One week of school, 2 days of band, 80 minutes of 6th period music and psychokinesis!!
I survived the first week of school! Thursday and Friday mornings held the first band rehearsals (Jazz Band and Marching Band respectively) Due to the fact I am only backup drum major, I actually got to march and use my saxophone, so I was actually quite happy. It felt kind of empty, marching but not playing. It sounded quite different, so I actually got to hear what they hear. The lines were so messed up esp. when we were making turns.

The first day of school, I had Harmonium which was basically just a meeting to get papers and everything.

It wasn't until the 3rd day which I had Harmonium but Vocal was top priority so I couldn't go to Instrumental. We learned how to get our throught and everything open by going "Bluh Bluh..." and dropping our mouths like idiots. "Will, What did you learn in school today?" "Bluh Bluh Bluh Bluh"
When I was finally able to get to Insturmental (4th day) It was awesome! I sit next to the violins who share my oboe music with me. It's small, we don't have a part for everyone, and we don't have everyone for a part (we set up keyboards to play trombone and tuba parts) We play a song called "Swamp Dog Rag" and everytime we play a certain section I always think of Kappa Mickey. "Mickey don't you feel so Bad. 44 categories ain't so bad"

The Second Day I had seminar which we were told about what we were gonna do. There's a project called "Craftsmen along the Monaccaci" where we choose a craft that was available in Historical Bethlehem (Colonial Times) and the 4th graders come and we do a presentation, and show them the craft. I'm itching to do apothecary, but chandler is also pretty cool too.

Not only that but we do an egg throw. You make a container to put the egg in and it gets thrown and if it breaks you fail the project and if it doesn't you get a 100. But that's at the end of the year, I'm not worried about it. Even if it does crack, I'll be cushioned by the A's I'm sure I'll get in other projects. There's also a psychokinesis lesson, which is pretty exciting. However every time I attempt it, my head hurts really bad.

We also learned about statistics and facts and all that stuff in Seminar. "What is a fact? Who decides it is a fact?" My Seminar teacher is awesome.

Well, I think I told you about my academic teachers, monday, so I won't worry about that.

Q1. Have you started school yet

Q2a. If you haven't, when will you?

Q2b. If you have, how are your teachers?
