   AMVs, Zombies, & video games!!!

Sorry, no new piccy's. I haven't been drawing lately. I've been reading lots of manga. And when I say lots, I mean LOTS!! 0o

NEways, last weekend, at my cousin's house, we watched so many AMVs!! (anime music video) She dowloaded them from animemusicvideos.org! They have so many awesome ones. My favorite one so far is a Naruto one called 'Ninja of the Night'. It is so freakin' retarded but its so HILARIOUS!! There's another Naruto one I really like that uses the song 'One Jump Ahead' from the Disney movie 'Aladdin'. Now every time I hear that song, I imagine Naruto runing away from the teachers singing the sing instead of Aladdin running from the guards!!! We saw a few from Gravitation , DNAngel, InuYasha, Full Metal Alchemist (Which had some spoilers which I will not tell!! XP But they were really sad spoilers -_-) & some ones that had a mixture of different anime!

Also, while I was there, I got to see the first episode of Naruto!! It was so awesome!!! XD

Then, on Sunday, I went out with my boyfriend! We went to go see Land of the Dead! It was so awesome!! (Of course, its George A. Romero! lol) Very bloody & very gory but its a zombie movie so I expected all that zombie-goodness! ^^ I even saw some things I had never seen in any zombie movie before, including this one zombie that I can't really describe in words but when I saw it I was like, 'Holy shit! That's fucking awesome!!' lol (You'll have to see the movie to know what I'm talkin' about! Haha, even Romero himself popped up as zombie!! He's been popping up alot in recent zombie movies! He was this one, Dawn of the Dead (as the guy on the news that tells the reporter to 'just shoot 'em in the head!'), & Shaun of the Dead (supposedly as a zombie but I haven't seen him, yet! *shrug*). I heard Romero is gonna make a video game based on his zombie movies!! And he promises that it'll be VERY creepy!!! XD I can't wait!!! *jumps up & down*

Oh, guess what? I bought the Castlevania: Symphony of the Night OST!!! Its ALL I've been listening to since I got it!! It came all the way from Hong Kong, but it sure did get here fast! The last thing I brought from Hong Kong was my 'Best of InuYasha Vol. 2' cd & that took weekd to get here! C:SotN only took a week at the most! I was surpprised but I'm not complaining! ^^ I love that cd!! And its the actual versions that you hear on the game which is awesome!! 'Dracula's Castle' is still my favorite song! (You can hear the MIDI version hear on my site if you want! The actual version is alot better but I can't get it on this site! -_-,,) 'Festival of Servants' is pretty awesome, too. My bro's want me to burn them a copy each for them but I don't want to!! Actually I would but I only have 5 more blank disc & I don't wanna use them up just in case I'll need them!

NEways, I'm gonna go now. I still have alot more manga to read! ^^ I borrowed Fruits Basket Vol. 2 through 7 since I haven't read those yet. I've read Volumes 1, 8, & 9. Weird! Well, g2g.

MORE New Art!!
I'm sorry but I am on a DNAngel fan art spree right now. I would do some original anime like I usually do, but I've been doing a few DNAngel pics, instead!! Right now I just posted up another DNAngel fan art! Its both Daisuke & Dark!! XD I really like how this one came out, so I would really appreciate it if ya'll could go take a look at it (& vote & comment!) Next up is 2 more DNAngel pics. (Hope you don't mind). The first one will be Satoshi Hiwatari & the next one will be Dark Mousy!!! XD After that, I'll be back to doing more original characters! ^^

   A-KON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday was the last day for A-Kon!!! Man, I had a blast all three days of it!!! Ok let me tell you ALL about it!! It may be a really long blog, so you may wanna get comfy!

Friday: Well, I was volunteering at A-Kon & I had the morning shift so, I got there at around 7:30 or 7:45 since my shift started at 8. I got to the Kon-Suite. Kon-Suite is where we serve food & beverages to other volunteers (Security, etc.) We got breakfast & coffee ready for them & we let them in the Kon-Suite at 8. They ate & so did we cuz we were HUNGRY!!!! Not much goes on in the Kon-Suite so it wasn't that hard working there. We just basically chill until there was something that needed to be done. I don'y know how much freakin' coffee I drank but, man, I was so hyper by the time my shift ended!! Before I left though, we had to make PB & J sandwiches so there would be lunch ready at 12. We did that & put some other finger foods on the table. God, there was SOOOOO much junk food!! 0o Then there was this little bitty tray of veggies. I was like, wtf? 0o Oh well. I left at 12 & waited outside of Kon-Suite for my cousin, Marissa since I told her to meet me there!! She didn't show up. Can't say I was surprised, so I just left & went downstairs to walk around & maybe find her. Instead, I found Izzy!!! XD I wasn't expecting to see him, there since I never told where to meet me, but I did get to see him so I was happy! ^^ We got to talk a little, then I had to call my mum to get the phone # to my aunt's (Marissa's mom) cell phone. I did, then I called my aunt to find out where the hell she was!! I found out & me & Izzy went to go find her! I did find her but Marissa went off somewhere....until she came up to me & smacked me upside the head!! I still don't know what that was for. My cousin is very abusive!! NEways, it was around 1 or 2 pm & I wanted to go to the voice actor panel so I could see Vic Mignogna!!! Izzy said he couldn't coem with cuz he had to wait for someone to give him some papers or something so he would be able to get into A-Kon w/o having to pay so much $$ just to get in! So I left him with my aunt. XD In case you have no idea who Vic is, he's the voice actor who does the voice of Ed from 'Full Metal Alchenist' & Dark from 'DNAngel'. There were some other voice actors, too, like the girl who does the voice of Winry from 'Full Metal Alchemist'. During the panel, they were asked questions & all that good stuff. Omg, Vic is so freakin' hilarious! He's so hyper!! But after that, there were gonna give autographs on the 2nd floor, so we went downstairs to wait in line & OMG, the line was HUGE!!! Not really surprised, though, but still. We had to wait almost the whole hour to get their autgraphs. I just wanted Vic's but I got all of there's anyway. I wish I had brought something FMA or DNAngel-ish so I could have something with just his autograph. But I didn't, so I got all of them to sign my A-Kon 16 poster. I also took a piccy of him & got a hug from him!! ^^ After that, we went back upstairs to meet up with Izzy. But he wasn't there with my aunt. She told me that she let him borrow her Badge (since we need one to get into pretty much anything during the Kon!) so he could go into the Dealer's Room. I went in there to go look for him but didn't find him. Went back with my aunt, but left again to find him. I found him this time!! XD He had a shit-load of stuff, including an FMA poster (of course! lol). After walking around the Dealer's Room some more, we went back to the table & I showed him the poster I got autographed. He really wished he coulda gone. So did I. Hopefully, Vic will be at the next Anime Convention we go to. He had to leave, though since his mom called him while we were in the Dealer's Room. So, that around 3 or 4. I walked with him to the lobby but had to go back. I'm sorry, but my cousin's friend's were really boring cuz all they wanted to do was sit down the whoole time, so I left to go downstairs to look at other stuff that I could maybe buy on Saturday. (I didn't bring any $$$ that day). I got more free stuff, though so it wasn't bad!! Most of it was posters of anime I've never heard of! But I was like, 'Oh well, maybe I'll end up liking it one day! ^^ I got tired of walkin' around by 6, so I called my mum to come pick me up. She got there at around 6:30 but we had to go to Wal-Mart for groceries & I had to go pick up some pics I had just got developed. (BTW, I'll probably have those up on my next post, so be on the look-out for those!!) But we didn't leave WM til after 9!!! There were like, only 2 lines open & TONS of poeple waiting in line!! It was bad! -_- But we went home & I went to bed...

Saturday: Again, shift started at 8. Same stuff happened, expect that I got a little sick, but I was alot better once I got away from all that food! We have a nice view of the swimming pool & hot tub. Some of the other staff stayed the night, but I didn't so apparently I missed watching a couple getting it on in the hot tub. They were tellin me all about it saturday! Then, later we saw another couple in there. They were just cuddling so no porn for me! lol j/k Interesting story, though: one of the other Kon-Suite staff actually knows the girl down in the hot-tub & she told us that the girl in the hot tub is engaged...but not to the guy she was making out with! O.O Whoa! lol But other than that, nothing really interesting happened. I left Kon-Suite at 12 to go spent some $$$. I brought $100 with me to spend so, guess where I was gonna go. Yep, you guessed it!! To the Dealer's Room, we go!!! XD I bought an InuYasha bag for $32, 3 'Evil Returns' mangas for $15 for all of them, a manga pen for $3(which I sooooooo needed for my drawings! I can NOT wait til I use it!!), a YGO! T-shirt for my bro for $5, a YGO! Collector Mag for $5, an FMA wall Scroll for $12, a 'Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex' OST CD for $12, a ZZ CD for $10 (ZZ is a J-Rock band, who I got to autograph my cd! ^^), & a little money bag thingy for $2. Later, I wen to go watch the Full Metal Fantasy. It was a short film that Vic Mignogna made that features ALL the voice actors from FMA dressed up as the character that they play! The film is about an FMA fanboy (played by Vic) who turns into Ed! Here's how the story goes (anyone who doesn't watch FMA probably won't understand NE of this story!): Fanboy Vic is sitting on the couch watching FMA & imitating Ed's alchemy moves. lol His doorbell rings & there's a package! In the package was a replica of Ed's Watch thingy! He was excited & he went to go finish watching FMA. He ends up falling asleep holding the watch and it starts to glow! He wakes up & goes to the bathroom to wash his face. When he looks in the mirror, he sees that he has Ed's hair!!! He runs out of his house & drives to this large building. He gets into an elevator & the poeple are all like, "Are you ok, little kid?" Then Vic says something very Ed-ish but I don't remember what exactly it was that he said. The elevatort stopped & an old lady turns around & tells Vic, "By the way, that's a very nice jacket!" Vic's like "huh?" (he wasn't wearing a jacket) He looks down & he's wearing the red jacket that Ed always wears! Vic: O.O! He runs to a hospital & tries to see a doctor. But the nurse is like, "Ok, but where's your mother?" Of course, since he's 'Ed' that pisses him off & he starts jumping up & down yelling at the nurse! Its was so funny, it looks EXACTLY how it did in the actual anime!! Then he turns around & sees Envy! That confused the crap outta Vic & he ran outta there! When he was outside, he sees that someone is stealing his car!! Guess who it is! Tsiren!! lol She drives off in his Hummer & Vic starts running trying to find someone to help him. He runs into Alex Armstrong (Chris Sabat)! Then into Lust & Gluttony & sees Scar across the street. Then he accidently bumps his arm on something but it made a strange sound. Vic looks at his arm & pulls up the sleeve of the jacket & to his surprise, his arm is replaced by Ed's automail! Then someone throws a wrench at him & hits him on the head! He looks up & sees Winry (Caitlin Glass) Winry: "Don't you dare pretend there's something wrong with my automail!!!" Vic runs away & starts trying to get a bus to stop but instead gets splashed by water. The FMA sad music starts playing & he starts to get dark & it started to rain. After awhile he runs into Al! Then they run into all the villains that Vic saw throughout the film. Then, Vic remembers himself imitating Ed's moves & decided since he IS Ed now he'll be able to do it! And he does! Just as he was doing his alchemy, he wakes from his dream!! lol He's all like, whoa! 0o The doorbell rings (deja vu, anyone?) & he runs to see who it is & there is the package on his porch! Vic thanks the UPS guy, who is already almost to the truck. Vic goes back in his house & the camera zooms in on the UPS guy's face. And guess who it is? Its Scar! Mwahahahaha!!! lol The end!! ^^ I thought it was pretty awesome! It was so hilarious too!! All through the dream Vic's all like, 'wtf?' ^^ That was pretty much it for that day. I was hoping to run into Vic again so he could sign my FMA wall scroll but I didn't so I tried to get in line for the autograph but people at the back of the line were being rude & telling people that nobody could be in line after them! Bastards!! >.<, But oh well, he'll be there on Sundaym though my wall scroll won't. -_- but I got a free FMA poster so I'll just bring that instead since that'll fit in my new InuYasha bag!! I called home to get my mum to pick me up & I went home to put up everything I bought. I started reading the first 'Evil Returns' manga to see if it was good. I knew I would like it since it was Action/Horror/Fantasy rated OT (16+). Plus the plot was interesting so i knew it would be good. Its about this girl named Yumi who reaches is prophesized to be the bride of The Heavenly Father of Hell. But Heaven also wants her, but Hell seems to be trying harder to get her. So, these two guys, I forget their names, who hate eachother are trying their hardest to protect her from Hell's minions. Its a really good manga, but my summary of it sucks! I also listened to the CD's I got. Those are really good too. The ZZ one is AWESOME!!! I love J-Rock!! ^^ The lead singer is pretty cute! ^_~ NEways, I had to get to bed so wouldn't be so tired in the morning. I had the morning shift again so I had to get up early again on Sunday...

Sunday: Ok, yesterday morning was the same. Wake up, get dressed, go to Kon-Suite, work-chill, leave! OMG, but we were watching A-Kon TV & there was a little 'Commercial' telling us the rules for A-Kon. It had these two guys from Halo talking to eachother & explaining the rules to the audience. Rule #1: No weapons! They were just arguing over what is considered a weapon & shit like that! Rule #2: Take a Bath!! One of the Halo guys is like, "If you refuse to follow rule #2, you may also be in violation of Rule #1, which is the no weapons rule!" Rule #3: No pets! Halo guy: "No cats, No Dogs, No iguanas, & No familiars! A Familiar is just a nerdy way of saying 'pet'." I don't remember all of funny crap they were saying but I know we were all cracking up everytime we watched it! It was awesome! Halo guy: "After you bathe, take a bath. After you take a bath, take a shower. Think of it as Dungeons & Dragons & you have to slay the dragon! You know, LEVEL UP TO CLEANLINESS!!!" lol I left at 12 again I went to go spend the $36 I brought with me. Not much you do with just that but I tried. Plus it was Sunday & everyone was trying to get rid of all there crap so I found alot of discounts & stuff. I shoulda waited til today to spend my money but oh well, we learn from our mistakes! ^^ But I bought 2 more mangas for about $17, an FMA T-shirt for $16, & since I only had $3 I decided to buy another manga pen. ^^ After that, I went to The Voice Actor Cold Reading Challenge, where all the voice actors & some of the fans were given a script & had to play a character from it. LOL Vic had to play a cyclops!! He had SOOOOOO much fun with that!! Vic: "OMG!!!! THERE'S SOMETHING IN MY EYE!!!!!!!!" "OH NO!!! MY CONTACT FELL OUT!!!" lol He was jumpin' around like crazy & shit! It was so funny!! I took pics of it! Near the end, since there was like 30 whole minutes left after they were done, they decided to do Q&A. One asked Vic if she could glomp him. Vic: "Only if you bring that lizard with you!" Everyone looked at the girl & she was holding a tiny iguana! So she took the ignuana up there & the actors were petting it & stuff. The girl went over to Vic to get ready to glomp him! Vic was kinda scared of course. Vic: "Is it ok if I ducked? *laughs*" Then she glomped him & one of her friends took a picture of her on him! Haha, so did I!! ^^ After that, It was time for them to get ready for the Voice Actor Improv so Vic & everyone was giving out autographs to whoever asked for them! So, I brought him the FMA poster I brought & he signed it & I hugged him again! He, of course, complimented me on my FMA shirt which I was wearing! lol That's his favorite anime BTW. lol He even has FUL MTL on his license plate on his car! And he has an exact replica of Ed's watch thing (I forget what its called but I want one too! lol). Then we watched the Improv, which was kinda like that show 'Who's Line Is It Anyway?" I love that show! It was funny! They even did a Ho-Down!!! XD Hilarious!! After the improv, I called my mom to come get me since A-kon was alomost over with & not much was really going on anymore. That was around 4:00. My mom came to get me at around 4:30 & we went home. That was pretty much it . I spent the rest of the day reading Manga & hanging up more anime posters!

Yep, A-Kon was great!! I took tons of pics. Mostly of people cosplaying! I took pics of Vash The Stampede; A drunk Vash the Stampede (from ep. 4); Link & Zelda; Daisuke & Satoshi; Sailor Jupiter; Bakura, Marik, Malik, & Odian; & some other people as well. People were even cosplaying as non-anime characters! I took a picture of a storm trooper & a guy dressed up as Bob from Jay & Silent Bob! He looked just just like him, too!! Kinda scary! But still coo!! I'll have all the A-Kon pics up soon once they are developed.

XP lol
Sup? NM here, just bored. I was sleepy earlier but I drank some coffee & now I'm just freakin' hyper!!!

A-Kon is TOMORROW!!! I'm so excited!!! Its gonna be so wicked-awesome!! In case ya'll don't know what A-Kon is, its an Anime Convention! AWESOME!!! Only thing is, I wanted to cosplay but I didn't have time to make my costume. I wanted to go as Sango from 'InuYasha'. I wanted to wear that kimono & make a Hiraikotsu of my own! That would just be so cool!! But I got too caught up doing other things, that I didn't even have enought time to make it!! Damn!! Oh well, maybe next year's A-Kon. Though, next year maybe I'll be able to go as her in her Demon-Slayer outfit!! That will be my goal!! Maybe I'll take my little bro & he'll go as Kohaku!! lol j/k NO!!

I posted up a new piccy! I didn't use any colors on it, though so its only B&W. But I think it looks cool. It took me awhile to finish it. Check it out when you get a chance! Plz comment & vote, like always!!

   Graduation!
I don't have enough time right now to give you details about gradaution but I will say that I had a blast! It has been a very busy day with the ceremony & then my Graduation Party. I got lots of $$$!! ^^ I'm proabaly gonna blow it all on anime! lol Aww...Izzy got me flowers! I (hopefully) get to see him tomorrow. We're gonna go see Star Wars later on in the week!

But, yeah, its been a busy, busy day & I'm tired & sleepy even though its only 10:05 pm! I never thought I'd say this, but I think I'm gonna skip Adult Swim tonight. Yea, I'm THAT tired!

Oh yea! I finally gave Izzy his B-Day present (even though his B-day isn't til the 30th!)!! He loved it!! I knew he would! ^^

Well, I'm ready to go to sleep now. *yawns* I can't wait to see my Izzy at his graduation party tomorrow! XD
