Naruto: The Epic Adventure!
CHAPTER 9: HEAVEN VS. HELL: NARUTO ASCENDS!


Naruto woke up from his unconsciousness hearing clangs in the background. He looked around and found Sakura's hands healing him. He stood up.

"No Naruto! You need treatment!" Sakura fussed.

Naruto took out his jumpsuit jacket and his shirt to reveal two deep wounds on his back and chest. "Thanks but no thanks.....I come heal myself." He put his hands together.

Sakura looked confused. "What are you talking about?"

"Watch." Naruto started to glow red as the wounds sizzled and regenerated at a high speed.

"How did you do that Naruto-kun?" Hinata asked.

"I'll tell you later...but right now Sasuke needs my help!" Naruto said as he charged back into the fray.

Meanwhile Vaka was shocked to see her kunai didn't hit Tenten, but Lee instead. "How did you break free from my Gravity Jutsu!"

Lee looked at the kunai in his arm and pulled it out. "That's just the thing. I didn't"

Vaka's eyes widen. "What! How are you able to move!"

"After years and years of weight training with Guy-sensei this gravity jutsu of yours is just like it only a little tougher." Lee said.

Vaka backed away afraid. "No one has ever broken it before!" She was so afraid that she did the only thing she could do. Run.

Lee started to run after her but Neji stopped him. "No Lee we won. You saved us both. I guess you finally proved you were better than me."

Lee's eyes widen as he jumped up and down so happy. "Whoohoo! Yes I finally did it! I knew that hard work and effort would be just as good as pure genius!"

"Ok Lee we get it! Now lets go help Naruto and Kiba!" Tenten said.

"Yeah!" Lee said as the trio continued their objective.

Meanwhile Kiba transformed into a werewolf. He looked at Akamaru's laying body and stared back at the man who killed him. Suddenly Kiba started to drool out of his fangs then he howled again. He charged the man crushing the ground at each step and he threw a punch but the man blocked it with his fist as the ground crumbled at the impact. Kohaki and Shino watched from up above at the two powerhouses battle it out in a hardcore brawl.

"Do you think this will work?" Kohaki asked.

"It has to work." Shino said.

Kiba's punches connected with the man's face. But he regained his senses quickly and he punched Kiba in the stomach. The impacts rippled through the air. They traded blow for blow for a long time as the two didn't seem to back down from each other. Suddenly Kiba punched the man in the face sending him flying back. Kiba clutched his arm in pain.

"I can keep up the transformation for long! I have to end it now!" Kiba closed his eyes. "Naruto what would you do?" Suddenly an idea came to mind. "I've got it!" Kiba ran towards the man when he was getting his bearings together and slid on the ground and kicked him in the chin sending him in the air. Then Kiba jumped up after him and flipped then kicked him in the face sending him flying into the ground. Still mid-air Kiba thought of him as a child holding Akamaru.

"THIS IS FOR AKAMARU!!!!!" Kiba yelled as he spun extremely fast. "Super Tunneling Fang!" The attack connected in the man's chest as his eyes rolled back into his head as the impact made a huge crater.

Kohaki and Shino jumped down and looked down in the crater and found Kiba back into his normal form. Shino went and got him and brought him back up.

Kiba coughed up blood. "I did it Shino....for Akamaru.."

"Uhhhh....Kiba there's something we gotta confess." Shino said.

"What is it Shino?" Kiba asked with a confused look.

"Ruff!" A bark spoke out.

Kiba's eyes widen. "Akamaru! I thought....I....I"

Kohaki walked up besides Kiba. "Actually it was Akamaru's idea.....to play dead just like a dog"

"What but how!" Kiba asked.

"When Akamaru pushed me outta the way he growled and looked at me sternly. Then he played dead to tell me what he wanted to do. At first i thought he was crazy. But me and Shino played along with the charade. Now i see what he wanted to do! Way to go Kiba! You beat Zaraku!" Kohaki said.

Kiba growled. "If my body wasn't half destroyed! I would kill you guys!" Kiba's frown then turned into a smile. "At least you're alive and that's all that matters." Kiba rubbed Akamaru's head then he coughed up blood on himself.

"Ok lets get you to Sakura so she can make you better." Shino said as he carried his teammate towards the hole in the wall. The three and Akamaru walked away.

Meanwhile Shikamaru put his hands together in a circle. He focused and a million plans ran through his head. Suddenly his eyes popped open.

"Ino do the genjutsu quickly! We're doing the Ino-Shika-Cho move our dads taught us!" Shikamaru said.

"That move! we haven't practiced it in forever!" Ino pointed out.

"Just do it! Hurry!" Shikamaru yelled.

Ino hurried and did a flurry of hand signs. "Ninja Wolfsbane!" Suddenly everyone disappeared around Mali. Purple flower petals blew around the wind.

"What kind of genjustu is this!" Mali said. Suddenly Mali saw dark figures which looked like Shikamaru Ino Choji and Temari. He threw kunais at them. "Hmph! Fools! Standing there like idiots!" But they didn't budge at all. "What?"

"Who's the idiot now?" a voice said behind him.

Mali looked behind him to find Choji but didn't have time to defend himself.

"Partial Expansion Jutsu!" Choji's fist grew ten times it size as he punched Mali with great force.

Mali's body went flying into a huge oak tree breaking his spine thus killing him in the process.

"Yeah Shikamaru you did it! What was that move?" Temari asked.

Shikamaru let go of his hand sign. "Well it was all a matter of deception. With Ino's genjutsu it gave him a sense of alert as he frantically searched for us. So i use my Shadow Impersonation Jutsu to mimic us so he would divert his attention to the shadows instead of Choji sneaking up behind him to attack." Shikamaru said with a smirk on his face.

"Yeah! We did it!" Ino yelled."Now lets see if we can find Shino and the others" Ino then climbed on Choji's back and they headed off into the direction Neji and the gang headed off earlier.

Meanwhile Sasuke was clashing with Raz. Neither seemed to give up as the metals continued to clash and clang. Sasuke then backed off beside Naruto to catch his breath.

"Is that curse mark giving you trouble Sasuke?" Naruto asked.

"No i need to go further." Sasuke said as the curse marks on his body began to glow and morph into a medium tan color as a black star appeared on his face.

"Wait Sasuke! Pervy Sage told me about the curse mark. Its a dangerous jutsu that destroys your body in the long run. Are you sure you wanna do go through with the second state?" Naruto asked.

"Just leave it to me Naruto I'll have this guy beat in no time!" Sasuke said.

Naruto put his hands together as the fox chakra covered him. "And let you have all the fun? I don't think so!" The fox chakra covered him and made fox ears and one fox tail. Naruto put himself up in a attack position.

"Figures." Sasuke scoffed. "Naruto i already know about the nine-tailed fox. I saw him when we fought 5 years at the valley of the end."

Naruto's eyes widen as he bowed his head as he looked back at Hinata. She looked at Naruto with surprise in her ears at his power. "I'm glad you are ok with it Sasuke but how will everyone else take it?"

"Don't worry about it Naruto! I already explained it to everyone that Naruto Uzumaki doesn't hurt his friends." Sasuke said as put up his sword to attack. "Lets fight this guy and go home!"

"Alright!" Naruto growled as he and Sasuke charged Raz.

"The second state! and the other kid what kind of chakra is that!" Raz thought. Raz's katana glowed a red color then he swung it as fire flew out towards the two.

Naruto and Sasuke dodged it as Sasuke made a flurry of hand signs. "Fire Style! Pheonix Flower Jutsu!" Thousands of mini fireballs flew out of Sasuke's mouth towards Raz.

Raz swung his red katana again making a stream of fire that swallowed the fire attack. "Idiot! Fire beats fire always!" Raz yelled.

Sasuke smirked. Raz's eyes widen as the shurikens popped out of the fire streams. "There were shurikens in those fireballs!" Raz thought as he blocked all of them with his katana.

Suddenly Naruto attacked Raz from the left. Raz dodged it and backflipped and Sasuke was waiting for him. Sasuke swung his katana but it was blocked by Raz's katana. Raz saw Naruto coming to attack again and ducked and sweep kicked Naruto and Sasuke. He swung his sword at Naruto's head. Naruto dodged it and sweep kicked Raz but he backflipped from it. Sasuke then charged him and their katanas met again. Sasuke ducked as Naruto threw a punch and it connected with Raz's face as it sent him flying back into the wall. Raz slowly emerged from the rubble trying to catch his breath.

"These two are strong. I guess i have to push it to the next level." Raz thought as the curse mark glowed red and covered his entire body and made two devil horns on his head and turned his skin blood red. "Now its time for you all to witness my true power!" Two more arms popped outta Raz's body as it ripped through his shirt. "Multiple Blades Jutsu!" Raz threw his katana in the air as it split into three more as his hands caught them.

"Get ready Naruto!" Sasuke yelled.

"Way ahead of you!" Naruto said ad as he charged Raz.

"Pathetic fool!" Raz said as his body bulged with muscles and his feet turned to hooves. He lifted his katana and swung it as a force of air left the blade and hit Naruto. Naruto blew back as his body hit the wall on the opposite side.

"Naruto!" Hinata yelled.

"Darn you!" Sasuke yelled but realized as soon as he put up his sword to fight he couldn't move. "What is this force thats come over me? Move Sasuke move!"

Raz charged an frozen Sasuke and raised his katana and struck at him and chopped off Sasuke's arm. "Too late to be having second thoughts kid!" Sasuke's katana and arm fell to the ground. a bloody mess.

"Sasuke!" Sakura yelled.

Raz prepared to finish Sasuke off as he struck again at the frozen Sasuke but Naruto jumped in blocking it with a kunai.

"You touch Sasuke again.......I'll kill you!" Naruto yelled as his eyes glowed a demonic red.

"What!" Raz thought.

Naruto exploded with red chakra rippling through the air. The fox chakra bubbled as Naruto punched Raz in the stomach and sent him flying into the wall. Naruto fell over one knee and looked at Sasuke's bleeding body. Sakura ran and got Sasuke and brought him outta harm's way.

"Sasuke hang in there!" Sakura cried out.

"Aaahhhh!" Sasuke yelled out in pain.

Naruto then got angry and red fur grew outta his body as the fox ears grew longer and four tails were now present. "You hurt Sasuke and now i'll kill you! I'll make you pay for hurting my friends!" Claws appeared longer than ever. The red fur covered his entire body. "I'll show you what true horror is!" Naruto said in a demonic voice as his eyes glowed red. The thoughts of all his friends ran through his mind. "You kidnap Hinata, then you disrespect her and you hurt Sasuke! You're dead! I'll make sure you never see the light of day again!"

Vaka stepped from behind Raz. "I'll help you out Lord Raz!" Raz soon realized it was her who paralyzed Sasuke. He got angry at her and slashed her in half. "I didn't ask for you help!" Raz put himself in a defensive position. "Bring it on!"

Naruto watched in horror as Raz slashed his own teammate in half. "What kind of friend are you! She was your own teammate!"

"I don't have time for that honor shit kid! She interfered and she got dealt with!" Raz yelled.

"Man that's cold!" Naruto then growled and charged Raz as a ball appeared in his hand. "RASENGAN!"
