Mood: Sleepy, as usual...; Listening to: "Ghost in the Shell: SAC" OST

Hey guys. Sleepy this morning as you can see. I slept really good last night yet I'm still tired this morning. *yawns* Well, I'm usually awake by the time I get to class so its ok.

Other than that, I'm doing pretty good. I haven't had time to put up a new theme for this month yet. Since I've been pretty busy with school work I totally forgot about that. I'll probably have something sometime next week after finals. ^^

Sunday, May 7th is my dad's birthday! :D Though, I'm still not sure what to get him. ^^;;; I'm bad with presents. I hate just giving people (especially family) just card so I have to think of something to buy him. Hmm...maybe me and my mom can go shopping this weekend for something. ^^ I also need to figure out what to get my mom for mother's day. She's even harder to shop for cuz she never even hints at what she wants. >< I can't ask her what she wants cuz that'll just ruin the whole 'surprise element' now wouldn't it? :P Oh well, I'll think of something. ^^

Today, I gotta work on that self-portrait. I still don't know what to do with the bg! Maybe my instructor or my classmates will help. I'll think of something today. I have to since its due Thursday! ^^ The group presentation yesterday went pretty well. Ours wasn't nearly as interesting as the group that went before us. I forget what their subject was exactly but in it, they brought up the Gay Marriage issue. That got the class worked up even though it like most were against it. -_- But it was still a pretty good discussion, though. I could type alot of stuff about that right now but I don't wanna offend anyone who may be against it. I easily get worked up on this subject so I'll stop before I start to get worked up. ^^;; Anyways, as I said our group did well. I hate speaking in front of people but it still went okay. ^^ I think we got a good grade. ^^ There will be more presentations tomorrow and we have to be there. Hopefully, at least one of the groups will be interesting like the one from yesterday. ^^

I checked my MySpace bulletins yesterday and it seems that my friend, Bunny's car is dead. She was planning to come home to Texas (she's in Missouri, in case I never mentioned that) on Friday. I hope she finds a way home soon. We're planning to do something together once I'm out of school. I miss her alot. TT.TT I'll keep checking the bulletins and her blog to check up on her. ^^

Wheee!! I'm back....sort of...
Hey guys! Things are sort of winding down around here. This week is the last week before finals next week. I'm still somewhat busy so updating every day like usual isn'ta guarantee just yet. But I just could not stay away from you guys! *huggles all* *gives you all some cookies*

Before I update you guys on what's been happening the past couple of weeks,I wanna thank those who left comments on my last post. They were all very nice and supportive. I know I wasn't very detailed in what the problem here on TheOtaku was, but its just something that comes and goes every now and then. It hasn't been solved yet but its not effecting me at the moment unlike the time I posted. Again, thanx to those who left comments. Also, thanx to those who talked to me in Yahoo (you know who you are ^^). You guys know how to cheer me up when I'm down and stressed. ^^ I love you all.

I did visit a few people's sites a few times while on my 'break'. If I missed anything plz let me know. ^^; I would go back and read the archives but I've been gone for two weeks and there's alot of people's posts that I didn't get to read so that's alot of posts to catch up on and I just don't have alot of time at the moment. *gasps for air* Wow, that was a long sentence! lol Anyways, if you could give me any updates, that would be great and it would make it so much easier on me! ^^

Anyways, as you guys know I've been pretty busy with hw. I have another test on Thursday for history that I've been studying for! ><,,, I had a group project due today in Sociology. Our group did our project on Bush's Approval Rating. Our final draft of the Death Penalty essay was due last week and we got our graede for it today. I did good!! I haven't looked at the comments my instructor left yet but my grade is pretty good. ^^ We're working on our final projects in Art class. For those we have to do a self-portrait. >< This one hates even having her picture taken so its pretty bad that I have to draw myself! >< Oh well, got no choice. -_- I started on a practice pic on thursday. I had a cool idea to draw on black paper with white and gray (different shades) art pastels. Not like drawing the shadows like we normally do but drawing the highlights so that it doesn't look inverted or anything like that. And we have to put at least one color in the pic so I just put some brown in the eyes (cuz I have brown eyes, duh! :P). It actually came out really good for a practice drawing. I had to bring it home to show my mom (lol I act like such a little kid, sometimes). She liked it. ^^ Oh yea, my teacher liked it too. She said it looked scary but still liked it. ^^;;; I think she said it looks scary b/c it was dark and I have a serious look on my face (yea, I know. Me serious? That's just crazy! :P). Yea, only thing now is to figure out what to do with the background. Our instructor said we can do anything we want. But I can't think of anything creative to put in there. This is due on Thursday so I have to come up with something quick! BTW, I may scan part of that pic and use it as my profile pic. Probably the eyes since I think that part came out the the best. I just haven't found the time do so. ^^;;;

Anyways, this week will be pretty busy too just not as much as before. As I mentioned before, I have a History test on thursday that I need to study for (plus the final next week). I've got a quiz in English on a short story. Next week is the final but its gonna be pretty easy so not too much studying there. I'll be working on that self-portrait and the critique for that will be our 'final'. I've also gotta finish this take-home test in Sociology that I haven't had a chance to start on yet, plus study for the exam. Yea, that's alot to keep up with but I'm sure I can manage. I just need to organize my time well and not slack off like I usually do toward the end of the semester.

Dude, I just realized that I've typed alot here so I think I'll give you guys a break from reading this. ^^ I'll finish updating you guys next time (hopefully soon ^^;;). I'll see you guys when I have another chance to update! ^^//

   Hi all. I know this post is much shorter than usual but nothing really good to talk about. Mostly, I would just like to say that I'm gonna leave MyO for a little while. There's just too much going on right now that I can't handle. I just think I need to be left alone for awhile. A few things have been on my mind lately and its really gotten me down. Plus, there's something going on here on MyO that I really don't want to deal with right now just cuz I already have my hands full with my problems. Some of you may or may not know what it is. If you don't then don't worry, it doesn't involve you. But either way, I'm already stressed enough as it is so I just can't be here for awhile. I don't know when I'll be back. It'll probably be awhile.

I'll miss you guys...

Mood: ^^ ; Listening to: "Taking Over" by Evanescence

*sigh* Another week where Ace almost went home but of course he didn't. TT.TT Why does he keep staying!? I didn't want Bucky to leave. He's usually pretty good. Both he and Elliot were good, so I was pretty much expecting them to be safe when they were in the bottom 3 along with Ace. (Can you tell I don't like Ace at all? ^^;;). My aunt liked Bucky, at least that's what my grandma told us. lol Yea, my grandma came over last night. I guess just to visit or whatever. She stayed for dinner (which I cooked, btw with the help from my dad since I kinda didn't know what I was doing. ^^;;;) and we watched AI. I thought it was kinda cool that they had their parents on there. I know I woulda been bawling my eyes out if I was on there (I'm so emotional, aren't I?). Lol, that whole thing with Kelly and her "snot-rag" was pretty funny! Ryan was just like 'WTF!?' when she tried to give it to him. :D He kinda asked for it if you ask me. :P There were some other funny moments, like when he couldn't tell what Bucky said when he asked him what he missed the most. Lol, if you saw it last night, then you know what I'm talkin' about. I think I've spent too much time talkin' about AI for one post. ^^;;;;

Got art class today. Lol, it was kinda funny on tuesday cuz almost nobody showed up for class!! There were like, only 8 (out of 20-something) people in class that day. The teacher was like, "Where is everybody? This is so weird!". We had to do group drawings too so there were only two groups instead of...however many we were supposed to have. ^^ Lol, I got stuck with those 2 guys that I told you guys about before. If you don't remember or missed that post, their the class clowns that said that I 'needed more ducks' in one of my drawings. Yea, I was in group with them along with this other girl who I had a class with last semester so we're kinda friends already. I'm not sure what we're doing today. I guess it'll depend on whether students actually show up today or not. ^^;;

I redid my Xanga yesterday. It used to be FMA-themed but now its Kingdom Hearts 2-themed! ^___^ I like how it turned out. If you're curious to see what it looks like, click here. ^^ Hope you like. Unlike my MyO site, I randomly change the theme on my Xanga whenever I feel like it and to whatever theme I feel like making it. ^^ (in case you haven't noticed, I change my theme here monthly. ^^)

Hi! ^^/

AI was good last night! A few people actually surprised me. ^^;; Kelly was actually better than I thought she would be. Katharine sucked. She pretty much just yelled through the whole song (I hate singers who do that!). Chris was good, as usual. ^^ Tonight AI's gonna be on for an hour. They continue the 'Queen' theme, so they'll drag the show on by singing more Queen songs. Don't know if they'll do anything else before getting to the results. I actually voted last night. lol ^^;; Wo do I want to leave? Either Ace or Katharine (am I even spelling her name right? 0o). Its hard to choose which one I want to leave since I don't like either one of them. But my predictions are usually wrong so we'll just have to see.

I have another short story essay due today. I think I did an ok job on it. I think I coulda done better but I wasn't sure what else to write about it. The final draft is due next week so I'll time to think of something. Maybe read it again and get some more ideas. ^^ Its actually a good story so I don't mind having to read it again. ^^

My friend Bunny is doing much better now! I don't know the details but she and Rusty talked and everything's fine now. She called me last night to see when I get out of school so we could hang out when she comes back to Dallas(she's in Missouri). She gets out a week after I do, so we'll definitely get to hang out. ^__^ As for Rusty, I don't really trust him as much as I did before but I'm hoping that he learned his lesson and will at least try to be more responsible than he was before.

Our History teacher canceled tomorrow's class cuz he thinks that we're gonna need as much time to study as we can possibly get. That's good cuz, as he said, I'm gonna need as much study time as I can get! ^^ That's means a probably won't get any drawing done. ><,, Yea, there's gonna be alot of tests coming up, so there won't be alot of time for drawing (or KH2! TT.TT). I'll play KH2 tomorrow after school though since I don't have to work tomorrow. ^^ I usually do but not this week. Next week will be back to normal. ^^ But anyways, since I have about a month left of school, there's gonna be alot of tests (including final exams) and projects that I'll be working on. So if I'm ever in a crappy mood within the new few weeks, you'll know that I'm just stressed out. (I should probably tell my mom that, too since she the one who has to live with my ever-changing moods! ^^;;;)

Hi!! ^^/

So I took the test yesterday. I hope I did good. ^^

I didn't get to play KH2 yesterday since Nick wanted to play. I told him not to get too far into the game cuz I don't want him to get past me. :P So he's at the part where I am now. So now he has to wait til I play again before he can. :P I don't like my brothers getting farther than me in a video game when its my game. If its theirs, than I don't care. But if its mine, they can't go past me. No, I'm not doing that to mean to them or anything, I just don't like it. I don't why, I just don't. ^^;;

Tonight is AI. As I said last week, their theme this week is Queen songs. XD Can't wait to see it since I'm a huge fan of Queen! XD

I studied a little bit for my History test next week. It was supposed to be today but our teacher changed it to next week. So, I have a week to study. When I wasn't studying, I drew a little more of a pic I've been working on at school. Not 'at school' as in my Art class but 'at school' when I had nothing else to do (waiting on the bus, etc.). Its coming along nicely, I think. I'm not gonna say what it is yet. At least not until its almost done, since it might take awhile to get it finished. Don't worry I haven't forgotten about my cowgirl-elf drawing! Its just that I try to get my other ideas started before I forget them. I wanted to finish it during Spring Break but that obviously didn't happen. -_-' Plus, I'm trying to figure out how to color one part. I haven't figured it out yet and that's the only thing left that I need to do before I'm ready to submit it. I'll try to get around to it when I can. Sorry if I'm taking too long on it. ^^;;;

Anywho, I've about 10 more minutes til class so I'll go now. ^^ See you tomorrow!! ^^//

   Kingdom Hearts 2!!! XD

Hi!! ^^/

As you already know, I couldn't update this past weekend due to hw and studying...mostly. ^^;;; I did get to some sites but not all. (Sorry if I missed yours). Well, even though I spent most of my weekend doing school stuff, I did get to some fun stuff, too. ^^

Let's see on Friday, my dad had the day off from work so for lunch we went out to eat at Cici's Pizza. My mom hates eating there so we usually don't go there unless we could go without her...like on Friday since she was at work. After eating there we had like 45 minutes til we had to pick up Nick from shcool, so we went over to Best Buy which was right next door. I walked around around a bit looking at the video games! I wanted to buy Kingdom Hearts 2 but wasn't sure at the time. I looked at the computers. All they had were Compaq's, HPs, and Gateways (AKA crappy puters! ><). I glanced over there anime section. They had some good anime dvd's and sets but were way too pricey! (No surprise there!) Then we left to go pick up Nick. On our way home we always drive by Game Crazy which is within walking distance from our house so Nick just randomly suggested that we (me and him) go hang out in there. I wasn't sure why he wanted to but I decided that it would probably be fun. ^^;; Good thing we did go cuz I did end up buying KH2! XD WHen I bought it, the guy was like, "You're gonna need this." and put down the Strategy Guide for it (whoch, btw, is as big a my Sociology textbook! 0o). I was like, "Uhhh....O..kay". I knew I wouldn't use it but Nick's into getting strategy guides for the games that he has. I like to get through games w/o one if I can. So, in other words, the strategy uide was more for Nick than for me. It was only $13 at Game Crazy (they were having a sale on Strategy Guides).

But anyways, after that we walked home while talking about totally random crap that would only make sense to us! Lol. I had to get started on my hw so I didn't get to play it that day but I did get to play on Saturday. ^^ It is so much FUN!!! XD Nick watched me play through most of it. After I was done for the day, he played for a bit. He skipped all the cut-scenes so he got through most of the first part of the game faster than I did (I watched all the cutscenes ^^). I played a bit yesterday too. Right now I'm in Olympus Colisseum (sp?). I think that's the name of it. Its the level with Hercules. ^^ I finished my hw last night so don't worry. I didn't get too distracted by the video game. ^^ But, yea. I'll play again on Friday since that's my day off from both school and work. Today's my day off from work, too but I have more studying to do tonight for that History test next week. ><

I've got a Sociology test today at 11am. My teacher's not gonna here though so we have to take it in the Testing Center. After that, I'll be heading home. Our teacher said this one is easier than the last one. The last one he intentionally made it harder for us so he was easy on us on the grading. ^^ But either way, wish me luck. ^^

Hi! How are you guys?

Surprisingly, Mandesa was the one who left last night on AI. I was hoping it would be Elliot instead of her but that didn't happen. Her family didn't look too happy. ^^;; Well, I hope for the best for her. She's very talented so I'm sure she'll do well. ^^ As for next week, their theme is gonna be Queen songs! XD I was very happy when they said that cuz I'm a HUGE fan of Queen. In case you don't know, Queen is an 80s (early 90s) rock band. I grew up listening to them so I'm very happy that AI doing a theme on them. ^^ Though, I'm kinda worried that that blonde chick's gonna kill the songs she sings (can you tell I don't like her? :P).

I've got Sociology test on Monday so I'll be studying this weekend. I've also got some reading to do for my English class so I probably won't be online much. I'll try to be, but if I'm not then you know why. :P I've got another History test in less than 2 weeks so I gotta study for that too. The teacher said that this one will be a little easier than the last one so most (if not all) of us should make a higher grade on it. I sure hope so. I'm gonna study this weekend as well as next weekend for it. Yep, its gonna be pretty busy the next few weeks. ^^;;;

I don't really have an update on my friend, Bunny. (Plz read last post if you haven't already) I read one of her blogs on MySpace and she mentions that she'd rather just be left alone right now. I can understand that. I would want to be left alone too if I were in her situation (there's more to the problem but I'd rather not say if I don't have to). I just hope for the best for her. That's all I can do right now.

I've got Art class today. I'm hoping we do something different today cuz I didn't like what we did last time. Actually, it was okay but I didn't like hos my drawing was coming out. >< The drawing that I finished last week came out good. Its hanging in one of the hallways in our school. Mine's is right smack in the middle of everyone else's! Lol.

I get paid tomorrow! Yay! That's good cuz I like, have NO money right now cuz my mom borrowed most of mine. >< She needs to hurry up and pay me back! :P She said she'll pay me back sometime before A-Kon. I hope she keeps her promise this time. -_-'

Mood: ^^ mostly good ; Listening to: "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children" Soundtrack

Hi! ^^/

As I predicted, AI was dull last night. Though I did miss the first three performances,which were Mandesa, Taylor, and Elliot. Most of the performances were slow songs which almost put me to sleep. Actually I think the fast songs were pretty boring too. ^^;;; But as always, the good singers were good and the sucky ones, well, sucked! :P 'House' was really good. I loved when House kept pulling pranks on his new roommate. I can't think of his name now! ><) but at the end, the roommate got him back which cracked me up! XD

I didn't forget my watch today! Yay! ^^ Though,I feel like I did forget something. Damn, I hate that feeling! >< That usually means I did forget something. ><,,, Oh well, I guess I'll find out once I need it, right? -_-.

Anyone remember my friend, Bunny and her fiance Rusty? Well, they've recently broke up and she's feeling very upset and heart-broken about it. I've been reading her MySpace and everything but I'm not really sure what to say to her or how to comfort her. -_- I'm really worried about her but I just don't know what to do to help her. I can't stand seeing her like this. I found all this out yesterday, and its been kinda bothering me since. I wanna help but I don't know if there's anything I can do...

Hi! How are you guys?

I left my watch at home today! >< I'm gonna be totally lost aren't I? Hopefully not. ^^;; Oh wait, I have my cell phone. That'll tell me the time! I'm still not quite used to having it. I keep forgeting I have it. ^^;; Hey, I've only been using it since yesterday! :P

Anyways, my cousin caled again last night. This time she wanted to borrow some of my 'How to Draw Manga' books for a project she's working on. I told her yes, although I did have to think about it. ^^ I'm a little iffy about lending my stuff out, especially anything that's anime/manga-related. But I told her yes since she sounded like she needed them. Since my mom will be seeing her mom today, I gave a few of the books to my mom to give to her. The ones that I gave her were the "Male Characters" , "Couples" , and the "Bodies and Anatomy" ones. I hope my cousin will find those useful. ^^

Tonight, AI comes on, but they're gonna do my least favorite theme that they do every year and that's the 'country songs' theme! Yea, I don't like country much. There's maybe like 2 or 3 country songs that I can tolerate but for the most part, I dislike it very much. -_- But either way, I'm sure Chris will do great. Hey, if he can rock out when they did 'songs from the 50s', I'm sure he can find a country song to rock out to! ^__^

Oh and about my mom, things are okay now. I cooled down by the time she got home so we're okay now. ^^ See, didn't I say things would ok? :P
