Phase 9
The Green Haired Pair
The bell of the convenient store ringed and a person with green hair and brown eyes walked in. This lanky young man walked into the store and bought a pack of cigarettes and some noodles. The bell on the door rattled and another green haired person who was a little older stepped in. They made eye contact.
“Hey kid, do I know you?” Spike asked the green haired young man.
“No I don’t thinks so.” My dad looked like you I believe, but he died a few years back,” Zero answered.
“Well that’s strange because I just been looking for this kid who might be my son, and I didn’t even know he was born. So I was going to apologize by adopting him and raising him, but if my son is you, I am a little too late,” Spike said.
Zero looked at him and said, “Dad, is that you?”
“Yeah, I’m sorry son.” Zero smiled at him and punched him in the face and left.
Vicious 2 awoke with Melanie next to him just thinking to himself “what am I doing.” He got up and sat on the bedside looking down. Melanie woke up a few minutes later.
“Hey sweetie,” she said while putting her arms around him, and hugging him tightly.
“You actually love me don’t you?” Vicious said turning his head to look at her.
“Yes I do, I don’t know why, but I just do. There is something about you,” Melanie said.
“For some reason I believe you,” he grabs a knife and cuts his finger. He then puts it in her mouth.
“No, stop I don’t want to suck your blood. You’re too special to me,” Melanie said while kissing him and staring at the blood.
“I will go steal some blood from the blood bank for you,” Vicious 2 said.
“No don’t leave me, I will feed tonight. Right now I want to do what we did last night all over again,” Melanie said while kissing his neck. Vicious 2 jumped on top of her. As soon as their bodies became intertwined, Malkav walks in and interrupts. He is good at breaking the mood.
“Get dressed, it’s time for church,” Malkav ordered.
“Are you preaching?” Vicious asked.
“Yeah,”
“I’ll pass then, you’ve already preached the “lore” to me,” Vicious 2 said.
“There is still much that you haven’t heard yet, I think you should come to get a better understanding of my motives,” Malkav said.
“Fine, I will go. Come on Melanie,” Vicious 2 said.
Zero drove home, he had just gotten off of work. He was supporting himself, and he ran the Terra Army and they were a street racing gang who had bad blood with the Wind Army. A gunshot fired and Zero quickly turned around and saw that it was Luminae.
“Lets go you got trouble!” she exclaimed. Zero ran out of his apartment, and followed Luminae. Bullets were flying everywhere. The Wind Army had come into Terra Army territory unannounced. They ran to Zero’s car and jumped in. Zero sped off in his car and he hit the turbo button.
“How the hell did they get passed the welcoming committee,” Zero said.
“They are at large, Zero and I don’t think that we can stop them,” Luminae said. “That is why I am leaving the Terra Army. It’s nothing against you, but I refuse to die over something so pointless.”
“I understand, I’ll take you to the airport and fly you away from here,” Zero said.
“Thanks Zero, but I will be back, I promise,” Luminae said.
“And I promise that it will all be over and we can street race again just like the old days,” Zero assured. After Luminae said good-bye and was shipping out on the plane, Zero called the Syndicate and declared the final war.
“Zero, I will help you son,” Spike said. “I have went against the syndicate before, and defeated them. I know how they work.” Zero wasn’t listen he just got in his car.
At school Zero walked over to Vicious 2.
“I know you hate me, but your beef is not with me, it’s between you and my father. Do you what you want with him I don’t care, but I need your help. The Armies will collide for a final time. I have been seeing you around with this guy, and I want to ask if you and your Carnival will help stop the Wind Army,” Zero said. Vicious 2 didn’t want to help, but he knew that if the Wind Army were to win they were coming for the Midnight Carnival. Vicious 2 smirked, “I will talk to Malkav,” he held is hand out for Zero to shake.
“Thanks man,” he says as he shakes Vicious 2’s hand.
