   What's the story, morning glory?
I have a livejournal!
http://r3versebeartrap.livejournal.com/

If you have one, send me our username, so I can add you. :>D

Ah, I'm a bit stressed. My mom is going away for the weekend, so I'm a bit flustered trying to find a place to stay. Most likely I'm going to be with my friend, Steph, but she has work and I'm going to have to tag along with her. Only thing is, she has word from 7 to midnight. I do not want to hang around a stuffy, LOUD skaing rink full of obnoxious children for that long. UrghCRASH.

I don't trust my neighbors upstairs. No one was home and I heard them in the foyer. Next thing I know, the door to my apartment is open. I left it unlocked because my mom said she didn't have a key, and she was out with her boyfriend.
Of course, there's me, holding my dagger in one hand, getting ready to go completely James Bond on whoever (if anyone) was in my house.

Quite creepy, let me tell you.

My brother's band finally has a concert come this September. Pretty exciting.
And even more exciting is that they want me to design their band logo, that might go on shirts. Uh-oh. *looks down at pencils and paper* I better get working on that.

Their name is The Scream. Any ideas for a logo?

Quuuestion of the day:
Well, I don't have a question. But, once again, I want ideas for my brother's band logo! Anything! Annnything at all!

   Picture post for the masses!
Croutons are the most delicious salad topping. Ever.

I love posting pictures, more often than not, because I never know what to talk about. There is currently nothing interesting going on in the life of Sarah. And if there were, I'm sure you do not want to hear about my wack-o-holics friends and our adventures to...nowhere and back.

Today's theme: Livejournal icons! Because they're all nifty, the same size and small enough to fit on the page. Ta-da.

I thought this episode was CLASSIC, in spite of it being such baltant, tedious filler. Kakashi getting Punk'd? A-mazing.

I loooove Seinfeld so much. Any big 'Fled fans here? *looks around* Anyone? I wrote an entire paper for English class on the type of comedy the show uses and why it is successful. Hah, geek=me.

Excel Saga is a brilliant anime. Just flipping hysterical. All I have to say on that matter.

Oh, man. Shexy, shexy Mr. Norton as our beloved Narrator from Fight Club. (Ay, no, I'm not obsessed with that movie. Why do you ask?)

There is not enough Battle Royale love! Urgh! I wish this were an anime, not just a 15 volume manga. The Otaku doesn't even have a hub for it. :[ Depressing. It is honestly my favorite manga, ever. Ever EVER ever. Soooo much better than the popular mangas out right now. *coughInuYashacough*

FRESH PRINCE! Yessss.
Alright, everyone, you know the Fresh Prince rap?
Gooood.

Ahhh, Saw.
Ahhh, Leigh Whannell.
Ahhh, yes, that is drool on my lip.

Hey! A Palahniuk icon! OMGLOVE. <3
I'm not sure why he's mysteriously green, but it's rather fitting.

L! I cannot wait to see the Death Note movie. Urgh, come to America already! *bap*

And, that's really all.
I was watching a Chuck Palahniuk interview on YouTube today, and he tells the funniest stories. (Also, it was such a relaxed interview. The two of them were just lying on a bed in a hotel together, Chuck had his shoes kicked off, and the two were just going back in forth, laughing to each other. Oh, I'd do anything to have a conversation with Chuck!)

Hysterical, because he told one story about the last time he screamed flaming obscentities.
He was in a hotel buffet, talking to the woman next to him. Neither of them were really paying attention to their food, as the woman was holding a bagel, cutting into it. Only, she well, cut through the bagel and into her hand. (NYARGH!)
The bagel fell and "blood erupted from her hand" like a volcano, to which Chuck screamed willy nilly "Fuck!".

Hystericaly, becasue the interviwer reported, "Hey, that sounds like something out of one of your books."

XD Which it does. <3 A lot.

Quuuuestion of the day.
What is on the desktop of you computer?

Currently, I have Katamari Damacy. Bright colors, happy fun stuff. =D

   Let's pretend we're not needy.
Mmmm, what to write about. What to write about?

Blahingahsplat. I have no idea. Errr, maybe I'll just post pictures like I always do. Yes, that sound about right. Whooosh! *jumps to Photobucket*

I recently found out how to do animation captures, so I've been having a lot of fun with that. I really want to do a few captures from my Azumanga Daioh series. (I loooove that series. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you pick up a copy.)
However, my animation is really jerky, and I'm still getting the hang of it. *sweatdrop*

Anyway, here's my first attempt.
It's a scene from Fight Club, the same scene as the animation in my avatar. *points*
The quality is really crap, but like I said, I'm still learning.
And, if you can't tell, because yes, I'm sorry, it goes way too fast, here is our lovely Narrator at his finest. Ahhh, beating himself up through a bloody pulp, falling through a glass table. Classic, classic defining moment of the movie. Definetley my favorite scene.

If you haven't seen the movie (or have and love it!) here's the scene.

And yes, the quality is typical YouTube horribleness. ;p

Ahhh, let's look at something lighter? Maybe something puffy and cute? (Even though I personally think Edward Norton is gorgoues in that role, but ahem, that's besides the point.)

I love "Chiyo's dad" from Azumanga. It still makes me laugh.

Funny .gif of Sakaki and the penguin. We've all the seen the AMV Hell spoof of this scene with Kill Bill music, right? XD Looove it!

And what would a cute post be with about Tama from Love Hina. Dude, I want a flying turtle. That'd be the epitome of awesome.

Question of the day:
If you could tame any animal as a pet, what would it be?

I'd want to befriend a penguin, simply because well, penguins are adorable.
SERIOUSLY? How can you resist a face like that? *SMOOSH!*

If this post hasn't given you cavaties yet, well, you aren't paying attention. ;p

   So...sleepy...

Ahhhh, Chuck Palahniuk. A-MAZING.

Errr, *cough*, anyway. What now, what now... *looks around*

So hey kids, does anyone here play Katamari Damacy? (Or We Love Katamari, for that matter?) Ahhh, don't lie. Of course you do.
It's such a good stress ball of a game. (Ahah, no pun intended.) That's my matra. Get mad. Katamari it out.
Boo-yah.

Question for you all today. Does anyone speak French?
If so...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v337/AFI_Sorrow/AFI/Jade/Frenchyfrenchfrie.jpg
What on earth does it say on Jade's shirt?

Aaaand, because surveys for all you are spiff... (I care! I care about you all! *cough cough* No, seriously.)

1.) What's your favorite quote?
2.) Did you start school yet? (If you still go to school.)
3.) What grade are you going into?
4.) WHA-PAH. Obligatory genie question. What are your three wishes? Only, you can't bring anyone back from the dead, no wishing for more wishes and you can't wish anyone to fall in love with you. (No, I didn't watch Alladin recently. What are you takling about?)
5.) Errr...What are you wearing right now?

I have a big enough head to answer my own questions...

1.) It's in my Chuck banner. It's all about how we have so much media wrapped around our minds, that we fail to think for ourselves anymore.

2.) Nooooo.

3.) Going into 12th. Senior year! YEEEAH!

4.) I'd wish for a cure for cancer, a nice chunk of change because I need it and for everyone to just start dancing and signing on random Musical Day.

5.) Blue and black skirt and an AFI shirt.
It is so hot here, I wish I could start wearing my sweaters and jackets again. Hmmph.

Good day, sirs! *poofs away*

   We didn't start the fire.
I just *have* to ask the public.

Do we have any Chuck Palahnik fans in the house? (If you don't know his fiction books areFight Club, Lullaby, Haunted, Choke, Diary, Invisable Monsters and Survivor.)

I absolutely worship this man, and I'm hoping that other members on theotaku.com also love him. =D

And, not to sound like a consumer whore commercial, if you haven't read his books, I highly, HIGHLY suggest you do. (Although, I will say, take caution. His books often tread into graphic adult nature. A few of his stories have made me a bit sick...and I loved every minute of it!)

Ahhh, now that I'm done with that....

How are you all today? Good, okay, jubilant, tired, bored?
Tell me a story.
Anything.
Tell me about the time you were riding your bike down the street and got hit by a man in a Volvo wearing a fishnet stocking on his head.
Tell me about the time you asked out a girl, only to find out that she was your long-lost sister from another lifetime.
Tell me about the time you were really bored and you stayed up all night, on the computer, looking at things on Google images, only to fall asleep on the keyboard and wake up the next morning with the imprints of it on your forehead.

Anything!
And don't say you have no story to tell, because we all do.

   Come on, bring it!
My friends are back from Europe!
And judging by the bee-yoo-tiful photos they took and the stories they tell me, Italy and France were both amazing places.
They met some friends in Italy, too, especially their tour guide who was a young, spunky DJ with deadlocks. =B

Snakes on a Plane opens up tomorrow. Hahaha. My friend Ricky is dragging me to see it with his girlfriend. :p That should be errr--interesting?

I feel like changing my avatar...hmmmm...

Question for you kids!
What is currently you favorite song? Not your favorite song of all time, but what this week have you been playing over and over and over?

For me it's Say Anything "Admit It!". Hah, and Cobra Starship "Snakes on a Plane", but that is ENTIRLEY Ricky's fault! I swear.

Oh, I have a greatestjournal. Well, I've had it for a while, actually
If any of you want to add me my name is 3studentsremain.

Hurrah!

I fought the law...and well, guess who won.
There really isn't much to say on my end, except the new layout of DeviantArt is quite confusing.
That and I really need to get scanning and drawing some more.
Look up slacker in the dictionary, and you'll get a picture of me, doing all my work at four the morning, a cup of coffee in one hand and an espresso in the other. :P

I haven't posted music in a while, so here you go.

I looove this song. It plays at the end of Fight Club, thus multiplying it's cool points by...a lot.

And this song by Underworld which was in Trainspotting. (GREAT movie. I just recently bought the book. Haven't started it yet, because I'm finishing up Diary by Chuck Palahniuk.)

Anyway...
That's really it. Today is a boring update. I could tell you about the neverending quest for Morgan's blue hairdye, but really, that's just, "We drove, and drove, and drove. And drove. And drove some more. And then we got it. And drove home."
=D

I think Stephanie and Deirdre come home from Europe today. At least that's what Steph's mom said. (Even though Dee told me they were coming home on the 12th, but whatever.) Hopefully, they don't come home very late, because I really want to see them!

Deliver me from Swedish furniture. Deliver me from clever art.
Hey kids! Have any of you seen Fight Club?

If not, then get cracking to your local Blockbuster and watch it. It's my favorite book, and usually I hate book to movie adaptations. *coughcoughHARRYPOTTERcoughcough* So I was weary about a movie, although it places VERY high on the IMDB list, and seems to be a fan favorite. Sooo, I caved. I went to Best Buy and I bought it. (Along with Cube. Which, was really good. Totally low budget, but awesome. It upsets me, because I don't know anyone else who has heard of it. Bah.)

And the movie was delicious.
H'okay.

Pik-ture time, because I said so Mister.

Run, run. It's a'me. I don't know if I'm winking, or if I have something in my eye. Random car picture taken, there's always one of those laying around, right?

Random shite-tastic banner I made that graces my myspace. (Myspace is evil. SRSLY. I really don't even know why I have one.) Ah, Fight Club love!

Thought this was cute. Tohru should become a therapist. She pratically is one already.

Ahhh! Random searing pain in my wrist from typing way too much all day. Gah. This is what happens, kiddos, when you waste your entire day on the INTARWEBS. Curses.
But before I go, it's willy nilly question time, for abso-lutely no reason.

Q: Are you doing anything special this weekend?

As for me, not at all. I was thinking of seeing The Descent, because it looks freaky as anything. (And, no, the fact that it will have a trailer for Saw 3 has no influence on my decision. Hahah, of course not..... *glance glance* T_T Okay, yeah, it kind of does.)

Crispy M&Ms was such a gimmick.
What is this nonsense? Updating twice in ONE DAY? Psssh, I should be burnt at the stake.

But I am.
And thankfully no one around has matches, or a stake for that matter.

I'm making a Saw shirt, thought I should let the world know. Gonna be FAB-U-LOUS. (And, of course, I am saving it for that wonderful late October night for the premiere of Saw the THIRD. Chitter-mrrr-yay!)

Chhh-yah, my AFI concert shirt is wonderful. I wanted the one with Adam's face, but I didn't have enough and who wants to carry two shirts around that sweaty place we call Roseland Ballroom? Not I, not I indeed. (I'll Ebay it...)

You've been totally Bzoink*d

If you are on Bzoink, send me a message...thing. I'm SAW. Such a simple name, things like this help me remember.

And because no one answers these and I don't expect them to, here's another question simply to amuse me and make me feel like I have a fanbase out there--somewhere. ;p

Q: Mittens or gloves, kiddo?
Obviously the answer should be gloves. Because mittens are the most impratical invention. Ever. Ever ever ever ever. Aside from the solar powered flashlight. But even that could be used to bludgeon someone. A mitten cannot.

   I said a'root-a-toot-toot.
Ello ello children of the world.
Yeah, I did come back Thursday but I took a little break from the net. Mostly because my Grandfather is in the hospital, so I visited him and took some well-deserved time to reflect.

However--
I am in quite the silly mood right now and I think it's PICTURE TIME!

If you haven't seen it, this is the new Saw 3 poster...
*teary eyes* It's...sniff...it's beautiful!
Or as beatuiful as three ripped out teeth can get. I'm currently making a saw shirt, already got the stencil but I realized that I am out of red fabric paint! *facepalm* So, I need to get another bottle at Ragshop. This should be fun.

Heh, this is the funniest picture ever. It seems that a bit of Leigh Whannell's work has followed him home. Hmmmmm...

I remember first watching the movie, before the infamous Toilet Scene and saying, "Wow. A heart on a toilet. How random is that? You know the guy who put them there's messed up, he draws hearts on toilets."
Little did I know what was to come. *creepy music* BUM BUM BUM.

Yes.
That is a shower curtain.
Hunter's face is attacking Asia.

Jade is way too happy to get his junk food. Awright kids, how many seconds do you think it took him to devour those Pringles? My guess is 20.

Have you ever seen Trainspotting? I saw it recently, (finally) and honestly, it was pretty dang cool. (The movie was based on a book, which now I definetley want to read.) It's real gritty though, but that's to be expected since it is about heroin. What do you expect? :p Movies like that always make me glad that I'm Straight Edge, so I won't have to worry about these things.

Also, Fight Club is a VERY good book. I haven't seen the movie yet, because I live underneath a rock. (And it is very cozy under this rock, I assure you. Nice and warm.) But, my god, the book, I just adored it. Tomorrow, I'm probably going to Best Buy and snagging a copy of the movie. If it retains even a portion of the book's greatness, it'll be worth it.
I hear that after the movie hit it big, a whole bunch of people tried to change their name to Tyler Durden. My friend told me a story than when he was in an airport, over the intercom they announced "Will Tyler Durden please pick up the white courtesy phone." Obviously, I didn't get the joke, because I had no clue who Mr. Tyler was, or the significance of it. Course, now I think that's really funny and I wish I was there to hear it. =D

I feel like making a Piczo site, because boredom is a snap-snap-snapping at my ankles.

So, before I hop off, question for ye.
I'm not feeling very creative, so here's a boring one.

Q: What's your favorite book?

I'd list all mine, but we'd be here all day. XD But currently I am reading Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk. (who wrote Fight Club! Yay!) I do recommend it so far, but it is NOT for the weak of heart. At all. But I love it, even though one chapter made me feel a little ill. (For those that read it, you should know what I mean. It involves a pool and intestines. GA-BLARGH!)

And, I'm out like Shout.
Probably due back soon, because this is what happens when I get bored, and kicking the wall starts hurting my footsies.
