Odd Dreams Monday
Attention All!
Sunday, 5.25 PM

Wassup people? Not much going on here, except the fact that only 2 days of school remain! No school, but a summer job awaits, and to a bum like me, it sucks beyond comprehension. Meh, and my best friend moves away in two weeks. So I'm no looking forward to summer too much this year. Oh, and don't let me forget to mention my Family Reunion, which I have to leave for 2 days before my friend moves away. I planned to drive with him up to his new place in South Carolina and hang out with him for a day or two and go to one of his dad's gigs, but that's all ruined.

On a brighter note, with 2 days of school left, I somehow kept my A average. And not but a week or so ago, I got my Graduation Test Scores back (you might remember earlier posts when I mentioned how easy they were), and I scored pretty high. I passed with distinction in all subjects except for science, and I scored 99% percent higher than all others who took the test. Guess that makes me the top 1% :). It made all my teachers proud, and now I guess I have to get off my academic "ass" and start doing more challenging work. Heh, academic "ass."

Anyways sorry for not posting too often. To be brutally honest, I'm not busy, just incredibly lazy (and enjoying my last moments with my best friend). Lately I've actually picked up the guitar. Before I just learned a few songs and put it down, but lately I've actually started putting some heart & soul into it. Now I love it more than anything. And I've become even deeper in love with music. I am now in love with the blues and all things Fender and Hendrix.

Oh, and, if you haven't noticed there's a new theme.

(Currently my favorite album, Revolver, by the Beatles)

{What I'm listening to}
The Beatles - For No One

{Daily Family Guy Quote}
Peter (narrating his life): "I walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table. I looked with a grimace at the questionable meal Lois had placed in front of me. Of course I'd never tell her how disgusted I was with her cooking, but somehow I think she knew. Lois had always been full of energy and life, but lately I had begun to grow more aware of her aging. The bright, exuberant eyes that I had fallen in love with were now beginning to grow dull and listless with the long fatigue of a weary life. (Lois knocks Peter out.)
I woke several hours later in a daze."
