WON FIRST PLACE with a very high score of 98%!
On other stuff, me and my Tower Boom contestants were given our prizes. And it was.....black Pilot ballpens! One ballpen for each of us! Would you look at that? I really needed a ballpen anyway, so that's fine with me. The other winners were given their prizes too.
And now, it's October. This month, we'll be busy with our analysis on the Vatican Council II, our class' mock wedding (where I get to be the priest), and hopefully, FIELD TRIP!
Now for our ANIME PIC:
Picture from: http://www.cartoni.it
This is a pic from Slam Dunk. Since Philippines is a basketball-loving country, you can say that this show was a BIG HIT here. They're bringing it back again on GMA, although I have the feeling it will be replaced by the local news program in our city.
And I'll leave you with this story I just made. This is based on my very own junior class. If you have any comments on it, please tell me.
SCHOOL LIFE
A/N: This is based on a REAL class, so some of the content actually happened in real life. But, of course, some of the content are fictitious, especially the names. Any persons, living or dead, who have the exact names of the characters here are purely co-incidental.
EPISODE 1: FIRST DAY
Part 1
October 1. Friday. 7:30 A.M. Yet another day at school.
But unlike the old days when I go to school at the Yonama High School, today it's different. My dad transferred me to this school, the Nihonmori High School. That's okay with me though. My classmates at the other school kinda pissed me off so I'm happy that I'm here.
Now I walked and walked and walked to find my room. I'm a junior high school student, by the way. And before I forget, my name is Mato Shimino, 15 years of age.
And after a few minutes of searching, I saw the sign "THIRD YEAR". This must be my room. Now I'm getting shivers already. I held on the doorknob. Ooohhh, the coldness of the metal knob makes me shiver more. Okay, now here I go. This is now my new world. A new beginning. Here I go....
"ROCK!", "GO DOWN, THIRD YEARS!", "F**K YOU!", "BLAH!!!"
Okay. A noisy class. Great. This is my "new" world? Oh boy.
RING! The school bell rang. Everybody is going down now for the flag ceremony. I'd better go down now.
-------------------------------------
LATER.....
Well, I'm back in the room again. The classroom is still noisy, but not as noisy as a few minutes ago. Now I see girls looking at me. Then, they're gossiping. Is there something wrong with me? Do I still have brocolli in my teeth?
"Good morning class!"
"Good morning Sensei!"
"Please sit down."
"Yes, Sensei!"
The adviser arrived. Her face doesn't seem to be completely happy. Maybe because of the chatter some peeps did while in the flag ceremony.
"Okay class. We have a new student inside here."
Now she's doing a hand language that somehow told me, "Please come here!" I stood up and went to the front. I'm still quite nervous, especially with their eyes focusing me.
"Class, please welcome Mr. Mato Shimino. Mato, these are your new classmates, all 23 of them."
"Good morning Mato!" everyone greeted. "Ahh....good morning too!", I replied.
"And I'm your Sensei, Elle Vinena."
"Umm...good morning, Sensei."
Whoa! Quite a heart-pounding moment. And I think it was a miracle I was able to respond. So she is Elle Vinena. And I have 23 classmates. 23? My old class had 50 students who make the same amount of noise as this class. So this class might be quite talkative, huh? That's fine with me. I just don't like the sermons later.
DOOR KNOCKS! Someone is at the door.
"Excuse me class!"
Now she's going to the door, talking to someone who looks like a janitor.
"Class, I have some business to attend to. Mato, you may take your seat. Class Officers, take charge."
Then she left. I went back to my chair and slowly sat on it. Everyone's still staring at me. Even the boys are looking at me. I just hope there aren't any gays here. Yeeks!
"Hey!", someone called. "Nice to meet you, Mato."
I saw the guy, who was actually my seatmate. He was showing an open hand as if it wanted to shake hands with me.
"My name is Shinichi Mamoto. Hope you'll enjoy our class."
I took his hand and shook it. Well, this is the beginning of my new school life.
Okay, so I'm stopping it there, since I still have to think of cool names for the other characters. I'll be continuing this every week so watch out! See ya! HAVE A NICE DAY!

COOL WEEK!
Hey guys! Currently researching for my Christian Living report.
Anyway, we finally made our experiment! (FINALLY!) We chose the milk glue! It was interesting to make glue out of skim milk, vinegar, baking soda, and water. You can get a copy of the experiment from this site (Thanks to the people who made it):http://www.iit.edu/~smile/ch9506.html
But the glue will last for only a day or two. Yesterday, me and Number 5 opened the container where the milk glue was in. Then we smelled a stinky stench. We thought it was a classmate of ours farting again. We smelled the milk glue.......IT STINKS!!!!!! IT'S LIKE A HUNDRED FARTS ALL IN ONE!!!!!!! I FEEL NAUSEOUS!!!!!!! I'M GONNA PUKE!!!!!!! So remember: Milk glue can be cool but soon it's gonna stink.
Anyway, we had our Math and Science Olympiad yesterday. I was in the Tower Boom group with Kevin, Jozhua, Anthony, and JV (I think you heard their names from Blue Hawk). The objective was to make a tower, regardless of height, which can support weights without sagging. And thanks to Kevin's super-intelligence, we won! Our class alos won the Paper Bridge and Longest Flight in the Paper Airplane.
Now let's go to our ANIME NEWS and ANIME PIC:
Ragnarok picture from:):http://www.dengekionline.com/
Get Backers pictre from:http://www.kikki.co.jp
1.) ABS-CBN is gonna bring Ragnarok the Animation and Get Backers!!! Cool!!!! Hopefuly I finally get to watch Get Backers and know the Ragnarok story!
One Piece pic from:http://www.amazingcomics.it
2.) GMA 7 brings One Piece to Philippines!!!! Great!!!! And Blue Hawk was even excited about this!!!!!! The show is on every weekdays at 5 pm on GMA.
That's all for today! HAVE A NICE DAY! (P.S. Did you notice that I forgot to place HAVE A NICE DAY in my previous post?)

CHEM. EXPERIMENT, BLUE HAWK HEALING, AND COOKING MASTER BOY!
Right now, I'm researching tons of chemistry experiments for our project. I got results like glue from milk, blue bottle, etc.
Anyway, my mom's friends are at our house right now. And I'm in the Net cafe right now, since the computer has been attacked by a "virus" from a porn site my bro visited last Thursday. (THAT'S WHY I HATE PORN SITES!!!!! GRRRR!!!!!) The virus goes like this:
1.) Computer would say that our modem was not installed even if it was.
2.) Homepage is not the one we placed in the settings. It goes instead to --- (Don't want a libel case against me 'coz I forgot the URL.). And when I tried to open the Comments in my myOtaku, this site would come out instead! Grrrrrr!!!!!!
I just wish those stupid virus creators would stop this crap! Oh wait! They won't stop! 'Coz they're just so STUPID to understand the consequences of their actions!!!!! Grrrrrrr!!!!! (Sorry about that! Can't control myself!)
By the way, Blue Hawk's wound is healing! Good! Hope the progress continues!
Now I'll leave you with this ANIME PIC:
Picture from: http://ikimasho.free.fr/
Here's a pic from Cooking Master Boy! I gotta admit, this show can make me feel hungry sometimes. It shows a lot of food which looks so good to eat...even though if it's just animation. There was even an episode about a "laughing bun".
I really want to the recipes in the show but I think it would end up as bad food! Oh well!
That's all for today! Still gonna research! See ya!

FRIDAY AGAIN!
Hey guys! It's Friday again! But nothing very special this Friday (except the fact that I got 1000+ visits already! Thanks guys!!!!). We just had classes, went to the Math and Science Club (where we were assigned to help on the Math and Science Month Culminating Activity and prepare a dance presentation), and finished our detergent experiment.
However, the detergent experiment was SO good, all 8 brands took off the stains right away. Thta means there's no "better" in "which detergent cleans fabrics better?". So we have to go back to the drawing board and make a new experiment. Good thing the deadline has been extended to next Friday. If you guys have any idea on an experiment related to chemistry, please PM me or Blue Hawk.
Speaking of Blue Hawk, she got a nasty cut today right above her left eye. I'm not sure what actually happened but some sources say she was hit by our classmate through a badminton racket. Don't ask me though if it's accidental or intentional.
Get well soon, Blue Hawk! Hope the wound will heal sooner!
Yeah, nothing really special for now. Well, I'll just have to wait for SmackDown! then make my assignments. I might go watch the horror flick, "Feng Shui" with my grade school classmate tomorrow.
Now let's go to the ANIME PIC:
Picture from http://doblaje.esfera.cl
This is a pic from an old Japanese anime, "Yaiba". Created by Gosho Aoyama (who also created Detective Conan/Case Closed), this series was such a hit here...even before the term ANIME was ever known. Right now, there's no more telecast of Yaiba. And its popularity isn't that big anymore.
(P.S. In the last post, Astro Boy's birthday was actually April 7, 2003. His creator Osamu Tezuka predicted before that Astro Boy would be born on 2003 but as you can see, there are no real Astro Boys right now.)
That's it for now! HAVE A NICE DAY!

HALF-DAY TODAY
Hey guys! Guess what? We just had half-dy classes today. That's because there's a typhoon in the province last morning. It was on Signal # 1. Other schools still have whole day classes while we have half-day classes since our school is located on the mountain, and landslides can occur during typhoons.
The bad thing though is that we were supposed to make our project now, but then it has to be cancelled! Oh man! I have the funny feeling we'll have to make it by Saturday. We can do the project tomorrow, but it would be finished by Saturday. Confused? The project goes like this (Blue Hawk, Deadly Angel, listen up):
1.) We wash stained fabrics on different detergent solutions at the lab.
2.) We take the fabrics out from the solution, rinse it with clear water, and hang it to dry. (This is where the problem starts. The fabric may be dry by Saturday if we do the project tomorrow. But there's that possibility that we can't go to school on Saturday. Plus we need to jut down our observations, which can be done when the fabrics are dry.)
Now the deadline is on Monday. I just hope we can finish this.
Anyway, let's go to our ANIME PIC:
Picture from http://animationhq.netThis is a pic from the hit Osamu Tezuka series, "Astro Boy". Now if you didn't know, Astro Boy was the inspiration for many people in Japan to create robots that can act like people. Also, Astro Boy's birthday is on April 7. (I actually watch a lot of Japanese documentaries. That's why I know these things.)
Anyway, that's all for today. Gotta cool my head since the computer's acting wacko lately! HAVE A NICE DAY!

OH, NOTHING SPECIAL!
Well, nothing much to post as of now. The only thing I can tell you is that I'll be busy washing dishes after my post. And by this week, me, Blue Hawk, and our group members will be busy in our chemistry experiment. As of now, I'm thinking about havingany of these two experiments:
1. "Which detergent soap cleans fabrics better?"
2. "Can dishwashing liquid be used to clean clothes?"
Oh, and we have an ANIME PIC today. I did say yesterday that we'll have one today so here it is:
Picture from www.ingcoverse.com
INUYASHA: Kagome, would you please stop pinching my ears?
Since there's nothing else happening except me washing a mountain of dishes later, here's a little joke I got from e-mail:

JUST FINISHED FROM MY PARENTS' ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Before anything else, let us pause for a while to pray for the victims of the September 11 attacks in 2001:
Picture from www.sdanet.org
Let the souls of the victims join our Lord in eternal rest.
-----------------------------------------------
Now let's go to the bright side of life! We've just finished celebrating my parents' 17th wedding anniversary! We had chicken, pork, beef steak, lumpia or spring rolls, cake (chiffon and cassava to be exact), fruit salad, and lots more! My relatives were busy playing games on our computer so it took me 11pm (Philippine time) to post this! But at least they have fun!
Right now, we have lots of leftovers. We even have some softdrinks here! Want some? *hands softdrinks to pals* Enjoy! Burp! Oops! Excuse me!
Anyway, Blue Hawk gave me yet another surprise! Now she gave me a chatter box! And after I revealed who was the guy in my avatar, who happens to be Kaito Kid, she uses a picture of him in the chatter box! Well, all I could say is Arigato BH-chan!
That's all for now! No ANIME PIC 'coz it's late night already in my place. Maybe tomorrow we'll have one! Just try this little teaser below:
What English word can have 4 of its 5 letters removed and still retain it's original pronunciation? (NOTE: There are two possible answers. Just give one.)
-----------------------------------------------
Answer: Queue (Pronounced like the letter Q; take away the ueue and you are left with "q")
Aitch (Pronounced like the letter H; take away the aitc and you are left with "h")
From: Just Riddles and More!
That's all for now! HAVE A NICE DAY!

FINALLY! SOMEONE KNEW WHO THE GUY IN MY AVATAR IS!
I was just reading carefully the guestbook entries when I read the entry by Fuyumiko sama:
Kaito Kid avatar?! Too cool. ^.^
So ladies and gentlemen, the game I created for a few months has ended! Someone guessed it. Now let me introduce to you to Kaito Kid:
Now Kaito Kid is Kuroba Kaito by day, a high school student who's good in magic. At night, he's the mysterious phantom thief Kaito Kid! He steals priceless stuff from the museum to take revenge on the guys who killed his father, who was the old Kaito Kid.
This character is from "Detective Conan" or "Case Closed". He also appeared in "Yaiba" and has its own anime series. The funny thing about it is that I knew all about him in the Net. I never saw him yet in TV yet.
Anyway, that's all for now! HAVE A NICE DAY!
