Not again...
Looks like I went almost a month without posting again. I apologize *bows* I'm not sure why it is...I guess I just have a hard time coming up with things to write about. Well, even if I don't post very often, I'll still be sure to visit you guys and answer PM's, and I'll definitely continue posting, there just might be quite a time gap between them.
I'm on spring break right now, and it's been great to be home this week. It's gone really fast though - hard to believe I'll be going back in 4 four days. I got to play a Wii for the first time at friend's house yesterday. It was really fun! I got to watch one of my friends play the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess as well, and that was awesome. I can tell it's a great game.
I'm not sure when I'll have time to draw it, but I got a request to draw Alfeegi from Dragon Knights, so he's up next on the fanart list. He's a great character, so I'm really excited to draw him ^^
Guess that's all for now. Thanks for visiting, and have a great day!

She's Alive!
Wow, it's been a while! Sorry for not posting for so long, and that I haven't been visitng as much. It's been a busy month -_- Hopefully things will slow down a bit soon. How has everyone been? We're in the middle of a snow storm right now, so classes were canceled at my college today. I think everyone here would agree that it's a much-needed break ^^
Let's see...I went to see the musical "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" here last week. It was great! I wasn't sure what it would be like, but it was extremely cute. The Newsboys, Kutless, and Stellar Kart are going to be giving a concert here this Saturday, so I'm going to see that. I can't wait!
Thanks for stopping by! And I know it's a day early, but Happy Valentines Day!

Back to School
Today is the start of the new semester at my college. I've only had one class so far - Western Literature. I can tell I'm going to love it. The professor is so funny ^^ I have two more classes later today, Design 1 and Spiritual Formation, then tomorrow I'll start Humanitites and Production Design. It was great to be home for a while, but it's really nice to be back ^^
Well, this was a while ago now (sorry for waiting so long to post again ^^;) but the hockey game was great. The Sabres won, and then my family drove up to Canada afterwards to see the Falls and the Festival of Lights. It was cold, but fun.
To inuyasha311: I hope you've seen the movie of Howl's Moving Castle, becuase otherwise this isn't going to make any sense ^^; Let's see...one major difference in the book is that there isn't a war going on. The Prince has gone missing, but the circumstances are completely different from the movie. Wizard Suliman is a man and he has also gone missing, and Howl is asked by the King to find him, as well as Prince Justin. Instead of Marcl, there is a character named Michael who is 15 years old. Sophie has two sisters instead of one and quite a lot goes on with them. I think I'll leave it at that - I want to keep it vague so I don't spoil anything. You'll find that at the beginning the book is fairly similar to the movie, but by the end it's barely recognizable as the same story.
Okay, I'd better get ready for my next class. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy New Year!
Hello again! I hope you've all been having a great time over the holidays. I've got another week left before classes start up again. Here's hoping I can get out of my lazy break-mode before then ^^;
Christmas here was nice, but I was really disappointed (and shocked) that we didn't have any snow, and we still don't! Normally by the end of November it's completely white around here. It feels incredibly odd. I think it's only the second Christmas I've ever had without snow. But I got the Get Backers, so that cheered me up a bit. I'd seen a little of it before, but it's nice to get to see it from the beginning. It's fantastic so far!
I also finished reading Howl's Moving Castle not too long ago. I'd heard that it was a lot different from the movie, and it definitely was. It was an excellent book though - just as good as the movie if not better. It has my recommendation.
I'm leaving soon to go see a hockey game with my family, so I'd better moving. Best wishes to you in the New Year!

Wow...
Has it really been that long since I updated? I guess it goes without saying that the last couple weeks at college were pretty busy. I just went through finals week. The projects and studying were very time consuming, but everything went really well. I got home last night and I have three weeks off now for Christmas break. It feels nice to be able to rest for a while.
Let's see, Denver and the Mile High Orchestra, one of my favorite bands, came and performed a Christmas concert and my college on December 1st. It was fabulous! I'd seen them in concert once before, and they are so much fun to watch. They have a swing/jazz style that I just love. The college also showed Home Alone that night, and then the university president read us Christmas stories.
Along with that, my birthday was also really nice. It felt different not being home, but I still had a great time. One of my friends gave me the Howl's Moving Castle book, so I'll probably start reading that soon. It'll be interesting to see how it differs from the movie.
I also posted that fanart piece I mentioned about a week ago. Thanks to those that commented and voted on it! I really appreciate your input ^_^
Have an awesome day!

Back to School
How was Thanksgiving for everyone? Mine was really nice. I'm back at college now, but we celebrated my birthday before I left. I got the Fullmetal Alchemist movie and was finally able to see it. It was really good, but I wish a few things had turned out differently. I also got the 4th Inuyasha movie, but I haven't watched it yet.
I also finally submitted that fanart request. Shame on me for taking so long >.< I worked on another picture all through Thanksgiving break, so I'll submit that next week sometime. It's a birthday present for someone, so I don't want to post until after his birthday...which happens to be the same day as mine XD
Guess that's all for now. Thanks for visiting!

Happy Thanksgiving!
It feels so nice to be home ^^ I got back from college on Tuesday night, and I'm happy to say I survived all the tests, papers, and projects. Thanks for your supportive comments. You guys are the best!
I finally got Josh Groban's new CD. He has such an amazing voice! Anyone else see him on TV this morning? He was fantastic ^^
Sorry this is kind of a short post. I'll probably be posting in a few days, hopefully with some new artwork.
Have a great Thanksgiving!! ^_^

Help
One question: why is it that every professor feels the need to assign something huge in the middle of November? In other words, I think I have big projects in every one of my classes right now, all due before Thanksgiving break. Ugh. Well, I guess that's college for you ^^;
Other than having far too much homework, things are going really well. My parents came to visit this weekend and it was really nice to see them. Both of the choir concerts went really well. There's another one on Thursday, and then we can take a break until November 20th. I also got a chance to see the jazz band perform last Friday. They were so good! I love jazz music, so I couldn't help but enjoy it ^_^
I'm going to be registering for my next semester classes pretty soon. I'm almost certain I'll be in Photoshop class. I can't wait! Hopefully I'll be in a few more art courses too. They're a lot of work, but they're really fun. And I don't have to write nearly as many papers for them as I do for other classes, which is always good.
Thanks for visiting!

Happy Halloween!
Yes, it’s that wonderful time of year again ^_^ Have any special plans for the holiday? This is my first Halloween away from home, so it’s going to feel really different. It’s not going to stop me from dressing up though. Heh, I wonder what my roommate’s going to think as I’m gluing on elf ears. Hope I don’t scare her too much ^^;
This weekend is Parents’ Weekend, so my parents are coming out to visit. The OneVoice choir is doing two concerts this weekend as well and at least three more throughout November. Along with all the tests and assignments, this is going to be a busy month!
In the artwork department, I just finished a fanart request, but I’m waiting until I have access to a decent scanner before posting it. I also just started a Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance fanart and I’m really excited about it. I’m almost finished drawing it so I’ll be coloring it soon, assuming I don’t drown in my homework, that is ^^;
Have an awesome Halloween!
(And thanks for the compliments on my new theme! ^_^)
