Phase 10
The Final Song of the Fallen
The Midnight Carnival loaded up on weapons and prepared for the war. It was set at midnight, just the right time for the Carnival. Malkav stepped to the podium.
“Tonight, a river of blood will flow from east to west, some of you will sadly not make it back, but tonight we leave together as the Dark Pilgrimage. No death will be left in vain; The Big Top lives to never die as long as there is a tomorrow. For this I simply imply, LET KICK SOME WIND ASS!” Malkav yelled as the Carnival charged towards their vehicles and drove off into the night. They met with the Terra Army right in front of the Red Dragon Headquarters. Vicious 2 put his makeup on as he looked at the building and saw memories of his child hood. The Wind Army arrived, and there was a shit load of them. Zero walked up with his hair already in his face.
“Whats up, Vicious 2,”
“Nothing, I am just ready to get this over with so I can get laid,” Vicious 2 said smirking.
“We might not make it through the night, but we will win damnit,” Zero said with his gun in hand.
Vicious 2 said laughing “You may not make it, but I got someone waiting for me and she is not going to be kept waiting.”
“Well wait no more,” a soft voice said.
“Melanie, no get back in the car and wait. I don’t want you to be hurt,” Vicious 2 said.
“I won’t I am a vampire remember?” She says then she kisses him. “I promise, we will marry after this,”
“Yes will marry,” Vicious 2 says then he sees that Windmaster is walking towards them with a katana, but not just any katana he had Vicious’ katana.
“He will shed tears of scarlet!” Vicious said angrily. Melanie grabbed two guns out of Vicious’ pockets. Vicious 2 had two already in his hand. Terra Zero kicked a grenade at the Wind Army. They scattered as it exploded. The war began as planned. Vicious 2 protectively put Melanie behind him. Vicious 2 shot and killed like he had been trained to do so. Malkav was killing ten at a time with one swing of his scythe. Windmaster had the katana and a machine gun in his hands. He fired at Vicious 2, and Vicious 2 and Melanie shot back at him. Zero began kicking and punching them as if he were Spike, and he turned out to be even more fluid than him. He even dodged a few stray bullets. He pulled his sawed off shotgun out and began his slaughter. Vicious 2 was in the middle of the Wind Army and he was yet to be touched. He ran out of bullets so he dropped a bingo bomb and teleported with the dust. The battle leeked into the Headquarters, Zero chased the Windmaster to the top floor whiled killing them left and right with his guns and grenades. Vicious 2 and Malkav were back to back shooting and slashing along with Melanie. Patches had bombs that he was dropping everywhere. The Wind Army pulled out some swords and charged at the Carnival, who teleported behind them and massacred them. Vicious 2 loaded his guns up and gave Melanie some clips as they ran to the top floor. Zero ran down the same hallway that Spike ran down to meet Vicious. The Terra Army was almost totaled, until this long silvery haired blonde with brownish amber eyes came in firing and killing the Wind Army left and right. She went to the top floor untouched. When she reached the top floor she saw Zero fighting ten men at a time. She shot all of them in the head, right between the eyes.
“Luminae! You came back,” Zero said smiling.
“Yeah, I couldn’t let you die over anything this pointless either, now go kill him,” Luminae said giving Zero a gun and then pulling out another.
More of the Wind Army came into the top floor, but behind them were Vicious 2 and Melanie. Then a vampire bat flew in and unleashed a huge slaughter upon the Wind Army as he transformed back to physical form. Vicious 2 shot like a maniac killing the Wind Army that was wearing down. Zero was bruised, battered, and shot as he ran at the Windmaster. Zero fired shots at him, while he swung Vicious’ katana ever so ungracefully. They both dropped their weapons, and began a fistfight in which Zero whipped his ass. Vicious 2 jumped in the way of the bullets that were meant for Melanie. The bullets ripped through his body like the sharp pain that ran through his body when he saw Cindy’s dead body. Melanie’s hair was covering her face, not exposing her once green eyes that turned into flaming red irises. She jumped on the four men with no weapon just a pair of fangs. She killed all of them viciously by biting and scatching them.
“Good job, Melanie,” Vicious 2 said weakly.
“Why did you do that Vici?” Melanie said crying.
“So I could bring out the beast in you,” Vicious 2 said. Melanie looked away as the blood flowed from Vicious 2’s body. Patches was on the bottom floor alone, with two hundred eyes staring at him. He took out a huge bomb and smiled as he threw at them. The explosion rumbled the building.
“I have to turn you, that’s the only way you will survive,” Melanie said to Vicious 2.
“No, I will be fine, all of the bullets hit me in the arm and one hit me in the shoulder,” Vicious 2 gets up and picks his guns back up. Malkav swung the scythe and killed more of the Wind Army as Vicious 2 shot some more. Zero kicked Windmaster in the face repeatedly, and in the stomach until he spit up blood. Luminae shot until she ran out of bullets, then she picked up this metal pole and used to kill some more of the Wind Army.
“Why won’t you all just die!” she screamed while twirling the metal pole. Zero and Windmaster fell to the floor by each other’s weapon. They passed the weapon back to the owner, and as soon as the katana grazed Windmaster’s hand, Vicious 2 shot Windmaster multiple times. Zero walked over to Windmaster to finish him off, but he stabbed Zero with the katana.
“I will not die, without killing you!” Windmaster exclaimed as he tried to stick the sword deeper. He got up from the floor only to be knocked back down by Vicious 2. He noticed that the Windmaster had a bulletproof vest on. Vicious 2 kicked the katana out of his hand.
“You don’t deserve that weapon,” Vicious 2 punched him the mouth and kneed him in the chest. Windmaster blocked the next punch and punched Vicious 2 in his bleeding shoulder. Vicious 2 didn’t scream or yell he just grabbed his arm and broke it with his bare hands. Windmaster screamed in pain as Vicious gave him an uppercut. Windmaster regrouped and knocked Vicious 2 to the floor and began stumping him.
“It is the end for you, and next I am going to get rid of your little girlfriend.”
He picked Vicious 2 up by his hair and began punching him. Melanie wanted to help, but Malkav held her back. Windmaster threw Vicious 2 back to the ground. The Windmaster tried to jump on Vicious 2, but Vicious hopped up, leaving Windmaster to hit the ground. Vicious 2 slashed him across his chest when Windmaster got up, making him fall to the floor again, but this time on his back.
“When angels fall from heaven they become demons,” Vicious 2 said before beheading Windmaster with the katana. The remaining people in the Wind Army fled as they saw their leader fall. Zero was half dead, but Luminae took him to the hospital, he gave Vicious 2 thumbs up as Luminae took him out of the headquarters.
“We did it Vici,” Melanie kissed him with her tongue slithering around in his mouth.
“Lets go, Bingo, our job is done here,” Malkav said. Vicious 2 grabbed the katana and put it back in its sheath. The Wind Army was done like Vicious 2 said the Windmaster did shed tears of scarlet.
