hello and GOMEN
hey everyone!! i am so sry for not being here the past few days, but yesterday i had my first XC meet of the season, and the day before i was feeling a bit under the wind so i didnt get online. well as for my XC meet, i did fairly well, not the best i could do, but for being a first meet even my coach said i did well....so im happy^^. and lets see.......for today i am going to go ahead a put the infromation for the contest up again, so please if you are a member of the Village of the Art please read it. i would really like all members to participate in the contest^^.

okay you can get most of the information at the main Village page here: Village of the Hidden Art, the deadline for all art forms is friday Sept. 23rd and all art forms are excepted. whether it be aviators, wallpapers, poetry, fanfics, fanart, or your myO theme.....all it has to do is protain to either the Village or to Naruto. and please if you are entering the contest let me know in a pm or in a comment, this way when its time to jugde the contest i wont forget ne one. thank you so much for listening (well reading) to me^^. have a great day!

LISTEN UP
hey everyone! okay, details for the contest are up on the official site, Village of the Hidden Art, so please go take a look. and i would really like if everyone tryed to particpate in it^^.
i will also be putting up a piece of art, but it will not be going throught he judging circulation, it'll just be there to look at^^. oh yes, and the deadline for the contest is the 23rd of September. you can email me your form of art, or pm me the html url here or at my other site marz......i will be looking forward to everyone's art^^.

here we go!!!
okay here it is......the day of my first contest^^.....
okay heres the deal, most of the details will be on the main Village site......but i will give you all the down-low here.
1. this is and art contest(of course), but it can be of ne art form......as long as it protains to the Village or Naruto.
types of art to be excepted:
poerty,fanart,wallpapers,aviators,fanfics, your myO site theme, and ne thing else that you can think of.

2. all art forms are to be sent to me at barz_marz@yahoo.com, or you may pm them to me, either here or marz. or if you want you can give me the link on where to find your piece of art.

3. please keep your art clean.....but it dont have to be to clean ^^.

haha.......well so far i have no updates for the village, but i will be getting ahold of katie(main Kage) to see if there is ne thing that she would like done for the village, but if not, i think i might have a contest of somesort held, not sure yet......so ill get back to you on that. well thats all for now! laterz, and keep the art at heart!

NEW KAGE!!!!
hey everyone! well i guess you have all been wondering who the new Kage is. well the new Kage is me, marz. i would link my name to my site but i just got out of practice so im a little lazy at the moment. but i would like to thank the main Kage (katie) for choosing me. and i will do my best to follow in her foot steps. well thanks for listening to me talk^^. and i will try and update regurally to let you know what will be coming up for the Village.

the other thing is..I will be goin to college in about a month and would like to retire from being the Kage of this lovely village. If anyone would like to takeover my position please pm this name or SsaiyanShinobi, if no one wants to, the village will just remain in the past. Hopefully someone would like to take over, because there are so many talented artists and people in the village who truly enjoy the Village. If MANY people pm me to be the Kage, ill ask for a contest of somesort. But for now, all that is necessary is a PM. I know all of you, as otaku-ans, and artists. THANK YOU!! And I LOVED every second of running this village.

   JULY 20th!!!

fan-art contest

Draw something from Naruto. It can be any media (pencil, color pencil, marker, photoshop, etc ) that you wish.

The file must be 200 kb or under.

wallpaper contest

The subject matter must be Naruto, or centered around the Village of Hidden Art (you may use our logo). Be imaginative.


The dimensions of the wallpaper must be 1024 x 768 and 450 kb or under.

You may, if you wish, go to our photobucket.com account and use the file name "the symbol" for your wallpaper.



The deadline to submit your work for this all will be July 20th.

Submitting

You can either...

1. email it to me, KatieBiese07@aol.com or..

2. PM me the html url... or

3. Submit your work to Otaku then send me that URL.


I would like you to submit your work to Otaku, but it is not mandatory.

p.s. I will be submitting also, but i will not be in the competition, Just judging. Also note that the fanart & wallpaper contest are seperate.

PRIZES

The winners of the contests will win, (you will get to choose) ONE of the following...

1. A bump up on what your rank is. (Sorry, if you are a Sennin that doesn't work. )

2. You can request for me to draw you a picture or make you a wallpaper. (doesn't have to be Naruto)

3. You can request for me to make you a layout on Otaku. (doesn't have to be Naruto)

4. You can request for me to make you a welcome sign. (doesn't have to be Naruto)

5. I can send you via AOL email, animated gifs of ONE character from either Naruto, DBZ/GT, Full Metal Alchemist (don't have a lot of those), or Oh My Goddess.

6. Same as #5 but with regular pictures. (but here I have a good amount of FMA pics..)

7. I can send you Naruto smilies, via AOL email.



2nd Prize (Runner-up) can choose a prize out of #'s 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7!



Also, I will be posting everyone's submissions onto this website! And probably onto My Otaku as well.
