self-challenge!!
I'm taking on a self challenge, draw all the girls from negima in the order they appear on the class list!!!!
that's 31 drawings, folks, and i'm doing it because i need to get motivated to get more ddrawings up. Don't get me wrong, i'll probably do other drawings during that time too, in fact i might now get any drawings up for a while....because guess what we just got in the mail? Photoshop!!!! well, the 30-day trial. I'm going to be experimenting around with it a lot
so, pretty much that's all i have to say.

Well, not much to say
We went to my little cousin's 9 year birthday party, she's a lot of fun, even though her little sister is very annoying. It was a long party but we played a lot of games and half the family was over.
nothing happened yesterday, i just role-played and read.
But guesss what i just realized?.....I have to read THREE freakin books before school gets in! Why did i leave it to the last month TT___TT

How NOT to sneak into the brotherhood's secret hideout:
1) "Excuse me, i have a large pepperoni pizza for a Mr. Magneto. It's prepaid, so i think i'll just deliver it to him"
2) "Hello, I'm a reporter for villians weekly, is Magneto there? I need an interview with him, he's on the top ten list"

phew
Now i actually have the time and motivation to talk about the trip. Well, first things first, we went by car. Which meant 8 hours of driving/being bored. I managed to entertain myself for an hour or so with the Learn Japanese CDs i checked out from the library the day before. And well, i know a little bit more Japanese, i can ask for directions ^-^'
When we got there, we checking into the Palmer House Hilton hotel (Me: Ugh, Hilton) and that place had an unhealthy obsession with peacocks. Everything was a peacock! We had brought the laptop along, but all it ended up being good for was playing Chicken's Revenge on because the hotel charged for internet service grrrrr
The first day my dad had to go off to the convention thingy so me, my sis and my mom walked down to the observatory and saw a show on black holes. That night we went to the Venetian Nights boat parade, we didn't even know it was that night until we saw these people setting up a ton of garbage cans by the lakeshore and we asked what was going on. They had fireworks too.
The next night we saw a Chicago Cubs baseball game against......aw come on, don't tell me i forgot who they played already. Either way they lost though.
We went walking down a shopping district called the Golden Coast or the magnificent mile. WE didn't find a thing there because; One: They didn't have any good stores. and Two:Everything was uber-expensive.
But we did see the musical Wicked. It was really great, one of my favorite things was the ddragon above the stage. The whole play its head was turned to it looked like it was looking right at me, it kind of started to freak me out after a while.
We toured two colleges while we were there, Northwestern and Valpraiso (also known as Valpo) Northwestern looked like a nice school, but it's majorly selective. something like 22000 people apply each year and 2000 some get in. I didn't like Valpo very much, probably for the reasons that its name sounds like a dog food and it's a thirty minute drive from Gary, Indiana. WE drove through there to get to Valpo.
And then we drove back. wheeeee,
and according to my mom my waffles are getting cold, so i'll end this post here

heads up
i'm really sorry if i couldn't get to your site yesterday and won't be able to today. Yesterday was out last day with Dong and i wanted to spend a lot of time with him before he has to go back to China. I'll talk more about that later
And today I have to pack, i'll be gone until august 1st to Chicago. Why did my parents have to plan us being away every other week?

I'm back!!!
Well, i'm back from the Girl Scout Jaboree, it was kind of fun, but not wholly what I expected. My sister's troop went to the one three years ago and said it was awesome, but this year just didn't measure up. The rotations were boring and taught by people who didn't have the slightest clue what they were doing. On my first rotation, photography, me and Carol-Ann (A person from Canada that i met) decided to ditch halfway through, we retreated back to my dorm to play cards. Later, my mom gave my troop permission to ditch classes if they were really bad.
But there were a lot of fun things there too. I went on a full-day outtrip to take an Amish tour and see Niagara cave. It was a two hour bus ride down there, but it was worth it. At an Amish store i got a handwoven basket, chocolatechip cookies, and rock candy. And boy, do those Amish know how to make cookies X3
Since the Harry Potter book was coming out saturday they had a party on Friday night and it was really fun. I had gotten creative at th craft tent that afternoon and made myself a Ravenclaw badge and scarf. It was fun to see all the interesting costumes including thre girls who were in togas made out of their bedsheets claiming that they were snowy owls XD
Speaking of the new HP book, i started reading it the minute we got back. It's tough to get your hands on it in my house, seeing as we have four people who are all wanting to read it at the same time. I've found out that if i'm reading it and i have to go to the bathroom or do something quickly, i hav to take the book with me or i'll come back and someone else will be reading it. I'm waiting for my lunch to bo out of the microwave right now and i'm typing with the book balenced on my head, i've been reading it all morning and i'm about halfway through.
I don't know if i've already mentioned this, but Eden Prairie is a doing an exchange program with this city in China where they come over here and do this program at the highschool. and they need host families to stay with while their here, and one of them is staying with us. His name is Chen Dong and it was his first time on a plane or even out of China. He speaks really good english but occasionally he has some trouble with words. And I told him he can just call me Em since the "ly" in my name is hard for him to say.
Going back to the jamboree subject, i didn't meet anyone from the otaku there, (well, Middy doesn't count since I already knew her from school) but i met someone on deviantart. Her username is Hotalaska. She's from Alaska X3
My macaroni is done!

My favorite person is Fei Ku, in case you can't tell from the chatbox, icon, and picture. She's also known as Baka Yellow of the Mighty Morphing Baka Rangers!!!
Speaking of Negima, yesterday I went to the lake and then shopping with my sister and her friend Christine. I went to Hot Topic and got HIM's Razorblade Romance CD. I also went to Barnes and Noble and got Negima volume 2 and Vampire Game volume 4.
One more thing, i'm leaving tomorrow afternoon at about one o clock for the Girl Scout Jamboree. I'll be gone until the 22nd.

Wow, it's been a while since my last post. who woulda thunk it?
And i'm super bored in case you can't tell, so i'll just go off talking
I'm getting frustrated trying to beat the elite four on my pokemon game, i always get so close!!!
I have a couple of pictue that i would like to get up, though i'm not sure how soon i'll be able to post them. I went to Middy's birthday party, but you've already heard about that from Caz, so i won't take up your time talking about it here.
Middy got me hooked on H.I.M, i absolutly love them right now!!!

just a little update, not much to say
Well, I have yet another episode of "the adventures of my sister and her boyfriend" to relay. Yesterday Ryan came over and stayed for dinner, but that' not the good part. After dinner, they got the canoe down and decided to paddle around the pond in our back yard. It's a small pond. They got dressed up as pirates, raided the pantry for cookies and saltwater taffy and paddled around the pond. I was just watching them and laughing my guts out. It' pretty hard to believe that Ryan's graduated from highschool and my sister will be a senior.
They also decided to make yet another fort in the basement, they didn't have to hold it up with their feet this time.

The other news is that I created a forum, an rp forum for werewolves and vampires and the such. this is the address, but i'm not really announcing it "officially" open until the 22nd. I have a lot more to do with layout crap. if any of you could help me with it, it'd be much appreciated.
