Spanish translation ('cause I can):
" El principio de la sabiduría es el temor a Jehová; Los insensatos desprecian la sabiduría y la enseñanza"
That means that if you respect The Lord that is the beginning of wisdom and understanding, but fools (stupid people) hate wisdom and discipline, thusly hating God.
