With my rice I like to have some cow, cow, cow. It taste so very good I don't know how, how, how. It's my favorite form of chow, chow, chow. Ummm, Ummm eat now.

Yeah I had beef rice for lunch so I thought that I would put some singing up today and treat you all to that, which is ultimate muscle.
