it's funny tho cause like i said when i came back, the program was kinda bootleg, haha. there were only like 2 or 3 japanese ppl there, the rest are from like belgium, germany, denmark and that area w/ like 1 from hawaii. it was interesting too because i thought the bigger 1's would be best, but some of the smaller 1's r good too.
i'll prolly post more video tonight or tomorrow- lemme know how you like them- i LOVE comments.

praise the Lord!!! i wasn't even supposed to work this morning but due to some things i had to go in to work for 2 HOURS ((8:00-10:00am, no joke)) which was ridiculous but i'm not gonna let that bother me. it's all over now ((long & complicated story))- whatevuh!
neways, i'm hoping to go to Chicago for the weekend- or at least till sunday, then ride back w/ family ((my uncle & cousins who like anime :D)). my parents said no pretty quickly without hearing me out, which pissed me off, but this morning they said figure out my plans and they'll reconsider which is sweet. i mean i'm 19 years old and i have lived on my own for the past year without them and been fine. i know i'm not old & mature enough to do whatever i want by myself, but i'm not an idiot and i've been to chicago plenty of times. we'll see i guess. i really wanna go tho cause there's nothing to do here, and my cuz got a bunch of free tickets to see a sumo wrestling match, and they also have kanto ((sp?)) drummers and some cirque di solei performers! i hope it all works out . . .
& you guys HAVE to check this AMV out, it's my new favorite by far! the song is awesome too, it's called "Tight" by Mindless Self Indulgence. if you LOVE FLCL or even if you don't, u need to see this. well, everyone have a good 3 day weekend, and i'll ttyl
i watched the 3rd InuYasha Movie today
. . . and i thought it was VERY well made. then animation was better than the series ((i'd hope so considering the fact that it's newer)) and the plot is nice. i also love that although specific things happened/needed to be done they didn't compromise who the characters are throughout the series and turn it into some crappy random movie that doesn't coincide with the series. the music, fighting, and length were also all very good, but i especially loved the background info on InuYasha and Sesshomaru- that was prolly my favorite part.
i just found this other video too while on youtube.com, and i figured i HAD to add it to my site. this might be the 1st time i've done 2 posts the same day too. impressive! has ne1 else seen the 3rd Inu Movie?

it's the same song as the video of the week and i think it's cute- even if i've never heard of Reservoir Chronicles Tsubasa. lol. it seems like a shojo series tho, so if ur not into cutesy series', then u might not like it. have a sweet weekend!!!!
i got the job!!!!!!!!!
i got the summer job i wanted at this lil business in my town that does market reseach for companies, and even thought it's boring as HELL i get paid $8-something an hour!! i was a lil worried for my 1st day yesturday, but it turns out another girl i know works there, and one of our friends just got hired, AND the guy who runs it/i think owns it/is our boss is the dad of this guy i'm cool w/ who goes to my high school . . . . weird huh? the highlight of my 1st day was prolly when they got everyone in the office together at 3:00 ((our jobs r from 8:00am-5:00pm)) and we all played pictionary telephone together! the boss isn't around that much i guess and everyone there is really nice and they all love to goof off. i think i'll fit in perfectly :D.
well, that's prolly the biggest news of the week so far, but i'll try and post more later. what has everyone else been up to? lemme know the highlight of your week. ttyl!!!

heyyyyy, how has everyone been? well i went to ACEN in Chicago this weekend, and it was off tha hook! did ne of u guys go? i took a bunch of pics, and when i get the film developed i'll post my favorite costumes. what sucked tho was that motoko747 couldn't go last minute, & i couldn't cosplay this year :'( but next year i mos def will. i told my cousin's about my idea for a moving cat tail ((if i'm going to be a cat girl i don't want 1 of those limp tails that drags on the ground)) if i decide to dress up as Natsuki from Hyper Police next year. they said it's a really good idea, but sorry i have to keep it on the DL so other ppl won't steal my idea, heheh. we'll see what happens tho . . .
well, i'll try and update more of my site today and visit everyone else's. i'll leave u guys with these 3 clips from MXC. i think that show is hilarious! lata
almost done w/ school ;)
this is one of the major high point of being a college student- you get outa school early. i can't believe my first year of college is almost over, let alone that i turned 19 four months ago . . . weird. neways, today was a beautiful day, and tomorrow will be even nicer which rocks. i can't wait to go to my classes without worryin about a jacket or anything.
the winning choice of last week's poll of "what anime would you like to see a sequel of?" was Princess Mononoke- good choice! and i also posted a new video of the week, you all gotta check it out. Aaliyah was, is, and always will be one of my favorite artists of all time, and i most def LOVE this song of hers. maybe i've been thinking about her lately because a stranger told me i looked like her the other day- something i will NEVER get tired of!!! i always have admired her fusion of hip hop and r&b with other genre's of music in her music and especially her style, because i also have a wide variety of tastes. i hope you love this video/song as much as i do- tell me what you think!
yea, today was pretty weird . . . but i had a good weekend. a friend of my friend came to visit and we've been talking everyday since he left. i guess he thinks i'm really pretty, and i think he's hott too ::score:: hookup? we'll see ;) other than that i'm doin good, and i think i might have all A's or close to it this semester! :D what did u guys do for spring break, and if u haven't had it yet what r your plans? have a sweet week!
