   kings of convenience
I haven't been to a concert in so long; grade 12 is killer. But the other day I decided I had better visit McGill before attending, so I was in Montréal and what great luck, my third favourite band the Kings of Convenience were in town. Actually, I'm lying; I specifically scheduled my trip to coincide with their concert. But none the less, it was really, really good. They're capable of reaching the legendary third harmonic overtone; granted, I don't know what that means but it sounds quite impressive. Does it not? Honestly, you should all go out and buy their CDs right now. But, on a darker note, if you do go and see a band that’s capable of reaching the legendary third harmonic, please, please, please, don't sing along. I know, it's hard but the rest of us want to hear that third harmonic.
Except, now I’m in love with the song parr-à-pluie; so haunting and misspelled but beautiful.
