Hey people! Thanks so much for all of your comments - it means alot to me! ^_^ Anywho, I'm a bit more busy, both myself and the other intern. Today, a few of the summer interns and I went out to lunch at Chevy's (it's a Mexican place). It was pretty good, and it felt nice to get out. Right now, I'm working on a course project for someone, but that isn't supposed to be my official job. To answer some questions out there, I work at a coal company (a corporate job), and I'll be helping this company out using an SAP system. In a nutshell, this company has several independent databases that they want to consolidate into one, centralized database: this is a big project for them. (How many people did I lose just now! lol) I don't know for sure just what I'll be doing specifically, but I'll keep yall posted along the way.
I'm sorry if I haven't visited people in a while. This job is pretty long, so I don't get much opportunity to see everyone. But I'll try to catch your updates and whatnot! See ya later and thanks again for all of your support! ^_^

Hey everyone! It's 10:11 am, and I'm here at work. They told me that things here will start out slowly until the third intern comes. Today, the second inter, who will be working with me, came today! YAY! Now, I don't feel so lonely! XP She's really nice, and we've chatted alot today. Well, I've got to get back to reading this report...*oooo, fun - not really, but oh well!* Catch y'all later!

Hey Hey Hey!!! I forgot to mention that my friends who are seniors (there are only 3 of them) in highschool just left for AFRICA...specifically, KENYA!! They're going on a missions trip like I did a year ago. It's an awesome time - I'll have to post up some of my pics from the trip I went to last year! On that note, I'll definitely have to post a pic of the local bathroom (in Swahili, it's called a "cho") - it's so sick! >__< Nevertheless, it was an awesome time, and I pray that my friends would be safe and have a blessed time!

Hey everyone! I'm here on my job site with nothing to do. I got up at 4:10 in the morning for this...and nothing to do! I feel stupid because it's my first day and I'm not doing anything! (Ever feel like people are always watching you?) X__X I'm just glad that things seem to be going well. I still feel a bit uneasy, but at least I know one person, but the people here seem nice...except this one guy I've got to report to and whatnot. But overall, things are going well. ...so how's your day going?

9 p.m.-ish I watched Final Fantasy: Advent Children last night! It was a pretty good movie. It seemed, though, that the English voices were a bit off sometimes.
12:00 a.m.-5:50 a.m. I was sleeping... -__-
May 20, '06
7:30-8:00 a.m. Had some prayer time.
8:30-10:30 (somthing)a.m. Had Ladies' Breakfast...yummy!
10:45-12:30 p.m. Helped a friend clean a house.
12:45-1:10 After getting back from cleaning the house, I realized I forgot my purse at the people's home and had to drive back to retrieve my item. (That was so stupid on my part)
1:45-4:50 Worked at our new church property (Yes, manual labor!).
6:00-9:00 Played a game of softball, with our team coming out as the victors (hoorah!)! XD
So what did y'all do today or whenever! ...so tired...must get rest now...ZZZZzzzzz...

Well. the induction ceremony went well. It seemed like it took forever, and then it was time for you to go up on stage, receive your empty folder (cuz you got the certificate in the mail), shake hands, and walk off. I was glad that I didn't trip...I think that was concerning me the most! lol Just for your information, Phi Theta Kappa means "wisdom, aspiration, and purity...respectively. It's a pretty cool opportunity I guess. Thanks so much for all your support! *big hugs!*
I hope to look at all of your sites today (after I do some shopping - oh yeah!). Oh, I also submitted a new piece of work. It's not the greatest, but if you want, you all could check it out and whatnot! Oh Oh Oh...a weird, out-of-nowhere question that came to me b4 I went to bed: "Do y'll floss?" Me: Not really!

So today is Thursday! Today, err, tonight I will be inducted (accepted) into the Phi Theta Kapppa honor society! I'm pretty excited and yet also nervous...actually my nerves haven't gotten to me yet. Also, I'll be starting my new summer job on Monday (to my surprise). I don't even feel prepared for this thing: it's as if I'm unsure of myself. *sighs* We'll just see how it goes, right?

YAY! My transcripts for school finally came in. I need them for my upcoming job opportunity. It turns out that I faired pretty well this past semester - got a 3.9 gpa. That's not bad since I was a bit unsure as to how I did in those music courses. XP
Well, I don't have much planned for today but to do some yard work and whatnot. Maybe I'll go out shopping...that sounds fun...wish I had money though! lol I hope everyone else has a good day as well! Later (I'll try dropping by your sites today!)!!
