   Crazy Weather We've Been Having
No school today! ^_^ I have today and tomorrow off for Veteran's Day. Tomorrow night I'm going to see the musical Aida at the community college nearby. Some people who graduated from my school are going to be in it. I can't wait to see it!

The weather's been really weird lately, especially yesterday. During my physics class, nickel to golf ball-sized hail started pouring down. I've never seen anything like it! Some people's cars were damaged. I'd hate to be outside in that ^^; Then, on the way home from church last night, there was a van stopped in the middle of the road. My dad got out to see if everything was all right. The driver was fine, but his car was pretty messed up. He said the wind blew him right off the road and he hit a tree before swerving back into the middle of the road. Of course there is the unfortunate possibility that he was drunk too, but it was really windy. I think there was a tornado about an hour from here last night.

Guess that's all for now. Unfortunately my teacher's didn't hold back on the homework over the long weekend, so I have some work to do -_- Ah well, the break is still much appreciated ^^

   Acceptance
Thank you all for the comments last time! The chorus thing went pretty well. I was shaking through the whole song because I was so nervous, but my chorus teacher said I did a really good job. I'm just glad it's over with ^^; Halloween was alright too, but my friend wasn't able to come over so I was a bit dissapointed. It did give me a chance to watch Harry Potter 3 again before the fourth movie comes out. I'm almost done re-reading the fourth book too. I can't wait to see the movie ^_^

I found out this week that I got accepted to the college I'm planning on going to next year! I abolutely love it there, though I wish it was closer. 5 1/2 hours makes for a long car ride ^^; I changed my site colors back to how they were before. I tried to come up with new ones but nothing seemed to look right. My apologies to anyone who came while I was working on it because it looked quite horrible for a while ^^;

I feel like I'm ranting today so I'd better get going. Plus I've got two essays to write for my government class -_-#

   Happy Halloween


I know Halloween isn't until Monday, but since I probably won't be posting then I thought I'd better wish you all a Happy Halloween now. I decided to change my site for the occasion too. My friend and I are following our usual tradition of dressing up just for the fun of it and watching movies at my house on Monday night. I figured it was about time I attempted an anime costume, so I'm gonna be Yami Marik this year! And speaking of Marik, I was so happy to see him back in Yu-Gi-Oh this morning. This season just keeps getting better and better ^.^

I can already tell this week's going to be a tough one at school. I've got a couple big projects to work on, along with the usual pile of homework I get from Pre-calc and Physics, and drama club practices. I have an evaluation for chorus too that I'm really nervous about. It involves singing for my teacher *by myself*, which is something I've never done before. I'm okay with singing in a big group, but the solos scare me to death >.< I hope it goes alright.

   It Works!
Sorry I'm posting kinda late but I just wanted to stop in quickly and say that MyO is working for me again and I'll be able to visit you all now.    Site trouble
Sorry for not posting yesterday, but I can't seem to get my site or anyone else's to load. I was hoping it would be working today but it still isn't. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm sorry if I can't visit anyone for a while because of this. I really hope it will be fixed soon. I'm not even sure if this post will go through.

Well, on a happier note, I recently got my 1600th visit!



Congrats to Night shade2 for being the 1600th visitor!

I'll be leaving soon to go to a birthday party for my cousin and great-grandmother so I guess I should get going now. Since I can't see my site at the moment, it would probably be best if any comments were PMed to me. If not, just post them here and *hopefully* I'll be able to see them soon.

   My Pastor's family and another couple from my church came over to watch a movie last night. It was really fun ^^ The quote in the post title is a clue to what movie we watched. Kudos to anyone that guesses it ^_~

Now on to anime. Yu-Gi-Oh was awesome this morning! I can tell this season's going to be really good. And Bakura's finally back! ^^ I've been watching Yu-Gi-Oh GX this week and that seems like it's going to be really good too.

The drama club practices are going to start up next week. The bad thing about it is my already busy schedule will be a lot worse with 2-hour practices at least 3 times a week. Good thing this will only be for about a month or I'd go crazy ^^; I can tell it will be a lot of fun though so it's worth it.

   Erie Trip
I went to Erie with my parents yesterday to go shopping and see a movie. We saw Curse of the Were-Rabbit. It was really good and very funny. I went shopping at Media Play and went a little crazy on the anime merchandise lol. I FINALLY got the 3rd Inuyasha movie and I'm going to watch it later today. I can't wait! As for manga, I got DNAngel vol. 9, Tokyo Mew Mew vol. 5, and Fushigi Yuugi vol. 16. I read them already and they were all really good. I also came across the L'Arc~En~Ciel CD and just had to buy it, and then of course no trip to Media Play is complete without buying a box of pocky ^^

No school today! Unfortunately I have to finish filling out some college applications and do my physics homework, but at least I can stay home. There's a drama club meeting tomorrow night to do a read-through of the play (see previous post for more info) and I'm looking forward to that.

   Long Weekend
First off, thanks very much to those that commented on my senior picture last time. You guys are so sweet ^_^ *hugs everyone* Let's see, there was a drama club meeting earlier this week. This is the first year I've been in it so I was pleasantly surprised that I get to be student director and stage manager! I only joined to do backstage work because being in front of an audience makes me really nervous, so I was really happy with this. The play we're doing is called "Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet Too". It's really funny, and for a Shakespeare fanatic like me there's nothing better ^^

Sorry that I've pretty much been reduced to only updating on weekends. School is keeping me really busy. Luckily I get a day off on Monday because of Columbus Day ^_^ I finished one of my art projects today and submitted it here if you'd like to take a look at it. Unfortunately it was too big for my scanner so a lot of it got cut off ^^; Oh well.

   Corpse Bride
I got to see Corpse Bride last night. It was so good! I really loved it ^^ There was a great preview for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire too. It looks like that movie will be really good.

I also got my senior pictures yesterday. They turned out pretty good I guess. I never really like seeing pictures of myself ^^;

   2 Hour Delay
Just one more reason why I love storms ^_^ The school called about ten minutes ago to say that there will be a two hour delay because the power is out. Everything's working fine here but the wind is really strong and I think some power lines fell down somewhere. I feel bad for everyone who lost power, but at the same time I can't help but be happy about getting some time off school. How often do I get a chance to update at 6:40 am? Lol. It is kind of a bummer to get up at 5:15 for nothing though ^^;

Yesterday I went on a field trip with my College Transition class to two different colleges. I didn't really like the first one we visited but the second one was really cool. The dorm rooms were huge! Too bad they aren't like that everywhere.

I think I'm going to see Corpse Bride tomorrow night. I can't wait! It looks so good ^_^ Well, I'm gonna go around to the sites I missed yesterday and then I suppose I should finish getting ready for school. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll have to cancel all day ^_~
