i feel much better about myself
i was startin to feel bad cuz i hadnt worked out well in a few weeks. so yesterday. i took my 30lb dumbells and curled it 15 times in a row. and di that five times for each arm. then i got on the bench and with 125lb i just lifted that 15 times for 3 times. and after that i did 85 crunches. slacked on my crunches but w/e. anyway i havent been up to much else really wat about u guys. and sorry i havent been visiting too many sites. i will try to but idk.
