Remembering pain of love,
I try to forget and sleep,
But memories fade only with time,.
Its not easy living your life from day to day,
Always thinking of what could've happened,
If you could've changed the outcome of things past.
You close your eyes,
Trying to see past the darkness,
But pain makes it so hard.
Everyone thinks that they know how you feel,
They think that they can help you through it all,
But no one can help you.
You don't let anyone get close enough to help,
For fear of being hurt again like before.
You use art and writing as a means of expression,
Releasing your stress to the world.
The scars of love come to life,
And then the tears begin to flow endlessly,
Forming a rose to forfill your curse.
