   Chapter6

.:Grant:. Well I saw epic movie yesterday. It was funny but I see why they rated it PG-13 There was cusing in it alot of cusing and some Humor that they tried too hard on. But it was still hillarious!!!! Lucy was my favorite character she is soo hillarious. I give epic movie a thumbs up! ^_^ STORY STARTS NOW! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 6 The Zombie King’s Game The Zombie king rose his arm up and the jungle went quite the echoes of the laughter dieing away. “I have a little game that I always play with my prisoners…” The Zombie King smirked. “We will not play your game!” Torrado said trying to break the cage. “Oh but there is no choice either you play or you get crushed! And by the way trying to break that cage is futile it is a mixture of unicorn horn and the strongest black magic that is known!” Zombie King smiled bigger. “Torrado stop you’ll waste your energy!” Dant said. “Fine we accept your little game!” Torrado said panting and falling on his back. “Ok,” The Zombie king laughed. He rose his staff like thing he was caring and the caged disappeared. “Uhh… Why did you release us?” Ziyran asked. “It is part of the game…” Zombie King still smiling. “Ok here is the game! I will release you four into the forest and we’ll hunt you down and if we catch you you will become our meal.” Zombie king said stepping away from the path he blocked. “Oh and by the way we will give you twenty seconds for a head start.” “Let’s go guys!” Torrado said running into the jungle and the others following. “One… Two… Three… Twenty.” Zombie King said running after them and the army of wolf zombies following. “That cheat!” Farin snarled. “I guess we have to even the playing field.” Torrado smiled. “I get what you’re saying!” Dant said drawing his Scorp Pick. They jumped onto a branch and ran up the tree. Pretty soon Zombie king and his army of the living dead ran by. “Now let’s get them.” Torrado said drawing his sword. “Fire!” Ziyran said and blasted a fire ball at the back of the army. When the fire ball hit it made a giant explosion and completely obliterated at least fifty wolf zombies. “Oh so they are playing dirty too. Well I never said I can’t call for back up!” Zombie king said and lifted his staff. And soon fifty human zombies rose from the ground. “We need to get that staff from him!” Farin said. “True, we will never get it from him up in this tree,” Dant said jumping down. The others agreed and followed. The party nodded at each other and ran to the army. When they reached it they ran right through Torrado and Dant batting away any zombies that got in their way. Pretty soon they reached the front and Torrado slid and took Zombie King’s feet out from under him and knocking him over. “HA! Take that you cheater!” Torrado said making a face at Zombie King. “Grrr. Go my minions!” Zombie King said standing up. The party ran off until they reached a fork in the road. “Which way? Which way?” Torrado said fast. “Left!” Farin said. So they ran down the left path. When the Zombie King and his minions reached the fork they went the opposite direction but the Zombie King sent five wolf zombies down the left path. “I think we’re safe… for the time being anyway.” Dant said looking around. “Whew!” Torrado said wiping his head. “I sense something evil.” Farin said rubbing her head. “What are you talking about Farin?” Ziyran asked. “There is something evil near!” Farin said rubbing her head with both hands. “Torrado! Watch out!” Farin said. Torrado pulled out his sword. “Farin where is the evil thing you sense!?” Torrado asked holding his sword out in front of him. “On your right!” Farin said holding her hand out. Torrado turned and slashed horizontally. A wolf zombie dropped to the ground and disappeared. “There is more!” Farin said. “Ziyran watch out on your left!” Farin said pointing at the bushes near Ziyran. Ziyran’s wand appeared and chanted a “fire” spell. “Fire!” Ziyran called out and it crashed into the bushes and out fell a wolf zombie and it disappeared too. “Dant look out! It is coming from above you!” Farin yelled. Dant took out his pick again and did a back flip and lunged into the tree out fell the wolf zombie and Dant dropped down and stepped back and did like a spinning lunge Dant said something under his breath and his pick soon started to glow and poison was emitting from it and it hit the wolf zombie. “What was that Dant?” Torrado asked. “What that move? It is called: Poisoning slice.” Dant said his pick returning to normal. “There is two more and one is...” Farin trailed off. “Behind me!” Farin turned violently whipping here bow and arrows out. “Shadow Claws!” Farin said and shot her arrow, when it was flying through the air it turned to a giant claw and hit a shadowy figure that was hiding. “Torrado there is one more and he is near you!” Farin said putting her bow away. “Huh?” Torrado said and then two boney paws came out of the trees near Torrado and grabbed him. “TORRADO!!” Everyone yelled. “Zix Zanon!” Torrado’s voice came from the trees. And then a little light formed in the trees and then a yellow blade was seen and then it started to spin and it cut down the trees it was near. Torrado then jumped from the trees he was standing on and walked to his friends. “Wow!” Dant exclaimed. “Now I know you are heroes of light!” “How?” Torrado asked. “Because only heroes of light can pull off those moves.” “Are you sure?” “Positive!” “Oh so you and Farin have cool moves what about me?” Ziyran complained. “Zombie King is coming!” Farin yelled. “Then we must stand and fight!” Torrado said. “WHAT?!” Farin said. “I’m tired of running we have to stop him!” Torrado said. “I want to tear their eyes out and eat their stomachs!” A zombie like voice came from the distances. “But of course running is always good.” Torrado said nervously. “Yeah!” The others said. Then they took off in a sprint down the path. When Zombie King and his army reached the spot where the four just left he halted his army and looked at the fallen trees. “They have been here! Wolfy see if you can catch a scent on who did this!” Zombie King said and snapped his fingers. Then a wolf zombie that was twitching walked out of the crowd and sniffed the trees. He caught a scent of Torrado. He pointed down the path and walked back in the crowd. Zombie King walked over and grinned evilly. “They are heading towards my castle! We’ll meet them there and then we will kill them and Cavil will give me a huge promotion!” Zombie King then ran to a patch of grass that was in the middle of the dirt path and stomped on it twice. Then the ground opened up and the Zombie King and his army fell down into a portal and vanished then the ground returned to normal as if nothing ever happened. After a while of running Ziyran fell on his face and was panting. “I can’t go on!” Ziyran said rolling over still panting. “Come on we have to keep going I don’t wanna get eaten!” Torrado said trying to pull Ziyran up. “I don’t sense Zombie King anymore!” Farin said. “Let us rest for a while.” Dant said leaning against a tree. “Yeah lets!” Ziyran said still laying down. Farin found a patch of grass and laid down on it Torrado sat down leaning against a rock. Ziyran still lying in the spot he fell in. In a few seconds all of them were sound asleep Dant still leaning on that tree standing up. His lantern’s light flickering. In a couple of minutes Torrado jolted up. “Are we eaten yet?” He asked a scared tone in his voice. “No, we aren’t!” Dant said waking up too. “It is about to rain!” Farin said standing up. “How do you know this stuff Farin?” Ziyran asked. “I knew that because of the clouds.” Farin said pointing up. “Of course I knew that...” Ziyran said blushing for awhile. “We need to find some shelter!” Torrado said standing up completely. “There should be some where on this path. Let’s just keep walking.” Dant said starting to walk down the path. The others followed. After awhile of walking down the path they spotted a giant castle. They were happy to find some shelter for the rest of the night. “Come on guys I see the castles front entrance!” Torrado said running towards it. “Do you think it is deserted?” Farin asked as the other three followed Torrado. “I don’t really know...” Dant said. “Who cares? It’s shelter!” Torrado said running towards the front door. By this time the sky has opened up and drops of rain started to fall violently. Torrado knocked and knocked, but no one answered. Torrado knocked once more and the door opened by it self. “That is weird...” Torrado said. “Who cares?! It is pouring!” Farin said running in knocking Torrado over. Ziyran followed and stepped on Torrado Dant ran and also walked over Torrado. “Ok... Let’s go in...” Torrado said lying at the entrance of the castle with footprints all over him. Torrado got up and walked in after his friends. “Well let’s stay here until the rain stops.” Dant said looking around, and extinguishing his lantern, because there was a little light bulb lighting up four couches. “Hmm... Sure looks abandoned.” Ziyran said ringing his cape out. “Well this is the only shelter we got!” Torrado said sitting on a chair. “I’m getting a little tired.” Farin said yawning. “Who isn’t? We only slept for like ten minutes today.” Ziyran said lying on a couch. “Well I’m guessing it is still night...” Dant said lying on a different couch. “Let’s just get some rest and we can continue our journey tomorrow.” Torrado said lying on another couch. “Well goodnight everyone!” Farin said lying on an additional couch. “Goodnight!” Ziyran said. “Do we have any blankets?” Torrado asked shivering a little. “Yeah we should have sleeping bags in our packs.” Dant said taking his off. “Oh yeah, they are annoying to carry around…” Ziyran said pulling his off too. “We should have food too right?” Farin asked grabbing hers. “Yeah, we should.” Torrado said looking in his. “We have firewood too!” Dant said pulling out some logs. “Do we have something to light it with?” Ziyran asked. “Yup, I have a tinderbox.” Torrado said. “Good, we can have nice warm food.” Farin said. So Dant put his logs in a fire place and Torrado lit it. The flames blasted up lighting the entire room. Torrado could finally make out the room. It was a large sized room with four couches placed around the fireplace. There were pictures throughout the room that no one could make out. There were small and medium sized windows around the entire room, and a door at the south side of the room. The fireplace was large and had beautiful carvings on it. “So let’s have some dinner!” Dant said as he grabbed a wing of some bird. Torrado grabbed a stalk of corn and Farin and Ziyran each had a wing too. They started to cook their food and just sat around talking. Ziyran even said he’d enchant their cloaks to carry around their supplies without wearing the backpacks. Torrado agreed and so did Farin so Ziyran enchanted the three’s cloaks (except Dant he didn’t wear a cloak). At the very top of the castle Zombie King was watching the party from a camera he placed in every room. “Issl, are you ready?” Zombie King asked. “Yes, I am...” A small voice came from a shadowy corner. Then a girl stepped from that corner and started to laugh. And Zombie King joined in. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BYE!
