Talk
okay, so today this guy came to my school, he was an animator, he did backgrounds for things like Lucky Charms and Trix commercials. crazy thing is, he used to live accross the street form me.
but thats not what i wanted to tell you about.
He said that he wasn't working on anything right now and he was actually working on a children's book. When at the end of his lecture we all got to go up I read the book. It was about Harvey Milk, a politician in California who was openly gay and promoted gay marriage and freedoms. i read through it and i was like "huh, is Davi,d gay?", i didn't want to jump to conclusions but i do kinda recall seeing another guy at his house when he lived across the street from me.
then later we were talking (he's sweet and i wanted to catch up, i miss when he was my neighbor) and i asked him why he moved. he was saying he how he really liked it out there but when 'alex' moved into town he realized how far away from town he was.
i was like 'mental huge grin and 'I knew it"
so i was happy, i would have probably been creeped out if i was smart enough to put two and two together when he as a neighbor, but now that i have several bi friends and know one (actually like four) gay guys it makes me happy that someone in the film industry that has worked on disney films like "Hunchback of Notredam" and "all dogs go to heaven" might actually have be able to say something to people like "yes on 8 voters"
this also made me happy because i knew my Animation teacher was Christian and i was afraid he was anti Gay- Les or bi
