New Art *Gasp!*
It's homecoming weekend here at the University! Most of the events are for alumni, but there are some other things going on too. Yesterday the Engineer majors did their annual cardboard canoe race. Each team has to make a canoe entirely out of cardboard and packaging tape, and then they have to get across the lake (which is more like a really big pond) with three people in it. It was really fun to watch, especially for the canoes that sank XD
I also went to see a play that the Theatre department put on last night, Agatha Christie's "The Moustrap." It was excellent! I've always loved murder mysteries. There was plenty of comedy in it too, and the actors all did a great job. Now I'll get freaked out everytime someone starts whistling "Three Blind Mice," hehe.
I got to go to a mall with my friend and her family last weekend and bought DNAngel volume 11. As always, it was great. I just love that series! It also happened to be that friend's birthday yesterday, and I drew her a picture of Vincent. I just submitted it, so it should be up for viewing any time now. He was so much fun to draw ^^ If you get a chance to see it, let me know what you think!
I'd better go before this gets too long. And I have to get ready to go to an art museum for one of my classes. Have a great day!
