Bird got her braces off today!!!!! *dances, sings, gallops and makes lots of happy-noise*
It's gonna take a lot though to get used to this freaky thing they call a retainer. Why do they call it a "retainer" anyway? Sure.. retain means to keep. But this dang thing changes the entire shape of my dang mouth! My poor tongue is squashed way down to the bottom in there.. and I have a freaking fat tongue. My teeth are fat too lol. They look absolutely HUMONGOUS without my braces! Mutant teeth.. and how many teeth are you supposed to have in your mouth? Because I have 24 and both my sister and Leah both have 28.. I'm lacking somewhere. Oh well.
