Dieting
Ok so I decided I am going to start dieting and excersing. Why you may ask? Go on you can ask, ask damn you! Only ask this question though "But why Nicole? Why would your hot sexy body need to lose weight?" Well b/c I just found out that I'm 9 lbs over the ideal weight for someone of my height and age ToT So I hope to lose 9lbs by March 19th. Starting tomorrow I'm gonna be excersing to my Carmne Electra strip tease aerobic (there is no actual stripping in the 2nd dvd which is the one that I am going to be using and there isn't much stripping to any of the other ones it just teaches you how to get in shape for stripping not that i want to be a stripper, but if i had a boyfriend it would not be a bad idea to do a little dance for him while being in shape.) And I now have my Eliptical machine in my room. Hooray! Hopefully I might be able to go down to the CCBA sometimes to, go swimming, and use their gym. My complete ideal weight is 120 lbs, if I were to be any skinnier than that I would be absolutely nothing but bones and there is nothing sexy about bones, i want to be toned, not freakishly skinny where when people hug me they'll think 'oh my god i'm gonna snap her in half!'. I've already came up with a workout scheduel for tomorrow and I'll see how I do on that. Plus I'm not gonna eat out anymore and eat so many damn delicious chips. Except maybe a little Japanese food.I've started a dieting journal (i know thats very dumb but i think it'll help me) and I need help on organizing it, b/c i have a list of Safe foods, recipes, workouts and crap like that (this is your que Laura my main homedingle!). Theres also a huge list of negative calorie foods to. So yeah Laura I was wondering if you might be able to help me think of a way to organizing it. Pwease?
