well now, the animators recycle the animation
of course
so they wont have to work themselves to death. If something is the exactly the same throughout the entire show, say for example, transformers transforming, pokemon heading into battle, or even just a smile, they can use it again.
Which means, that if u watch 1hr of "new" anime, then its really just 30 mins of actually new animation!
it gives around 1 week off the entire season, making life a bit more liveable for those poor guys who do such hard work to make great anime for u ungrateful ppl... heh heh (jk)

Right now, its spring break in the Chino Valley Unified School District, and im enjyoing it as best i can
