weeehooo!
hey yo whats up! i was all gun ho yesterday when i was working out. *i was lifting wieghts for a an hour yesterday. and my breaks were barely a minute. i got some crazy burn and my muscles were really tight. it hurt me to pick up a trash bag yesterday after all of that. yeah i liked it though. had fun fun fun. sweating like crazy in my room and my sister thought i was jackin off when i got out cuz i was so sweaty. i had my door closed and stuff... i still cant lift the thirty's with my shoulders. i tryed and it hurts like hell. i can curl it alot of times though the curls are easy. anyway i been so bored lately i spend most of my day talkin to peeps on the internet. aint got shit to do but i guess that isnt new...

   hey peeples.
yo i met up with one of my old freinds yesterday. Jermaine. yep i was walkin down the street and saw him on someones front porch. said hi then we started hangin out. he still short as hell. anyway i was hangin out with him and these other guys and i figured out they were all crips now. i knew jermaines brother was doin all that stuff but i didnt know he was too. oh well i know some of the bloods around there too and they were talkin real bad about them cuz the bloods were trying to make a peace between them since they lived so close. but they dont want to. i might not hang out with them so much cuz they are too much trouble. anyway yo nobody has been coming outside much lately. they a bunch of lazy asses man. i be the only person outside so i have to go into other neighborhoods just to stay outside. my parents are always gettin mad at me when im inside on the comp so i have to get out. otherwise they goin to be all mad and stuff. yep i hope i can go to the pool again some time soon......(sigh)

oh jeezus.
i did a good workout today. i feel pumped... yeah.. im going to go outside soon enough after this post!! yep i was lifting my 30lb dumbells for 30 minutes. didnt take big brakes either. it felt good and the burn was great. i had a huge vain going down both of my arms nd it looked like i was on steroids. hehe... i got to work out some more today too.

oh god... srry god...
i had a fucked up dream last night. it first started out funny. i was at Solomons house and started eating the icecream in his house. and i was getting the stuff and then he noticed wat i was doing. and i was like well... considering im ur new dad solomon u might as well get used to me being here. it wasnt in those exact words though. and then all of a sudden i was in my school parking lot which looked alot like the wendies parkin glot. and all of a sudden this guy pulled out his gun and shot it. the guys i was with couldnt really tell who it was. so they ducked down by their car and pulled out a bunch of guns. and then everyone in the fucking parking lot was loaded. except for me of course.... lucky me ah?.... i ran to my sis felicia and she had a sub machinegun and started blasting at people and then i was telling her that people were shooting at the car she was in and she didnt listen.... and then someone hopped over a car and blasted the hell out of her. and she died...... then i was really sad and pissed... so i took her gun and blasted the hell out of him... everyone in my dreams die. all the fuckin time. and i didnt want anyone else to die so i started killing everyone else with a gun.... makes sense right?....no..... so yeah i started killing everyone and then i got in the car and started driving really fast to nowhere and i was hitting my head on the steering wheel. and then i woke up and my eyes were teary and i was really pissed off. yep i was just in a bit of a bad mood. aaarrrr!!

my freind a.j... also know as dizmana on otaku is over today.
man we had fun so far. he came at 7:45 in the morning. and at 9:00 we started boxing... oh man that was fun. we didnt have any gloves though. my ribs hurt a little when i move though. his head is sore. i won. it wasnt by alot though. he did pretty good but he couldnt get me off my toes. he can duck like crazy. i missed so many punches it was ridiculous. he ducked a lot of punches. oh man i took alot my hits. yep i ended the fight though when we both got tired. and he overswung. so i just started on his gut and started hitting him in the back of his head. oh well my ribs are sore though. and it hurts. so i didnt go untouched. he almost won. but i wouldnt let him see i was hurt. it was fun as crap. we also had a small match before all of this. it was funny. i punched him in the stomach and he cocked back and hit me in my collar bone and the bottom of my neck. i saw his face get all excited and he was smiling .it was funny. then i punched him in the face and he almost fell over. it looked so funny though cuz he was smiling and then he just got hit. oh man i got it recorded on tape. man he should be embarrassed though. he is like 180lb and im only 152. i beat him in Dragon ball z:tenkachi 2 as well, and Gears of War. he wooped me in Def Jam icons though

im going to the pool today.
sometime to day im supposedly going to the pool. i have no trunks so i use my basket ball shorts. but u can see stuff so i stay n the water almost the whole time. oh well i went the other day with my sister and it was very fun. this little girl at teh pool was playing with us. she was such a little baby, she was adorable... i sound so soft. anyway yo she tryed to pee on me and my sister though. she kept chasing us in the pool. she was in so long she started to turn blue in the face and was freezing and shaking alot. she still wanted to stay in though. my sis kept getting scared because i was going over to the deep side of the pool. i liked swimming on that side though. i can swim just fine i dont know why she was so scared there were plenty of good swimmers who could have helped me. oh well i am going to go with my freind Tebias today. or however u spell his name. out peeps!
