   A Challenge!
Okay here’s the deal…
I’m getting my tattoo worked on for my 30th birthday in February and adding a second tattoo. (Yes – I’m that old…) I have an idea of what I want for my second tattoo but I just don’t have the visual. I want a Tiger face emerging from a tribal design done in flames all with an Orient feel. This would go on the small of my back so think diamond shape maybe. My current tattoo is of a Phoenix rising out of a flaming tigerlily on my right shoulder. I’m adding more tigerlillies with stems braided – clutching the stems with its arm outstretched will be an oriental dragon. And to the side will be the Japanese characters for: love, life, happiness & God. I want these two pieces to work together. If anyone can design this in a unique & amazing way – I will have it stamped (so to speak) on my flesh. And I’ll post pics of the finished, branded skin in a tasteful discreet manner.

Now – just a quick step up on the old soap box (jumps on crate marked “soap”)… I love tattoos BUT there are a few points I’d like to make regarding tats if you’re interested in getting one – 1st please wait till you’re at least 20. I know that sounds lame but it really is smart. I wanted a tat since I was 13 but what I wanted changed drastically over the course of my teen years. Finally I settled on my own design with I turned 21. Second – yes, it hurts bad but how bad depends on the artist. The greater the skill – the better it will go for you. So find someone good with a clean & sterile reputable studio – they should always use new needles. Lastly – flash art is nice but I feel if you’re going to put something on your body that will be there when you die, try and be original.
*smiles* okay! That’s it for me. (Steps down & waves) Ja-mata!
