Hey guys! ^^/

So it snowed and iced today so there were no classes for me today! Yay! My brothers’ school district was opened though (cuz its retarded) but my mom let them stay home anyway. ^^ But my mom went to work though. Not sure how the weather will be tomorrow but we’ll just have to wait and see. ^_^

My dad also came home today. He had been out of town for over a week so it was good see him home again. We (me & the rest of the family) went to see him on Monday but it was only for a short while. He’s home now so we’re all pretty happy. ^^

Oh, my first day of school yesterday went okay. ^^ I only have a Math class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Even though I hate Math, the instructor I have pretty much makes the class easy to pass, so I’m pretty confident that I can pass this class. ^^ I had him before and got an "A", which actually means something cuz I suck at math (especially Algebra! 0o)! What really made my day was that I got a chance to talk to a certain someone….*blushes*....>\\\\\\\\\>.....We didn’t get to talk much but I was happy to talk to him, since we don’t get to talk much. <3

Anyways, I’m gonna go to bed now just in case there is school tomorrow. Laters! ^^/

Hey guys. ^^/

I start school tomorrow! >_< Bah! Although I’m not quite looking forward to it, I’m still gonna do my best to get ready for it. ^^ I just hope this semester goes by smoothly and quickly. ^_^ I’m not taking any art classes this semester (which sucks) but I’ll do my best.

Anyways, on to happier things. I worked a little bit on the drawing that I mentioned last time. It was soooo hard getting the arms and hands just right! But I think I got it now. ^__^ The drawing has 2 characters in it, btw. ^^;; Now I just need to get the hair and clothes right on one of the characters right. ^^; I’ll work on that tomorrow and hopefully get it at least penned. :D That’s the goal, anyway. ^_^

I really don’t have much to talk about right now so I’ll see you guys tomorrow (hopefully ^^;;)

Mood:; Currently playing: Gradius III^__^

Hey guys. How was your weekend? Mine’s was good. My doctor’s appointment went okay. After that, I had to buy some food and bedding for my rat. ^^I also bought him some treats. ^__^ After that, we went to Best Buy so she could get a case for her new digital camera. While we were there I bought a controller since I’ve been playing games on the computer lately and I hate using the keyboard…too confusing. Not only that, but I bought a mic!!! XD So anyone who hasn’t heard me talk yet in Yahoo will be able to. :D Other than that, not much happened (other than I had to work later on T_T). Not much happened today, though. Yep, boring today. Lol

I’m glad you guys liked my new theme! ^___^ I work hard to get everything just right so I’m glad you guys think it looks good. ^_^ I really love the song, btw in case I didn’t mention it last post. ^^;;

I’m working on a new pic! XD I’ll be working on it off and on. Hopefully, I’ll get it done before school starts on the 16th! ^^; I’ll do my best to get it done soon! ^__^

Hi all! ^^//

Sorry I haven't been updating lately. ^^;; I kinda got distracted with other things...>> I'm back now though I'll try to be here more often! ^^;

First off, I've changed my theme. I couldn't keep it all Christmas-y, ya know! If I did, I'd be like those people who take their Xmas decorations down in July!! 0o I mean, I procrastinate, but not that much! ...um...anyways...back on topic...I wanted to make a Link and Zelda theme. I was looking through Link/Zelda fan art over at DA and got the idea for the theme while doing that! ^__^ I'm gonna keep this theme til the end of February b/c of Valentine's Day. Now, I don't celebrate it or anything (in some ways I sort of despise it...>>...let's not get into that though...) but I like to have a "couples" theme during that month. If ya'll remember (at least those who knew me then), I had a Kenshin/Koaru theme. ^^ This year its Zelda/Link...what will be next!? Stay tuned next year...I mean, we'll see next year...*has watched too much TV lately*...

I know its late and all but since I haven't updated since the 21st or something like that, I just wanna say that I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year's! ^__^ My Christmas and New Year's were good. Nothing big happened other than family getting together and stuff like that.

I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow (don't worry its just the eye doctor. :P). I also need to go to PetSmart (or Petco) to get some food for my rat. ^^ Oh yea, I bought him a new cage awhile ago. I got too big for the other one. This new ones alot taller than the last one so he's really liking this one. Hehe, he looks so happy now. ^__^

Man, sorry about my last post. I was not very happy obviously. ^^;; But I'm feeling much better today! ^_^ I went to the dentist last Monday and they did a partial root canal. They couldn't finish it though b/c there was an infection inside so they prescribed some antibiotics and some pain killers. I took the pain killers for a couple of days, but I hated that they made me very tired and dizzy so luckily the pain was gone after those couple of days so I stopped taking them. I went back to the dentist yesterday so they could finish the root canal and they did, so now I just have to wait for the permanent crown (have the temporary on right now. ^_^)

In other news, I submitted my entry for theOtaku's Breast Cancer Awareness Contest! Whew! I finished it just in time (the deadline was today! ^^;;) Plz go look at it and vote and comment, as usual. ^_^ Votes and comments make me very happy! ^__^:

Ugh...of all weeks to feel like crap it had to be the week before finals...-_- It doesn't help that I'm stressed out to the point to where I'm getting major headaches! Also, my tooth is starting to hurt really bad! It started yesterday morning but had been getting worse throughout the day. This also resulted in me not getting much sleep last night. So, obviously I'm not a happy camper right now. (My mom's gonna try to schedule a dentist appointment for sometime next week, btw)

Well, finals are next week. I only have one final to worry about really and that's my history exam. The others are just final critiques for my art classes, both of which I'm ready for.

Not much else going on here. I gotta get ready for school. See you guys later.

OMG! I'm posting on the weekend! What is this world coming to!?!?!?

Lol, yea I'm not sleepy yet so I decided to update. ^_^

Well, I was watching the new music video for the singer, Lennon (I've talked about her before, but some people might not remember or just didn't know me at the time i did, but she's a rock singer and she's one of my favorite artists. ^_^). Anyways, as I was saying, I was watching the video and in some parts of the video, she has black wings and after watching the video I got inspired to draw her with the wings. ^^;;; Well, here's a sketch of what I have so far:


(sorry for the big size, but I don't feel like making a thumbnail right now. :P) I really like how its coming out so far. Yea, there are some errors as far as proportions but I plan on fixing those. ^_^ :D I'm not sure what to put in the background yet. There's 2 scenes in the video that I wanna use but can't decide on which I should use. >< I think I might use the desert scene...I like that one....^_^ If anyone's interested in watching the video, its at the end of this post. (Its a good song, btw. ^_~)

Hey guys, ^_^

Well, this week's been kinda rough...On Friday or Saturday (i forget) I started getting sick. I felt somewhat better on Sunday but got a little worse on Monday. On Tuesday, I literally had to force myself to get out of bed and go to school. I got through the day okay except that I was hardly motivated to do anything in my art class. I did get something done, so I'm not saying that I didn't so anything the whole time. Once I got home, I went straight to bed. I even took the day off from work. Wednesday, I wasn't any better but I still tried to get up and get ready for school. I eventually just realized that it was pointless so I went back to bed (after calling my instructor, of course). I slept til about 1 or 2 in the afternoon (which even after that, I felt tired). But after awhile, I started to feel better. ^___^ I'm still a little sick right now, but I feel alot better, obviously! ^_^

So my classes were canceled today b/c of the weather so I didn't have to go to school today. ^__^ I'm pretty sure I'll have class tomorrow, but I'm kinda hoping there won't be...>>...but I wouldn't hold my breath. :P

Oh, lol. I'm sure you all have noticed my theme-change. ^__^ I realized I haven't used a Love Hina theme and I thought it would be a good theme for Christmas. Of course, I prefer the manga over the anime, but The Christmas Special wasn't that bad, so I didn't mind using pics from the anime. ^__^ Btw, I couldn't find a good bg pic to use for the bg, so I ended up making my own. ^___^ I also submitted into my portfolio, if you wanna download it. ^_~) I even used the song from The Christmas Special, which I just LOVE! Its a really pretty song, whether you've seen the show or not. ^_^ So, even if you've never seen the anime, the theme is pretty cute.....right? ^^;;

Along with the Lova Hina Xmas wallie, I also submitted an FMA wallpaper earlier today. I really like how this one came out. I think I'm getting better with making wallies. ^___^ Plz at least comment on both and tell what you think. ^___^ ....I'll give you cookie...:D

   Just a few more weeks...

Hey guys, ^__^ Thanks for all the birthday wishes last week. They were really nice. And I don't mind if anyone misses my birthday here. Not everyone can be here on the same day so I understand if you weren't able to be here on time. Plus, you know what they: Better late than never, right? ^__^ Hmm...who are "they" anyways? I've always wondered that....

...Anyways, school will be over for this semester in a fwe weeks! Yay! But that's means that these last few weeks left will be pretty busy!! >_< But I'll do my best, as always. ^__^

Oh yea, I hope everyone here had a great Thanksgiving!! Mine's was good. We went to my aunt's house this year. There were alot of people there, including relatives I hadn't seen in years! My brother Chris and his girlfriend was there too. ^__^ Oh and the food was great, too. My mom made cheesecake for the occasion and I think I ate more of cheesecake than anyone else...>_>. Don't worry, I made sure everyone else had a slice already. I'm not stingy! :P My aunt brought a sugar-free apple pie, though I didn't know it was sugar-free until after I ate it! For something that was sugar-free, it sure tasted really good!! XD So, I had a great time on Thanksgiving. I love being able to spend time with family like that. ^____^ I can't wait til Christmas! ^_^ In the meantime, I have to shop for Christmas presents for my family. ^___^ Oh, sometime this weekend, I'm gonna put up my Christmas theme. ^_^ I already know what anime and song I'm gonna use, so it won't take me too long to have it up! ^_^

Anyways, its late and I have school tomorrow (or today if you're reading this on Monday. lol) Laters! ^^//

20 years later...

I loved both cards. And even though ya'll didn't have to make those, you did anyway, so thank you guys for sending those to me! ^____^

As for the weekend, it was okay. Yesterday, my parents invited family over to celebrate my birthday. Both of my grandmothers came, as well as my brother Chris and his girlfriend Rachel and her daughter Ciara. Hehe, Ciara is just so adorable! XD My little cousin Matthew came with my grandmother. Hmm...I think that was it...*thinks*...yea, that was it! XD Anyways, we ate Turkey w/ gravy, mac and cheese, stuffing, and vegetables (though I didn't eat those cuz they were the frozen kind and those always taste funny to me. ^^; ). Then, we ate cake! I was a 2-layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting!! Mmmmm.....^____________^ After that my brother gave me the card that he and his girlfriend got me. My parents got me a coat since its been getting colder and i'm gonna need more than just my sweater-jacket to keep me warm. Though its been YEARS since I had a big coat like this, so it gonna take some getting used to cuz I'm not used to wearing something like that. ^^; But, it was a nice coat and I like it, so don't thinkn I'm complaining or anything cuz I'm not. :P Then, we hung out and stuff. Lol, we started looking at baby pictures of Chris (i think his girlfriend wanted to see them or something, i forget.) and actually had quite a few laughs while doing so. Lol. I found some baby pics of me, btw. Heh, i used to be so cute. ^^; I think I'll post those them here sometime. ^_^ So, that was pretty much it yesterday. Oh on Friday, Juan gave me a birthday present, too. ^__^ He got me the Rurouni Kenshin dvd sets! XD Yes, I was very happy! XD I haven't gotten to watch much of it yet since my weekend was mostly busy but I can't wait to see the rest of it! ^__^ My little brother, Nick said who would've gotten me something but he didn't have any money. ^^; I told him not to worry about it. ^__^ He gave me hug instead. ^____^

Well, that's about all that happen this past weekend. At least that's all I can remember at the moment. ^^;
