   Chapter 2

.:Grant:. I'm majorly bored... So I'm gonna post my story chapter 2! STORY STARTS NOW! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 2 Sun Desert The group was sitting in the desert cross legged position thinking of what could have taken them to this strange place. “The capsules!” Torrado said standing up. “But, how could have the capsules taken us to a desert?” Ziyran said standing up also. “Guys this is getting way hot out here!” Farin said jumping up from her crossed legged position. “Yeah, it does feel hotter out here,” Torrado said rubbing the sweat off his head. “Hey look at that!” Ziyran said pointing left. “Huh?” Torrado and Farin said looking that way. The group saw people, but they looked like people on fire. They had redish orangish yellowish colored skin. They also had like a fire for hair. One of the strange creatures turned and said: “What are you staring at? It is like you have never seen a sun being before!” “Hey they are in our territory! Those creatures are supposed to be in the northern lands!” The other sun being said. “Hey you are right! What are you doing in sun desert?” The first one said aiming it for Torrado. “Uhh... That is kind of what we are trying to figure out.” Torrado said wiping his head. “Well if we find your kind in our territory we have permission to kill you!” the second sun being said pulling out a sun blade. “Hey we are not looking for trouble!” Ziyran said holding his hands up. “Well too bad you got some!” The first sun being said pulling his sun blade out. “Torrado! Look out!” Farin screamed. “Huh? AHH!” Said Torrado jumping from the first sun beings blow to the head. “Aww... you missed Red Hot!” The second sun being said drooping down. “Don’t worry Little Steamy, I’ll get’em this time!” Red Hot said to the second sun being. “Hey leave us alone!” Ziyran said holding his fist up to Red Hot. “Hey, Ziyran, if they wanna fight we’ll fight back!” Torrado said pulling his sword from its hilt. “What ever dude” Ziyran said getting ready to charge a spell. “Ready when you are guys are!” Farin said pulling out her bow and loading arrows. So the fight between the two groups started. Red Hot ran towards Ziyran holding out his sword for a lunge strike. Ziyran flew up and blasted Red Hot with a “Blizzard” spell, Red Hot flew far before he hit a rock. “RED HOT!” Little Steamy said turning to face Red Hot. “Grrrr, I’ll get you for that!” Little Steamy then turned and faced the group and charged at Torrado with his sword out like Red Hot did for a lunge strike. “Whoa calm down there!” Torrado said holding out his sword for a block. When Little Steamy reached Torrado they clashed to see who had more brute strength, by pushing each other back. When Torrado felt Little Steamy let up a little he slashed his sword up to send Little Steamy flying up. When he reached Torrado’s level Torrado struck by jumping back a little and slashing real fast and powerful to send him flying the same way Red Hot went. “Take this too!” Farin said shooting her arrows at the two sun beings. The arrows hit directly on her targets she was aiming for. “Ugh!” The two sun beings said falling from the rock knocked out. “We let you go easy this time!” Ziyran said glaring at the two knocked out sun beings. “Whoa we didn’t even try!” Torrado said smiling. Then the ground started to shake. Then a big explosion of sand puffed up in front of the group and a faint shape could be seen in the sand explosion. “What the heck?” Torrado cried. “Hey it feels cooler now!” Torrado said while he was waiting for the sand to clear up. “Duh! The sun beings were making hotter and now that they are knocked out it cooled. And it is just in time because look!” Ziyran said pointing alarmed. Then two giant claws appeared from behind the wall of sand. “Oh my gosh! We need to fight more?” Farin said. “Yeah, and I guess it is good because this seems like it is going to be a long fight” Torrado said holding his sword in a battle ready position. Then the sand cleared and a giant scorpion appeared. The scorpion was blood red with eyes like the flames of the underworld. The claws were an inky black color with a blood color at the tip of the claws. The tail was the most horrifying thing you could have ever seen because it was inky black with a tint of blood red, and poison from his tail dripped ready for a victim to inject his deadly poison into. “AHH!” The group screamed dropping their weapons. “Click clack snickle whack!” The scorpion said in its weird language. The scorpion then swung its giant claws towards Torrado and his companions. They quickly jumped out of the way while grabbing their weapons in the process. “Guys we are going to die!” Ziyran said shaking. “Calm down, I think it’s trying to pick a fight.” Torrado said holding his weapon up again in the same battle position. “Another fight?” Ziyran said longingly. “Told you so!” Farin said loading arrows in her knock. The scorpion ran towards the heroes with its claws out ready to crush anything in their path. “Brace yourselves!” Torrado said aiming it towards his companions. Farin and Ziyran nodded. The scorpion ran faster and faster until it came within about 12 feet of the group. Farin jumped out of the rampaging scorpion’s path and shoot a couple of arrows at the eyes. Torrado dove out of the way and tried to slash the scorpion but the slash was no good it only made a scratch in the scorpion’s body like armor. Ziyran flew up out of the way and caste a blizzard spell at the scorpion. Farin’s arrows didn’t cause any damage what so ever. But Ziyran’s blizzard spell rammed the scorpion into the sand. “Hey I saved the day!” Ziyran gloated. A claw busted from the sand and grabbed Ziyran and flung him. “Ahhh!” Ziyran said flying through the air. He flew about ten feet until he crashed into a rock, and made a huge crater. “Ow my aching head, nose, spine, foot....” Ziyran said lying in the crater he made. “Ziyran!” Farin said holding her hand out. Then she felt a tingling feeling in her hand and a burst of green wind flew out towards Ziyran. The green wind hit Ziyran and woke him up feeling great. “I’m ok guys!” Ziyran said flying up. “Huh? I just caste cure!” Farin said looking at her hand. “Uhh... That is cool and all but help!” Torrado said in the scorpion’s right claw. “Torrado!” Farin and Ziyran said in unison. Farin loaded arrows and Ziyran started to chant a thunder spell while flying towards the fight. Farin released her arrows and Ziyran successfully cast thunder. The arrows flew at a super fast speed and a thunder cloud appeared over the scorpion. The arrows landed a direct hit on the right claw and stuck in the claw. The thunder cloud shocked the scorpion and the right claw fell off. The claw landed, and Torrado broke out of the claw. “Thanks guys” Torrado said running over to his friends. “Don’t...” Ziyran started. “...Mention it!” Farin finished smiling. “Let’s talk later now we need to finish this over sized scorpion off!” Torrado said turning and running toward the wounded scorpion. “Ok” Ziyran said chasing after Torrado. Farin looked at the claw and an idea came into mind. “Hey guys!” Farin said trying to get the two’s attention. Torrado and Ziyran turned: “What?” the two asked. “I have an idea!” Farin said pointing at the claw. “I get what you are saying!” Torrado said running back. “She didn’t say anything!” Ziyran said turning around too. “Ziyran levitate that claw!” Torrado stated. “Ok, but I don’t know where you are going with this,” Ziyran said holding his hand out and lifting the claw from the ground. “Good!” Torrado said leaping off the ground and doing and uppercut slash to make the claw soar into the sky. Farin jumped onto the claw and put an arrow in her knock. The arrow almost immediately grew into a huge blue laser like arrow. Torrado landed on the ground and jumped back up. He reached the level of the claw and slashed it to sending it screaming through the air. Farin stayed on the claw and stood idle. Then when the claw reached the scorpion Farin shot her arrow and jumped off. The laser arrow and the claw slammed into the scorpion and sent it soaring. The scorpion landed and a big puff of sand shot up into the sky. The scorpion sank into the sand very slowly. “Oh yeah, we are unbeatable!” Ziyran said doing a weird little dance. “Gosh, I have had enough of this desert!” Torrado said putting his sword away. “Why? We’ve just had two victories!” Ziyran said stopping his dance. “We just got attacked two times right out of the blue!” Torrado said aggravated. “Hey Torrado, we beat those obstacles!” Farin said placing her hand on Torrado’s shoulder. “Oh well lets just try and find a town or something cause I’m beat!” Ziyran said. “Ok let’s just keep walking straight.” Torrado said turning and walking the opposite direction. Farin and Ziyran followed Torrado. What seemed like hours went by. But the group kept walking in the same direction they started in. The sun came and went from behind the clouds that were only little slivers. “Goodness gracious!” Farin said agitated. “Calm down I think we....” Torrado started and fell on his face. “Torrado!” Farin yelled running towards the felled Torrado. “Something is...” Ziyran started and fell flat on his face too. “Ziyran?” Farin said concerned. “Help!” Farin yelled. “Someone help!” Farin said. Tears formed in her eyes. Oh my gosh we are not going to make out of this desert alive! Farin thought. *** The sun set over the mountains and Farin was sleeping in between the two unconscious boys. And then two very familiar sun beings walked up to them. “Red Hot look!” Little Steamy said looking at the group. “Hey what do you know it is those three tough guys that beat us today” Red Hot said walking over to Little Steamy. “What should we do with them?” Little Steamy said kneeling down next to Farin to see if she was still breathing. “I say we destroy them!” Red Hot said forming a fire ball in his hands. “The girl is still breathing” Little Steamy said moving to Torrado. “Did you hear me?” Red Hot said forming a bigger fire ball. “Yeah, something about... something. Oh my gosh he isn’t breathing much, a-a-and neither is the other guy!” Little Steamy said jumping up upset. “Seems like they have Sun Fever! Hahahaha!” Red Hot said content. “Leave’em Little Steamy.” Red Hot then turned away. “I thought sun beings were supposed to be nice to all living things” Came a dwarfish voice. “Huh? Dant!” Red Hot hissed. “Yeah it is me!” Dant stepped out into the moonlight. Dant had hiking like shoes on and his pants were an olive green color. His shirt was a tan color that was like mixed with a dirt color. He had a small brown beard and he had a little brown hair on his head. His eyes were a crystal like color The sun beings got scared and ran off into the darkness (even though wherever they went light was all around them). Dant then looked down and saw the small party lying around. “Uh-oh...” Dant felt Torrado’s, Ziyran’s and Farin’s head. “Oh no! They all have sun fever! Even though the girl seems like she just caught it, got to get them to Dwarfeinhiem.” Dant grabbed the party and walked north. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hope ya enjoyed it!!!
