I have good news, hopefully. I was Skyping with a friend the other night, and she showed me her profile on a site called MOG. She says it's free and you can load your own music and put it on your blog too, AND it doesn't cut things down to clips like imeem.
I'll be checking it out tomorrow, so with any luck I'll have music back up on my site soon =)
