Happy Labor Day, despite the circumstances
Meow, people. How the heck are ya?
I'm okay... Happy Labor Day, you slackers lol.
3 day weekend my booty.
Some of us had to work *sticking out my tongue*.
Escaflowne will be on Adult Swim at midnight starting this coming Saturday. I forgot all about it being picked up by AS until I saw the commercial.
For some reason, it reminded me of Blue Gender. I mean, they look nothing alike, but it just popped into my head. Maybe it had to do with the one black and white post before they stopped doing it on the tv where someone asked for them to show Blue Gender again. pfft..enough was enough. I'm sorry, but Blue Gender was 'okay'. I like Eric Johnson/Eric Vale, but I like him better as Trunks on DBZ/GT than as Yuji.
I need to see the schedule for AS this month. They change it around so much that you never know what's up until the last second.
Hmm...I am totally lost about Escaflowne. I guess it's a movie.
Man, don't look at me like that. How am I supposed to know? lol Scratch that question. It's a show and it has a movie..so they'll just be showing the movie, I think.
Weird. I went to tv.com (formerly tvtome.com) and all the posts seem to be raving about Escaflowne. Ugh...Kirby Morrow is voicing a character. At least Scott McNeil is, too...plus two of the Dobson brothers. That makes up for K.M.
I don't know what the rest of you see in him: that voice, that ubiquitous cowboy hat, and that cheesy homepage of his website...blecch.
Give me R.I.C. ANY DAY!!!!
I don't think my feelings for Mr. Cox will end, unless I find out that he's married or he turns out to not like women.
The last two episodes of Inuyasha on Saturdays, he hasn't had that many lines. It was so disheartening.
I can't wait for the 17th...new Fullmetal Alchemist will be on. *cries* I miss you, Hughes. That show makes you think the characters are so real.
Hughes was the funniest thing--always telling Colonel Mustang to find himself a wife, forever showing pictures of Elicia, his daughter, and just always finding out any and every thing. I hate when characters I like/love die on their shows. When it's a character I don't like, i.e. Flay on Gundam SEED, I didn't really care... When La Flaga died, I was sad.
See? That's what I love about anime. It's like it's real...and you're there but not really there. You forget your troubles and focus on the troubles the characters are going through. It's all so odd but really, really good. I don't even feel like that when I'm reading.
*yawns* It's after 1 am...I'm tired, and I apologize for this being...short..and if any of my posts have misspelled words.
Take care and try to get some sleep....
Ciao for now!
Goodnight y'all,
^_^

A.S. if
Yo...how's it hangin'? No one says that anymore lol
How are y'all doin'?
I can't deal with the lawlessness that's happening in La. There is some kind of mass hysteria goin' on....they need to stop shooting and hurting and killing and have faith in being rescued. *sigh*
I also can't handle anything ever having to do with Iraq. My God, how these people suffer every day. If it ain't one thing, it's another. Life is not fair. They have it bad enough...and nothing I say or do makes a difference. When I'm down about my problems, I always know that people have it worse. Remember that---others ALWAYS have it worse...ANYWHERE!
Desperation is everywhere.
It's obviously at Williams Street, because AS has changed the up-coming action schedule again. Inuyasha will move to 11, Fullmetal to 11:30, Samurai Champloo to 12:30, and GITS 2 will be on at 11 in November. Where will they move Inuyasha?
Oh Adult Swim, you fickle pimp, what is wrong with you?? lol
I need my Richard Cox fix... This man haunts me day and night. I was watching the rerun of the MTV VMAs because I missed it Sunday, and I could swear that I could see Richard Cox in Chris Martin's face..well, the mouth, as he was singing. I can't seem to get him out of my mind, so I need to hear his voice as often as possible. LMAO
Seriously, ever since I learned that he has the voice of a teenager but is only 3 years older than me, Richard Ian Cox has replaced any male I ever liked/loved/dreamed of. I wish I could get to know him. Y'all probably think I'm some kind of actor lovin' freak who isn't in touch with reality..and you're right, but still--- it's not hurting anyone for me to wish Mr. Cox were my husband.
lol
So, with the world the way it is: hurricanes, hundreds being killed in a stampede or anniversary of deaths, I need someone to take my mind off of the horrible current events.
No, no boyfriend right now. He wouldn't compete against how hot Richard is, so why should I do that to him..or me?!?!?!
Anyhow, I always want my Inuyasha. Monday through Wednesday isn't enough...but I'll make do.
Now on to Toonami: I am very much looking forward to Naruto. It seems like it'll be a good show to watch. I wasn't very excited about One Piece, but it really is cool...so I think I'm really gonna look forward to Naruto.
Ok..I'm itchy all over, that means I'm tired. *yawns* Wish I had a voice actor to snuggle down with...
Y'all take care and know this: Talan shouldn't hook up with Kristin..she's no good, no good I tell ya!!!
Goodnight, sleep tight, well, all right.
^_^

So when, will it end... so when, when will we meet my friend?
What's up animajor freaks?
Hope all is okay in your worlds.
I feel so sad and helpless for everyone in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. This country always comes to the aid of others when disasters strike, or at least we do if our aid is accepted, so I think this time around, shouldn't we help ourselves?
I think that the idea of having cruise ships housing all those people is a GREAT idea. I mean they all have lots of food, water, room. Now if only cruise liners would just jump on the bandwagon. Those people, especially the ones in the projects and those in dire medical need, deserve to be helped out in any way. I'm gonna donate to the Red Cross, if I can. So far, one of our tv stations has collected over $35,000 in donations for the Red Cross. It just breaks my heart to watch the news. The war in Iraq pales in comparison. This hurricane really was like a mini tsunami. :(
I had a friend who lives in Louisiana, but I lost his email addy, and I don't remember where in La. he lives. *sigh* There are so few old friends I keep in touch with.
Ever had that problem? People you thought you'd be friends with forever and ever end up on your "gone and forgotten" list?
When I used to go to AOL Chatrooms, I had so many friends on my buddy list...but they weren't true friends, just people who liked to gossip and cause drama and laugh when you're down.
I find that I don't miss the ones that were like that. I miss the ones who actually saw past all the crap and just wanted to talk and laugh and encourage.
*bigger sigh*
I WANT WINTER!
Yeah, today's post is all about whatever I'm thinking about at that moment.
I can't find any of the names of the english versions of ending themes from Yu Yu Hakusho. Darn that FUNimation!!!! I KNOW Jerry Jewell sang that last ending song before AS took yu yu off the rotation. There is something so odd about his voice, but I cannot lie: he makes the best freaky bad guy. As barry the chopper, but in the suit of armor, he was hilariously bad. He was perfect! He should be a screaming bad guy more often.
You know that's all the actors @ FUNimation do anyway: SCREAM.
Espcially when they worked on DBZ. They had to have hurt their vocal cords often. lol
I remember someone did an interview, I don't remember if it was Sonny Strait or John Bergmeier...I think it was J.B., and he said that's what you could hear most often while working on Dragonball Z. Yelling, screaming, just being loud..you had to, too many fight scenes.
I cannot find the name of the ending theme song on tv from Samurai Champloo. I'm gonna have to do some digging.
For now, I'm just gonna start looking up lyrics to j pop songs I like. Sometimes I like the music better than the show. I liked the ending themes for Outlaw Star, but I paid little attention to Gene and his ...crew? I dunno. He always looked so much older than the rest....kinda creeped me out. That's not fair of me, after all, I hardly watched the show. I should have, but it was not what I wanted to see. But the music was cool.
*yawns* I don't seem to have much to say tonight..and no one's written to me about the anime conventions, you jerks.
I'm going to bed before I forget my daydream about Richard Cox.
One of these days, that man is gonna offically tell me to stop thinking/dreaming/wishing/wanting/ hoping/needing/pining of & for him.
Until then, my imagination's the limit!
Ciao for now kiddies..and welcome back to school
^_^
Take care,
Patrice xoxoxo

And then, there was nothing...
Hey party people, what's happening?
Nothing much over hear, just praying for the people who are in Katrina's way.. That hurricane was not messing around when it was just a category 1..it ain't messin' around at all now!
I went to work this morning, but the cable was out Saturday evening...I was so pissed. It finally came on in time for me to catch Inuyasha and the second Inuyasha movie (like I can ever go a day without hearing Richard Cox's voice in some way--that'll be the day I go deaf), but I missed Zatch Bell and One Piece. Of course next Saturday they are showing the Cowboy Bebop movie, and despite my lack of feelings for Steve Blum, I do like CB, so I am glad they're putting it on.
But what the heck is up with Bo-bo-bo-bo Bo-bo-bo or whatever???
That's just wrong..who wants to say that name??
Anywho, back to Saturdays on Adult Swim: so Inuyasha is moved to 11:30, Fullmetal will be at midnight, but the second season of Ghost in the Shell will be airing at 11:30 when it starts...so where will new eps of Inuyasha be? Unless they won't show new eps.
*sigh* Sometimes I wonder if I should have been born in either Japan or Canada.
So, the second movie, the Castle Beyond the Looking Glass, was funnier than the first one. I absolutely LOVE Richard Cox..and he never has failed to entertain me and my fantasies, but I will give it up to Kirby Morrow--he makes a good Miroku. He's an attractive guy, but I just feel nothing for him. Like I have said, I've been to his homepage before---never going back. He's just no Mr. Cox. Nice try, though.
Loved the movie, love the man more. Je t'aime, Richard Ian Cox!!!!
All these movies are gonna have me missing S-Cry-Ed..just when it was getting good! I didn't know I would like that show so much.
I still miss the shows they've taken out of rotation--Yu yu hakusho DID start on Adult Swim, you know.
Man..not having cable for a while really makes you think about what you're missing. I'm so glad it's back on.
And then you remember the shows you freakin' don't miss-- glad some of them got the boot.
Enough of that. Time to ask the one question I need to before I head on into anime bliss heaven:
How can one woman, who hasn't seen as much anime as the majority of you, be in love with an actor she doesn't know personally?
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Yeah, right, like I'd ever ask that and expect an answer that won't crush me entirely.
My question is: What happened to the rumor that AS was gonna be a separate channel or whatever from CN? Maybe I read into that wrong...or someone else did and I shouldn't have listened. 24 hours of AS would be nice..they could bring back shows they stopped in the middle of the good parts a nd steal some from Toonami.
I'm sorry, but IGPX didn't really capture me to begin with..so what's up with it now coming to Toonami?
*rolling my eyes*
Well people, I'm Audi 5000 *giggles* remember that? Tevin Campbell said it in that song---Um, nevermind.
Final episode of Shaman King on 4 Kids TV is 9:30am EST on Saturday!
My birthday is next month, and RICHARD IAN COX's birthday is seven days after that!!
Girl has love affair with exclamation point, film at 11!!!
lol
I'm such a dork
^_^
..it's the best feeling in the world.
Goodnight y'all..
Your loving AniMakeOut Freak(R)[yeah, I copyrighted that, too] LMAO

P.S.*kiss for Richard Cox*

Wonder Twin Powers...Activate! Form of....
Well, well, well..hello my children, and how are you this night? Fine I hope..
Me? I have to be at work in 7 hours. Yeah, I'm so bad. lol Yeah right.
I'm so happy that Adult Swim decided to put new eps of FullMetal Alchemist on Saturday nights @ midnight next month. But where will they move Inuyasha? And will they still show new eps of Inuyasha??? I HAVE TO HAVE MY RICHARD COX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The man haunts my dreams, normal and wet...I need him
ROFL I am so obsessed. It's so sad when you know you need help but it feels soooooo good to indulge in your obsession.
I like listening to him voicing Scattershot to see if his fake country accent slips (it does..but he's so cute anyhow).
I was thinking of a show I don't miss, and Megas XLR came to mind. Just because I don't like Steve Blum doesn't mean I disliked the show. It just wasn't what I thought it would be...didn't live up to my expectations....it annoyed me. I don't think I liked the characters (whispers) or the voice actors. lol
Neon Genesis Evangelion will be on Thursday nights, which will boost ratings, because Black & White Viewer Card night stopped pulling me in months ago.. I would have been the one at AS making fun of the bad grammar and weird things people say all the time. Bet it would get pretty old to others, but not to me. I mean, we live in a country that prides itself on education (not as well as Asia...sheesh, you know how much those kids go to class and LIKE it?!?!?), but I mean, english is so easy...why can't we type it right?
Anyhow, new Code Lyoko starts next month, and my birthday is September 26. I am so old but just the right age for Richard Ian Cox.
One of these days, I'm gonna count how many times I can bring him up in a post. His birthday is exactly 7 days after mine. I know I've said it before, but it needs to be repeated often. There's just something so delicious about him. If he'd shorten his first name from Richard to what they call all Richards, he'd have a freaky XXX name, which is.....you know what? NEVERMIND... not even gonna go there. Sorry Richard!
A show I do miss is Knights of the Zodiac... I think I woke up one day going "Pegasus Meteor Punch". "And I ran..I ran so far away..I just ran, I ran both night and day...couldn't get away".
That show was like Speed Racer on Red Bull, but it was still sort of cool. And those guys were cute...too bad they weren't real.
And on that note, and for the sanity of us all, I must get some rest. Crappy gasoline prices have forced me to drive my car on fumes. I have to get half a tank o' gas in the morning before I head off for work.
I leave you guys with this thought: How many freakin' shows have Matt Hill, Steve Blum, and Sam Vincent been on? I hear their voices in sooooo many anime shows. What the heck for???!?!? lol
Goodnight y'all...don't let the heat wave bite.
Ciao for now ^_^
Always,
Trice xoxo
Confidential: To the prez..this country doesn't run on just you..swallow your pride and go to Camp Casey. Sheesh, no one will think you're weak because you did. They will if you don't face the facts.

*sigh* Life sure has its ups and downs
Hey my friends. How's every little thing? I hope life is treating you well.
Just stopping by to wish you all a great year back at school. I haven't gotten my act together to (finally) go back to college, but I will go back within the next year. My brother has ruined me financially, I need dental insurance, and all the anime DVDs I want and deserve will cost me a pretty penny, so I need to get a better paying job.
I was just thinking the other day that there should be awards for who we think are the best voice actors in different categories, just like the people's choice awards.(R) Unless there's something like that already. If not, I patent that thought. lol
Nothing new going on, just can't wait to see when Paranoia Agent finally ends (the episodes have gotten so much weirder), and I can't wait for new FullMetal (Hughes, I still miss ya babe!) & for Case Closed to release the first 52 episodes on DVD--that'll probably take forever.
Well, you kids have fun and try to stay out of trouble. I've got some exercising to do....in the rain...darn east coast heatwave with flooding rains.
Stay cool and take care
Ciao,
Trixe xoxoxo

One truth will prevail
Hey everybody, what the ham biscuit's going on? I hope you all are fine..and to you all going back to school, um...you have my sympathy?
lol Not really...education is great and you off the roads during peak hours I need to get to work is even greater.
Just kidding, sorta.
Let's talk anime, shall we?
Now, I am not a great otaku like the majority of you..I only know about a show if I watch it on Adult Swim, so I know nothing about Neon Genesis Evangeline. I do know they are going to show it in the Inuyasha time slot on Saturdays..so what's up with that? AS loves to move shows around..just because they can *mumbles* power hungry show-offs. lol
They are so freakin' lucky..they get to see all these cool shows before us, and some not so cool ones.
I am looking forward to Perfect Hair Forever, just because it's that crazy/funny kind of show.
CaseClosed.com has a survey out to see if people want them to release the first 52 episodes on DVD. HECK YEAH! I've been begging for the 3 eps they didn't show to be released. So go on over and vote and tell them what you would like them to sell with the starter sets if they get a chance. I say they should put autographed posters or pictures in with the starter sets.
I need to start collecting Yu Yu Hakusho DVDs.. I miss that show.
I should just take stock in FUNimation...I buy more from them than VIZ :(
Richard Cox works so hard for them, too, just like everyone else, but still....IT'S RICHARD IAN COX! I said it once, I'll say it again: the man is hot and his birthday is 7 days after mine. If he was mine, I wouldn't read so many romance novels, that's for sure.
Alright funky people, I'm gonna go so I can watch Laguna Beach in a bit and try to clean my room.
I procrastinate so much..at least I'm writing more posts (bet I slack off for a while, but don't hold it against me, please).
Take care and stay grounded
^_^
Ciao,
Patrice xoxo

It may be tax free, but it ain't a problem free weekend
Who doesn't love tax free weekend? I'm starting to not like it. The sales people around here stink. Makes me want to just do all my shopping online.
And now, off of my anime rant n rave--- I cannot believe they killed Nate Fisher off the show. I mean, he was the heart and soul of Six Feet Under. Trust me to learn about that 4 days after the ep aired. I cannot miss the last 3 episodes of the series.
Now, back to what I love so much. No, not just Richard Ian Cox, ANIME. I'm still gonna find someone who has been to a convention..it's just a matter of time.
Okay, here's what I want to know, and I want to know NOW: How did Naraku get into and is using Mt. Hakurei's barrier?
Who is that strange alter user that Kazuma encountered?
WHY DID THEY HAVE TO KILL OFF BRIGADIER GENERAL HUGHES?
How come CN didn't show the other 3 episodes of Case Closed like I whined about??
Did I really say I had missed Code Lyoko???
Richard Ian Cox, will you marry me and start a family with me?????
I just gotta know the answers NOW!!!
lol
I wish I had the strength to type more, but I exercised forever tonight..and my back and feet are drawing me to my bed. I'm so sore, my sores have sores that have sores.
Next time, I'll talk about what Adult Swim is bringing to the table and about the time changes affecting the Saturday action lineup.
So keep it cool, keep it simple, keep it anime, and keep it semi-homemade..I'm NOT Sandra Lee, but there's good news: I just saved a bunch of money by switching to Geico.
Food Network rocks!
lol I'm so lame...but I love me anyhow.
Smooches
^_^
Ciao for now,
Trice xoxo

I wish summer would just end already!!!!
Hey people..how are y'all?
Me? I have always hated hot weather! I know other countries have it worse off year round, but I don't live anywhere but the United States. I was born on a snowy Chicago September morning, so of course I hate heat. Ugh..I'm getting an unnecessary extra tan, going from caramel to cocoa powder. Sorry, I've got sweets on the brain....that and Richard Cox *drools*.
I've still got some Gundam Wing tapes to find-- Volumes 10 through 16. I keep putting it off because of the releases of the Case Closed DVDs. I still wish they would release the other episodes early, especially the ones Cartoon Network didn't end up airing.
And I totally cannot wait for new episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist, whenever that will be.
*cries* I miss Maes so much *bawling* He was so obsessed with his daughter to the point where it was almost cute...almost, but then you realize it's really weird. He was such a good guy, though.
That's the thing about anime..you get so wrapped up into it that you just feel like you know the characters. Plus, the voice actors do such a great job making it even more realistic.
And I must say, S-CRY-ed, despite having Steve Blum as Kazuma *rolling my eyes*, is topping itself again and again. It's refreshing to see it right after Inuyasha.
Okay, I'm drifting, my back itches, and my eyes are burning...that can only mean one thing and I don't mean that my house is on fire--- it means I'm sleepy.
So goodnight my friends...enjoy your sweltering "vake-n-bake". TM.
Yeah...I trademarked that. It's mine and mine alone. LOL
Take care and stay hydrated (yes, I mean cool).
Ciao
