Look, a duck
In the pop up that's above me right now, there's a duck. It's coming out of an egg. On second thought, maybe it's a baby chicken. I don't really know. I just didn't know what to put for a subject so I put that.
Oh!!! Today was the very first meeting of SOA's Anime club! Isn't that wondermous? I had my Yellow Frisbee of Smite-ness and like nine people were there for varying grades. At first we just chatted and made introductions and stuff. Me and my friend Kazzie were there, and I got along great with everybody. Especially this one girl. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. But it was a lot of fun. My brother came and he's now the recruiter, which means he is bringing new people to the Anime Club. We didn't any funding because the people said it was non-educational. Technically, it wouldn't be classified as that, but we could call it a Japanese Club and then we'd get funding for learning Japanese and about the whole culture and everything. I think that would be just as fun. Well, after doing all that, we put all the Animes and Mangas that we liked up on the dry erase board. There were a LOT. Then we discussed screenings and what all we were going to do. We were going to cosplay on Halloween at the Fair (I'm planning on cosplaying for Halloween anyway; I want to go as Mamimi, from FLCL because I love her and I've always wanted to dye my hair deep pink and say things in metaphor a lot) and save up money so the whole Club can go on to a Con. So I'm bringing in all of my stuff.
Kimra and I are fighting over something really stupid right now. I didn't like her reading over my shoulder and I got really pissed off for no reason whatsoever and now I feel really sorry because we're not speaking. It absolutely sucks. I keep trying to say I'm sorry, but it doesn't seem to be working. Kaz and I are afraid she's going to kill herself, but I don't think she will. Please, please, don't let her kill herself. Ah, that would suck so bad!!! *runs around in circle in frustration* I wish I could tell her that I'm sorry. But it never comes out right. Kimra, if you're reading this, I just want it to stop. You're one of my best friends, and I'm so sorry all of this happened. I just want it all to be over with and past us. Please, please, start talking to me again.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Alright. So I don't know what's going to happen with that. I hope it gets resolved. But, anyway, remember to check out my site for all of my awesome poems. I'm putting some short stories up today also. And even more poems. So, read read read. And then go work on your own.
PS: Everybody in the Anime Club can draw except me, so they're all going to gang up and teach me. Kaz insists that I can if I try, but I don't know. If it turns out I can, then I'll definitely put some art on here. Don't worry: you'll be the first ones to know!!! ^_^
Here, voicy voicy voicy.
I've nearly lost my voice. I'm all hoarse and gross and there's a whole bunch of plegm in my throat. Very gross. I'm ordering the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack this weekend when I go to my grandmother's house. She has cable now (got it last Monday) so yeah. I'm very happy. We like to watch TV together and make fun of the cliches and stuff. Very very fun.
luv ya!!!
Welcome Back...to the Twilight Zone!!
Hey peoples!!! I haven’t written in a long time. I just looked in my guest book and saw that four people had gone and talked to me. Ashley, I’m emailing you, so yah. Izumi-kashi, I left a message in your guestbook so check there. Ye, the person with the orange-haired person as their icon, please leave another message and leave your username on it this time. I can’t check your site if I don’t know what it is. And, ye with the Inuyasha and Kagome “forever” icon, same to you. Thank you so much for leaving those messages! I only know two people named, Anna, and neither of them like Anime or manga and I’m not really good friends with them anyway. I’m so glad I’m making friends on this site!!! That’s really cool. I know I have kind of eclectic taste in anime and manga. But my collection and what I like has quite grown since the last time I posted on here. I’ve learned a lot more.
So I’m going to add some more stuff I’m obsessed with now.
Music: electric violins, Franz Ferdinand, Modest Mouse, L’arc en Ciel, The Pillows, Do As Infinity, and random J-pop groups.
Anime: My-Hime, Love Hina, Samurai Champloo (Shinichiro Watanabe forever!!!), Kiddy Grade, Fruits Basket, Fushigi Yuugi, and Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi.
Manga: Imadoki Nowadays, Steel Angel Kurumi, Fruits Basket, Ceres, Fushigi Yuugi, and Trigun.
Okay. Imadoki Nowadays is officially my favorite new manga/anime. I love Flippy, or as some of you call him Aoi. What a sexy name!!! Blue!!! Isn’t that awesome? Ah, yeah, he is hot too. Yummy. What’s freaky though is that I relate to Tanpopo (her name means dandelion, in Japanese, isn’t that cool?) and Koki. When they were eating lunch together and Tanpopo was like, “ Wow, Koki, your hands are so big!”
He’s just like, “ Really?”
“ Let’s compare!” she says, and they do and she goes, “ Your hands are twice the size of mine!”
What’s really weird is that same thing happened at my friend’s house. I have a gi-normous crush on her older brother Patrick, okay? HUGE!!! Well I was at her house and he and I were eating some of those pizza rolls and then I said, “ Whoa, Patrick, your hands are huge!”
He looked at his hands and went, “ Umm…okay?”
“ Yeah! Look!” I said, and went over to him. I put my hand against his (I was already blushing from being only six inches from him) and his hands really were twice the size of mine! Ahhh, it was so freaky. Then, when Tanpopo goes to Koki’s house and sees his girlfriend, that happened to me too!!! We had to drop off Patrick at his girlfriend’s house. Yes…that was awkward. Gotta go now. Burbles.
One More Day
We only have one more day until school is over. Then its on to ninth grade for me!!! I can't wait. I've been looking forward to highschool because then we don't have to do American history, which is really boring. Gah. I live here, do I really need to know all this crap about it? Boring. I'd rather learn about France or Japan. Those are interesting countries. I love speaking French.
I'm moving soon, to Mt.Pleasant on Friday. Actually, that's my mom's wedding; she's getting married to Robbie, her boyfriend/fiance. Aw. They're going to Goat Island for their honeymoon, and they're taking us with them. By us I mean my stepsiblings and my brother: Robert/Robbie (stepbrother); Kate (stepsister), and Duncan (my real brother). Yeah. My dad died recently, of a heart attack. He would want me to be happy, though, so that's that. I am. My dad's name was Robert, my mom's boyfriend's name is Robert, and he named his son Robert. Uh...can you say weird?
Well, je suis folle. I've got to go to homeroom now. Talk to y'all later!!! ^_^
