Well, here's the first chapter of my story which has vampires, demons, and maybe some ramen
~Bordello of Blood~

Chpt 1. "The Body"

The wind swept a few leaves across the barren streets of old England. Not a soul was to be found...if they had souls. A large group of vampires had gathered in the center of the road.

Most were men, but one or two were women. Shockingly enough, the women looked more vicious than the men did. They had a few torches lit and held high on large, wooden pegs.

"I can't take it any longer!" one women shouted.

"Well, then lets' get it over with already." one man replied sarcastically.

"I would advise you not to do that...” an eerie voice said from the distance.

They all looked and one shouted,
"Lestat? Is that you? Blimey, we haven't seen you in years!"

"Well, I've been busy as usual. What are you twits doing on the streets anyway?"

"We caught us some fresh prey, we did!" a woman shouted.

Lestat walked over to them and motioned them to part way for him.

He grabbed one of the torches and kneeled down. The reason the vampires were huddled in a closed circle was because of a young man, around 27 years of age. Lestat stood up and looked at them.

"You should all be ashamed of yourselves! Feeding off of the life of innocents! You know that the Covenant forbade any such thing!" he bellowed furiously.

"We had no choice, Lestat! All that is left for us to eat is mice, and a rat if we're lucky. Times have changed, and the livestocks are decreasing rapidly due to all the Timber wolves in that there forest." desperately explained and short, stout vampire.

"Oh, really?" Lestat asked mockingly.

He quickly grabbed one of the torches and shoved the pointed end of the peg straight into the chest of the vampire. All that was left of him was a pile of dust, soon blown away by the night winds.

"Now, I wisely advise all of you that you go and find some mice...or would you rather face the same consequences as this fellow by my ankles?"

They all knew that when Lestat made a threat, he was sure to enforce it. Immediately, they all moved further away from the body.

Lestat calmly went to the young man's body, threw him over his shoulder, and walked off into the distance of the night.

"Where are you going with that?" a woman rudely asked.

"I advise you that you shan't ask questions in that tone towards me." Lestat told her.

The winds soon blew out the torches that lit the cobble-stoned roads, and left the group in total darkness. It worried them, because Lestat was best at hunting in the pitch-blackness of night.

And Lestat would even demolish his own kind...just for the thrill of the kill.
