"Here To Stay"- KoRn
I've decided I'm going to keep MyOtaku site running when I leave. Eventually, I'll regain access to my computer (high hopes for that anyway) and if that works, then I'll keep in touch with y'all. If, on the other hand, this plan falls through, then oh well I tried. I've less than 2 weeks before I leave, thats crazy people. I'm totally freaking out from it and at the same time, am not. It's really weird.
Anyway, dwelling on sad subjects is bad because I'm nt going to be able to mope in basic training, so I have to get it out of the habit (of moping) so I have to just go on with the best attitude I can put up.
I think I'm out of things to say for now, thanks to people who keep reading what I post, it makes me feel better about myself when people comment. Later!

"All I Ever Wanted"- shinedown
I leave for the Air Force in about a month (March 21) and I'm debating whether or not I should close this account or not... I might be able to pick back up where I left off, but I'll have no stories to tell because my job will be classified info and I'm not a very open person so I dont rely comic relief to a crowd of people I dont know, nor do I pay attention to those who seek it in an annoying way. I dont know what my posts would be about aside from despressing statements of what I had. I dunno, alot of people keep telling me of the new life I'll be stepping into, but I only see what I'm leaving behind... but anyway, I dont have anymore to say, goodnight.

I think enough time has passed since my last post. I dont really have anything new since my last post, I never have any news cuz nothing ever happens with me. So in absence of cool things, I play video games, and I'll just talk about those.
Let's see, last time I talked about Kingdom Hearts, so this time, I'll switch up the genres abit and talk about TimeSplitters.
This is a first person shooter game, and tons of fun with all the versus variants there are. I'm not going to go into detail on all the variants cuz I just dont feel like it. There are 150 playable characters, each having their own stats in defences and what not, however, i turn off the individual abilities cuz they can be cheap. but alot of the characters were zombies, which means you can knock off their heads. Involving tons of blood... theres a large arsenal of weapons.. my custom set goes like this:
1) baseball bat (self explanitory)
2) mini-gun (freakin awesome machine gun)
3) plasma grenades (they stick to people and go boomm)
4) sniper rifle (scope across levels)
5) flare guns/flamethrower (pyro stuff heheh)
6) tactical 12-gauge shotgun (perfect for zombies)

you can have 6 different guns available on a map at a time. there's alot of fun to have with the weapons sets. at any rate, the game will give medals (to those of you who remember Goldeneye on the N64, kinda like that) after each round.. I only have 41 different medals right now, and sum medals are derived from your character stats (a large amount of stuff is recorded on your character, like distance traveled total, how fast your average mph is.., total shots taken, accuracy, total kills, total losses, zombie decapatations[i have over 3,000] and abunch of other stuff)
My most used character is the Cyborg Chimp (picture a monkey in the robo cop outfit) neat huh..
Well, I could ramble on forever on games that I like, but I'll cut short on this one cuz there are many outlooks.
hooray, Full Metal Alchemist is on (ive seen all the episodes already, but i like it all the same) later

Man it's been a while since I've posted.. ::stretch:: time to stop being lazy I guess. I've accomplished very little to nothing in my months of waiting for the Air Force.. and only two left until my departure, so I'm going to try to start getting into shape so I dont die during basic training.. other than that, there's really not much to talk about. So I'm going to talk about video games because they are one of my favorite subjects of all time.
First off: I've been playing through Kingdom Hearts on the hard difficulty cuz it's something i started and kinda dwindled off last time, so I'm going through it this time and I'm currently in Atlantica(?) I really dont like this level.. the music is all too familiar and even more repetitive.. same problem with Halloween Town, the music gets to you eventually.. anyway.. I can remember the first time I played through this game I was VERY impressed with how they kept all the characters personalities in check with how they were in the movies. Even so, tying together the stories and what not was also impressive and altogether i loved it so much. I recently looked at abunch of pics and clips from KH2, and it looks better than the first by a long shot.. an even more complex story with more characters from both disney and square.. I saw the clips at www.gamesages.com which will link to ign.com so anyway.. they have the opening movie clips and sum in-game clips.. and i got to say, listening to donald in japanese is hilarious.. and if you listen to Sora in battle in japanese, he sounds like Daisuke from d.n.angel (in japanese of course). I'm not going to go in depth as I wanted to because it could be deemed as a "spoiler" which tends to piss people off, but oh well.. I guess I'll have to wait to talk about it. I know there was a KH for GBA called "chain of memories", but i never beat it.. I got stuck in Agrabah cuz I ran out of the number key I needed and I couldnt find anymore so I just quit. I should probably try to beat it though. Anyway.. my next post will hopefully have my insight on another game.. because I am the king of video games (esp. Halo2)
For fun, here's a quick list of my fav. games
-Phantasy Star Online 1&2
-Halo 1&2
-Final Fantasy 7/8/10/Chrystal Chronicles
-Kingdom Hearts
-DBZ Budokai 1/2/3/Tenkaichi
-Star Ocean:Till the end of Time
-Super Smash Bros. Melee
-Dynasty Warriors 4&5 (xtreme legends)

My list was based upon how much time I spent playing each game... The games dont go in order, but I know PSO has the most time... several hundred hours on that one.. ya.. anyway.. maybe I'll list all my games sumtime.. not now tho..later.

That pic is from Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix.. the unreleased version for America that came out in Japan after the U.S. version came out.. this is because the U.S. version had things in it that were not in the original version in Japan, so they re-released Kingdom Hearts in Japan with the "Final Mix" which, as you can see in the picture, had more weapons and new heartless. as well as new boss battles and an extra cut-scene between Cloud and Sephiroth in the Colusseum. At the end of the game in Hollow Bastion..there was one of those guys in the black robes you see all over KH2 that was a boss battle, and a cutscene to go with it.. sad to say, this version never was planned to be released to us Americans, so all we can do is speculate (or download the clips and stuff from an uncertain source off sum crazy japanese site) (<--unrecommended) and whether you believe what I told you or not, here is a pic from this "cut scene" between Cloud and Sephiroth. There, Im not a liar.. anyway, I digress... later!

P.s.- I get side tracked very easily..

"Awake and Dreaming" Finger Eleven
Wow, I'm tired, but knowing me I wont fall asleep for another several hours cuz I've gotten this habit of staying awake all night and sleeping all day. Oy, if only I had more nocternal friends, its kinda lonley alot of the time.
I guess I dont have much to talk about this time around, no realy news for me to announce in my life.. no girl friend, not alot of money, I leave for the Air Force in March (i guess thats kinda big, but I've said that in my into on my syt and it's not my fault if u didnt know that), no new friends or love interests (not that i'd tell you that anyway cuz i dont tell strangers secrets unless they ask), nope, not much to report at all. Sorry, I'm usually this boring, so as nice as you are for visiting my syt, I dont have much to offer unless you talk with me more.
Anyway, I forgot to post this picture I found a while back for Christmas, so here it is: Image hosted by Photobucket.com

And for that, hope you all had a great Christmas and several days after with whoever else is around.. thats all, good night

"My Decemer"- LP
Christmas Eve, I've finished wrapping everything and am getting ready for bed.
Thats all the news I've got, so lets talk. It's been a rough year for alot of people, myself very much included. But we can all rest in a peace that the birth of our Lord and Savior was born on the day everyone celebrates.. unfortunately, theyre only celebrating a hollow shell of what the day should be for them because they dont know it's true meaning. The day lies in celebration of Jesus' birth as a human and began His life as one uf us. This marked the beginning of His example to be "IN the world, but not OF the world" which means that it is possible to turn down all sins the world has to offer. However, thats a different story. Jesus' birth is often not understood because how could a baby be born of a virgin? By our standards, it cant happen, which is why it would be deemed as a "miracle", im sure youve heard the word before. It applies to when an event that is impossible by many or all standards happens. So how does the virgin get pregnant then? God says so, and it is. Picture it like the power to make anything happen that you want, and thats what it is.
And what purpose was the virgin birth? In order for Jesus to be born and able to lead a sinless life, he needed to break the chain of being born from sin. Not to say that Mary would have had a baby conceived from sin, no, but that all people are sinners, and once born from a sinner, it is only human nature to sin. Jesus needed a nature in Him that wasnt human in order to pull away from it's call. Try to fathom that He wasnt 50/50 between God and man, but that He was 100% man and 100% God.. because He wasnt immune to human needs and frailities, however, He possessed powers that went beyond human ability. Thats why it was necesary to be born from a virgin, she was untouched by another man and therefore, unable to say it was conceived from him..
Anyway, Christmas is the day we celebrate Jesus' birth, and most people dont know it.. we need to spread the joy that is Christmas' true meaning. Tho it's admitable, alot of things about Christmas have nothing to do with Jesus (thousands of christmas lights everwhere.. the only light in the story of Jesus' birth was for the star of bethlehem over the inn [why trees have a star on the top- underneath the star lies the greatest of gifts, we just kinda took that idea and changed it alittle] and all the candy canes and egg nog really dont have much to do with Jesus, unless you turn the candy cane upside down, then you make a "J" for the first letter of His' name, but i doubt thats why they were made) but anyway... Jesus' birth is what gave this holiday it's grounding, it's the least that can be done to remember it.

Well that was great fun. In other news, I got a few more animes to watch from my friend (HAZZZAH!!!) and I impressed myself with watching 3 different animes in a total 2.5 days.. hahaha. i have no life.. anyway, thats all the news I've got, Merry Christmas y'all.

"The World is Black"- Good Charlette
In an unexpicable turn of events, my mood turned dead. I had been doing fairly better than I was last time I posted.. but right now, its not a problem having at my mind, its just a loss of feeling.. Like my mind collapsed and I'm able to look at everything from a neutral view point, because my mind isnt thinking.. things have resumed their role as a desolate grave-mind for me, the ever increasingly fortunate one

"Closure"- Chevelle
Breathe, trust, bless me and release,
Climb, hard or never be seen.
Closed off, rescue to breathe.
Just bless me.

Two sided time,
Your rebirth can't hurt,
Branch out behind, the pain.

Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.
Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.

Had to to turn, lay down,
Your sting of disease.
Phase you out, should've seen this coming.
Go on confusing the soul,
Hold my breath 'til you rupture.

Three days aside,
Your rebirth can't hurt,
Branch out behind, pride.

Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.
Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.

Like a leach,
I hold on as if we belonged,
To some precious pure dream.
Cast off, you've seen what's beneath,
Now fail me.

Forget closure,
Forget closure,
Forget closure,
Forget closure.

Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.
Closure has come to me myself,
You will never belong to me.
