o.o;
Well, its been quite a while, over a month since I've posted here.. I've been sick for the past 3, going on 4 weeks with bronchitis, and the horrible lack of sleep. This is.. *counts* my 8th day out of school this symester, so hopefully this'll be the last time I miss this much school.
I've been once again sucked into another one of Masamune Shirou's creations, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. A definite head-turner for those who have never seen any of the G.I.S. series. It reminds me of the CSI, or the Law and Order shows on NBC, and CBS. I've also checked out a few songs from the soundtracks. Yoko Kanno has scored once again with creating deep, and provocative music and lyrics. Two of the songs I'd reccommend listening to at least one are "Living inside the Shell" and "Inner Universe." Great songs.
Another series reccomended to watch is Full Metal Alchemist. Its been around for a while, but the graphics and CGing looks fairly new (don't ask how I can tell this, I just can.. <<; ) It's pretty good, getting first into a storyline about the Philosopher's stone, and then two episodes later, telling the story of Edward and Alphonse Elric's pasts. It all ends up to leading to present again, and from there the storyline goes on. I haven't seen the full series yet, and I really don't feel like writing any episode guides, but I once again have checked out the OST's. Awsome music, and one of my favorites being "Unerasable Sin" and "Melissa." Both have an upbeat rythem, and are pretty good. I still like the G.I.S.: Stand alone Complex OST better. That's basically it for today.
P.S. I finally haveDirect TV up in my room, so I don't have to go downstairs to watch Adult Swim. It's a lot better.
