Ghibli glutton
Apparently I've quickly become one. Within the last 5 days, I've watched 7 Ghibli films, 5 of which I'd never seen before. One of them (obviously) was Grave of the Fireflies, but the other new ones were Laputa, Porco Rosso, Pom Poko and The Cat Returns. And I simply had to rewatch Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle.

Why am I devouring movies like a starved goat you ask? Because I'm stuck watching two repulsive pugs in a hugely oversized fancy-shmancy home that's just been sold and so has nothing but a computer and dinky tv with dvd player in it. And because back in the day I bought a (boot-legged >,<) Ghibli collection and hadn't found the time to watch most of them. Well, now all I have is time, so there you go.

Now I'm off to use a free movie pass and see Jumper with the mother-person. I hope it has something to it besides special effects. I guess I'm about to find out.
